What's up, guys. Jan Mark again, back at it again with another chapter. In this chapter, I said that the other bandmates of the band and their families would find out that their lead guitarist Oliver Queen was also known as the vigilante Green Arrow, therefore his wife Dinah was known as Black Canary. I want to make this because I want my OCs know about the situation of the Queen family before the Justice League formed.

Also, I'm getting tired of typing Brian Tyler when I'm going to differentiate Brian Queen to Brian Ericson, so I'm just going to type Brian Ty to differentiate him to Brian Queen and Ian Ed to differentiate him to his dad.

I'm gonna split this up to two parts because I have writer's block and I want to put out a chapter now. (It has been almost 3 months since my last one).

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA

DATES: NOVEMBER 28TH - NOVEMBER 29TH, 1971

It was just a normal night for the vigilantes as they were hunting crime all throughout San Francisco. Green Arrow, Black Canary, and Speedy were locking up criminals all throughout the city. Thieves, kidnappers, drug dealers, etc. you named it, they would catch them and put them in their place. Their night hunt for crime last for over 2 hours, before they called it a day.

The next day, it started out as a normal day for the family. Oliver was working new songs with his band, of which his job was to record solos for the songs since all of the songs were complete even before recording them, but still have some new ideas for those songs so it could sound complete. His wife, Dinah was taking part-time jobs, as Substance Abuse Counselor and as a Physical Education Instructor, both in San Francisco Unified School District since she has a bachelor's degree in Psychology in Star City University. While their children, Brian, David, Jason, and Emma were in school, taking classes. At this point also, Brian's paternal younger siblings knew that their older brother was Speedy, and their parents were Green Arrow and Black Canary respectively. The trio were hesitant to tell them at first being heroes/vigilantes in secret but after David find out about his mom's Black Canary outfit, that's the time they told the other children about their night job. Luckily, Brian's younger siblings took it very well, happy the fact their parents and their oldest brother were heroes and in fact, David was in training right now to be Oliver and Dinah's next partner after Brian, in one condition that it should be a secret to anyone, including the Ericson family, whom that the Queen family really trusted with their hearts.

As their parents were working on their jobs, Brian was hanging out with his classmates in the cafeteria. His classmates were oblivious to the fact that their top student was a vigilante at night, much to Brian's relief due to the fact that he was acting strange lately. While his classmates were eating and having fun with one another, Brian was thinking and planning about upgrading his arrows to effectively take down criminals much faster and easily. One of his classmates find that he wasn't paying attention. Which is a first because Brian would always listen to his classmates, and this concerned them.

"Bro.", one of his classmates Mike elbowed him, knocking Brian back to reality.

"Huh", Brian realized that his classmates were now looking at him due to him phasing out. He blushes and says, "Oh sorry. I was just thinking."

Mike narrowed his eyes, but just went on talking with friends later on. Brian was relieved that he didn't press on and went back to his thoughts about his gear for the night. Then a few hours later, as the school bell rings, meaning that they were dismissed. Instead of going home like the usual, Brian decided to hang out with best friends, Ian Edward and Brian Tyler to just talk and maybe even jam with them. He was scared that they would find out that his dad was Green Arrow, and his mom (stepmom) was Black Canary and he's Speedy. Well, he wants to tell them about their night life because he trusted them very well and he knew that when he has a secret, they wouldn't tell it to anyone.

It took him 15 minutes to travel from his school to the Ericson household and as he saw the Ericson family's yard, he also saw both George Leo and Bruce Damien outside the house. George noticed Brian was coming and he welcomed him into their yard.

"Brian.", Bruce Damien was surprised to see him really, but it wasn't the first time that one of the Queen family would visit their household. In fact, it has been a common thing now for both families to visit each other's homes. As Brian Queen went inside to the house, he was greeted by both Ians (the dad and the son).

"Mr. Ian"

Ian Henry just chuckled and says, "What made you come here?"

"I just want to hang out for a while."

They knew Brian Queen well at this point, so he wouldn't lie at all, right?

Ian Henry shrugged it off and says, "Alright, sure. Did your dad knows about this?"

Brian was hesitant a bit but he did told his dad that he was going to hang out with the Ericsons for a while. What he didn't told his dad is that he was going to tell his best friends that he's Speedy and his parents were Green Arrow and Black Canary. So he just nod his head. After a few minutes, he welcomed Brian with open arms in his house and Brian went to Ian Edward's room to hang out and he decided to spill the truth about him and his family. He was scared at what he would think about him being Speedy and his dad being Green Arrow.

When he went to Ian Ed's room, he was surprised to Brian Tyler there in his brother's room, playing guitar. Brian Ty was surprised to see him in their room, but welcomed him nonetheless.

"Bri! What are you doing here?"

Brian smiled and says, "Just wanna chill out with you guys.". He was telling the half truth. For a while, the trio would just hanging out, talking about music and school and the next, they would just jam with the Ericsons' guitars and play heavy metal music for over an hour with bands like Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, and Deep Purple. While the trio were jamming, the TV was played and there was a news coverage about the San Francisco vigilantes, Green Arrow, Black Canary and their sidekick, Speedy saving lives once again.

"Another day for these guys to save the day again.", Ian Ed said.

"I wonder what they look like without their masks.", Brian Ty added. Brian (Queen) froze both at the news and the brothers' quotes. He was going to come clean with them about their night job. And thankfully, just like other people they grew fond of their night life, it's just that Brian doesn't know what's the reaction of the Ericson family when they find out that the Queens, the family that they considered their best friends were also the saviors of San Francisco.

After a while, they finally stopped and Brian was really hesitant to whether or not he's going to spill the secret to his two best friends.

Ian Ed noticed that Brian was spaced out and he snapped him back to reality with a snap, "Bri, are you alright?"

Brian was brought back, realized that the two brothers were staring at him. He was filled with embarrassment, knowing that he's going to spill the truth about his family in a few minutes says, "Umm. I'm alright. I'm just overthinking at something." He was telling a half-truth, he was overthinking but not at something.

"About what?", Ian Ed continued on.

Brian sighs and he knew that it was now or never, "Guys, I have to tell you something."

"About what, Bri?", Brian Ty said, worried about what he's going to say next.

"It's now or never", Brian thought. "I have been keeping this secret for so long and I've been wanting to tell you this."

Both brothers were surprised by that statement. A secret? This was going to get interesting. As he pulled out a single arrow in his bag, the two Ericson brothers went wide eyes.

"I am Speedy."

So there you go. Speedy is finally revealing his identity to his two best friends. I'm going to continue the identity reveal in the next chapter because I just want to get this chapter out.
