"Damn you Tomura!" Re-Destro manage to survive the fall and the collapse of the tower and now he comes face to face with Tomura.
"Hey your from the Detnerat's commercial", Tomura said after recognizing him.
"I will no longer have the chance to hear your answer", Re-Destro said while the black substance of his Quirk throughout his body.

"Have this!" Koku Hanabata AKA Trumpet arrived and use his Incite Quirk to rally his squad to fight Living Laser, the real Squid and his clones who are accompanying him.
"Oh yeah?! Let's see if your rally squad can withstand my enlarge photo energy form and my lasers from my hands that I will be blasting", Living Laser then enlarges himself into his photo energy form and start blasting the incoming Liberation Army Warriors while Squid and his Clones are battling them with their tentacles and their Quirks such as Magnetism, Transforming Arms and Absorption and Release.

"Hey Trumpet, someone like you should not be on the frontlines", Living Laser taunts him.
"What about you Arthur, you were incapable of defending your former boss Tombstone and you ended up becoming nothing but a pathetic wandering thief without accomplishing anything great in your life", Trumpet mocks him for being a failure in his life.
Still Living Laser was able to get rid of Trumpet's Warriors before he starts to remember his life after Tombstone's fall. He was already aware of how pathetic it was as he's shrinking back to normal size, but right after being offered a place in the League of Villains he was given a new purpose in life.
"I admit that I might not be a worthwhile person who can't accomplish anything without standing on the shoulders of others, but there is nothing wrong with that and your no different than me", Living Laser said to him much to his disdain.

Meanwhile
Giran emerges from the ruined tower unscathed and unharmed thanks to the Clones of Squad who protected him, next he sees Tomura being face to face with Re-Destro who has increased his size all thanks to his Stress Quirk.
"You really have dwindling numbers and where is your bravado", Tomura taunts him as he attacks Re-Destro by touching the ground and extending his Decay Quirk.
