As they headed out, Kana blew the whistle to get rid of the wild boars, only for them to ignore the whistle and keep attacking.

"We keep getting hit," Zelda said, "if this keeps up the train is going to explode. Maybe we should go back to Castle Town and see if Alfonzo can help."

"Alright," Kana agreed as she moved to stop at castle Town, where they headed to the castle, only to stop at a dancing postbox as the postman came.

"Hey, hey, howdy miss!" he said. "Greetings, I'm here with a letter from Mr. Alfonzo to Kana the Keese! He told me he recently suffered a nasty injury, but is now on the mend! Now where was I… oh yes, your letter! Sorry, I'm easily distracted. Here you go. Though I am curious as to why it is written on stone with the words being carved in."

"That's because I am blind," Kana explained. "I use echolocation to see around me and thus can't read regular letters. The carved words means I can read these however."

"Oh sorry, to hear that!" the embarrassed postman said, handing over the letter. "Okay! I've delivered your mail safely to you! Well my work seems to be done here, so I'll be off. See you around!"

With that he left in a hurry while Kana turned to the stone letter:

Dear Kana,

I'm sorry I wasn't able to help you more, that guy really did a number on me, so I was feeling pretty rough for awhile. Luckily, I'm feeling better now. Would you mind coming to get me at the castle, and taking me back to Aboda Village? Thanks! - - Alfonzo

With that they headed into the castle, Zelda having Kana stop and pick up a bag full of treasure and rupees they could use later, before meeting Alfonzo.

"Ah, Kana… you got my letter did you?" he asked and was about to continue when Kana answered.

"I did," Kana agreed.

"You can talk?" Alfonzo said.

"You know my lineage," Kana said, "let's just say I take after my ancestor, and the ability to talk was given to me to make it easier to communicate."

"Got it!" Alfonzo said, knowing her ancestor was the hero and things like this could happen, though only Zelda understood. "Still, I can finally get around on my own again, but what hurts most is my pride. How could I fail to defend the princess?"

Kana then explained what had happened.

"So the princesse's body is with us and you need to go to the snow realm next to get her body back." Alfonzo said, before sighing. "With your lineage that is very possible. The thing is, from here on out there is going to be alot of monsters. And an ordinary train like yours isn't going to stand up to them! I can help with that, though we'll need to get back to Aboda Village first. I'll be waiting at the station."

With that he left, and they followed, meeting up at the station and boarding the train before they headed to Aboda Village having to stop the let a couple evil trains pass but otherwise making good time.

"That is one fine-looking train if you don't mind me saying so," Alfonzo said as they got off. "And that ride was smooth as silk. Can't believe you got such a nice train from the Tower of Spirits… but like I said, I don't think it can face the dangers you are likely to face! Let me rig something up for you. It might take awhile, so why don't you show Zelda's spirit around."

With that, Kana gave Zelda a tour of the village, though it was small and thus didn't take long, especially since as a Keese, the other villagers didn't want to get to know her. The two of them returned to the station just in time to see Alfonzo had finished adding a cannon to the train.

"Oh, you got here just in time!" he said. "Check this out. It's a cannon for your train just touch where you want to fire on the 3d map and it will fire the cannon. With this baby you can smash through boulders, you can even knock out any baddies that get in your way. Now that you got this, you should head out for the Snow Realm!"

"This cannon is just what we need," Zelda cheered. "Now we can head to the Snow Realm. Let's go Kana! Aaaaall aboooooard!"

With that they boarded the train, and headed out. The cannon firing, as they did.

"Guess Kana couldn't wait to try out the cannon," Alfonzo said noticing it, and not realizing that as the Spirit Train, it can sense Zelda, and she was the one to fire, not realizing until afterwards.

"I call cannon duty!" Zelda laughed as they left the station.
