The idea for this mini-series developed as I was making my failing attempt to find information on the different inhabitants of Net-Slum. I remembered in the game that Tartarga said that some of them were once real people and some were NPCs that were either lost or corrupted over time. I said to myself, "Self, why don't you write a history for each of them that explains how they came to Net-Slum!" and I liked the idea sooooo much, I decided to actually do it.
