Continuing this Arc, the battle between the 2 Villain organization continues. Also Re-Destro reveals the history of the Meta Liberation Army and what's their agenda.

"How come Skulveig isn't answering my calls so we can confirm our arranged meeting", Hawks is on the rooftop checking his cellphone and carrying a large bag, he is trying to contact Skulveig to confirm their meeting they arranged but he is not answering his calls.

"Lack of news on the League of Villains on the Hero Network, I suspect something is not right due to the League of Villains's unusual behavior", Hawks then flies off with his duffel bag and recalls to his previous phone call he had with Skulveig, he gave Hawks one last unspecified job to prove himself to the League of Villains, Hawks is just a spy for the Heroes to infiltrated the League of Villains.

"Weaklings of an army that Re-Destro has in his disposal", Tomura disintegrated many of the Meta Army Warriors and making his way to the tower where Re-Destro is holding Giran captive.

Tomura with Kraven. Scorpion and the group of Squid's clones, "about time you all got here", Re-Destro said, as the Squid clones attempted to rescue Giran, Re-Destro use his Quirk Stress to increase his strength and destroy the Squid clones. "No more Squid clones Tomura or I will kill Giran", Re-Destro gave out his warning as the League of Villains notice that Giran's fingers are gone which horrified them.

"Sorry guys, despite my best efforts the Meta Liberation Army still gain information about our League of Villains in the end", Giran apologies to them for this.

"My Meta Liberation Army has an objective, unnecessary emotion are but shackles. That's why the League of Villains will be crushed by the my Meta Liberation Army", Re-Destro was going to destroy Twice's double but Tomura's clone attacks him firsts.

"For the record, I have a lofty ideal", Tomura pointed out and Re-Destro is surprised that one of the clones has manage to survive his previous attack and strike back.

"Then let me tell you a story of a woman."

"Oh? And who is that Re-Destro?"

"An ordinary woman gave birth to a super powered child during the time those with powers were persecuted out on fear. The woman begged the world to show compassion for her child saying that power didn't make her child a monster at all, she begged the people to changed and make a world where her child and others with powers could live as freely as the rest of them. Unfortunately her pleas were met with ridicule and buried, in the end she was killed by the Mutant Response Division's Officers."

"I already know who The Mother of Quirks was", Tomura tells Re-Destro that he already knew about The Mother of Quirks.

"Then sorry about thinking your an uneducated person." So Re-Destro will continue to narrate the story about all this.

"With the rise of the Vigilantes, namely the X-Men and their allies such as Captain America and Master Mold and the Sentinels turned on Humanity in order to eradicated all of Humans with Quirks who are known as mutants back them. The successive governments revived the woman's words for their political campaigning so Quirks were accepted, but they began to establish laws that restrain their use. The new form of the Mutant Registration Act regarding the Heroes have only suppressed the mutants since her death despite the halt of the Project Sentinels, Destro proclaimed that this was not the future for which his mother died. It's to continue the revolution as Magneto's successor, his father-in-law by marrying his youngest daughter Lorna to achieve a world where Quirks can be used freely, he started by reorganizing the Acolytes on Genosha into the first Meta Liberation Army to combat the MRD and the Heroes who allied with them."

"I planned to continue with Destro's legacy, so what do you think of my ambitions of my ragtag group since your's is only about destruction and how can that possibly outweigh my Army's dreams?" Re-Destro now ask what Tomura's clone thinks of all this.

"Squid, created a cushion for Giran", Tomura's clone ignores Re-Destro's question and gave Squid an order for Giran because of Re-Destroy's first attack he got stuck in the window frame and saw the real him outside approaching the skyscraper and he knows he is going to touch the tower.

"Now, let's Decay everything in this tower and bring it down!" As soon as the real Tomura puts his hand on the wall, Decay spreads and the building collapse completely.
