Inside some sort of chamber at Andrias' palace, a burnt up newt was having their body poked at by the newt scientists. They screamed in pain as the scientists continued to mess around with them.
"Don't worry, this will be over." One of the newts assured him.
Then, they were fitted with dark black armour that covered their whole body. Then, there was a mask with orange visors to protect their eyes and then, they fitted a tale that appeared to work as a blade and then placed a tank cylinder on their back that connected to a wrist mounted gun.
Darcy walked into the chamber, causing the newts to cower in fear as they approached the science experiment. "Is it ready?" They asked.
"He…he….he is, your excellence." The newt scientist replied.
"Great." They grinned. "Raise them up."
They pushed a few buttons as the gurney that he had been laying on began to rise upwards to reveal General Yohan. Now with a more darker armour which looked more slick and nimble, he also had a tank cylinder on his back that connected to some kind of wrist gun and had orange visors instead of showing his burnt eyes.
Darcy grinned at Yohan as they got off the gurney. "Master." Yohan got on his knees.
"General Yohan, can you hear me?" Darcy asked.
"I can." He replied.
"Do you understand what is to be done?" Darcy asked.
"Yes, my lord." Yohan stood up as a scientist approached him.
"Okay, pay close attention now." The scientist requested. "This wrist mounted gun is a portal gun that connects to the Titan blood in the tank cylinder at the back. You just fire a shot and it will take you to the universe of your choosing. Now, if you think hard of the universe of your choice then it will take you there."
Yohan aimed the portal gun around the newt scientist and fired it, making a portal that was dark yet had a flashy glow.
Darcy made a whistle. "Impressive Que. Has it been tested?"
"No." Que replied.
"Well, how about a test drive?" Yohan grabbed Que, whom began to panic before being thrown into the portal. Then, after a few seconds, Que walked out of the portal looking annoyed.
"Did you really need to do that?!" Asked the annoyed Que. "I could have died!"
"Well, you're alive." Yohan said.
"Yohan, remember, survey its life and try and understand its people." Darcy said. "Oh, and if you see either Grime or Yunan, kill them immediately."
"Yes, my master." Yohan entered the portal to mark the location of the next invasion.
Meanwhile at the Owl House, Yunan had awoken from her sleep, feeling like something was off. She looked outside her bedroom window and squinted her eyes. "I sense a presence, a presence I haven't felt since Ragnar the Wretched." Whatever this presence was, Yunan knew she wasn't gonna like it at all.
"Edalyn! You have to look at this!" Lilith yelled from downstairs.
Then, Eda, Yunan and Grime ran downstairs to see what it was. They saw Lilith and Hooty staring at the chopped off hand that was still in the jar.
"What's the matter?" Eda asked.
"The hand." Lilith said. "It's not moving."
"Not moving?" Eda asked.
"Well, it was moving a few hours ago but then it suddenly began to panic as its veins began to glow green and then it struggled until it suddenly collapsed as green smoke escaped from its nail." Lilith said.
"Have you tried knocking?" Grime asked.
"Oh, I did." Lilith said. "I even tried shaking it."
"You weren't doing it hard enough." Yunan took the jar and began to shake it. "Hello?! Anyone home?!" But the hand, didn't move at all.
"Did it say anything before it passed out?" Eda asked.
"It did." Lilith said as she took the paper. "Okay, it recently said 'Nothing much to go on except I am about to burst out of Pacifica's stomach. Oh wait, Amity is about to perform the exorcism. Ha ha! Now she's down because she knows about….' Lilith froze as she squinted her eyes at the letter.
"Uh…About what?" Grime asked.
"I don't know." Lilith replied. "That's where it ends. Someone did a Bodywalker exorcism. Which could only mean…." Lilith then took the jar and smashed it on the floor.
"Oh, I need a new jar!" Eda exclaimed.
Lilith picked up her hand and placed it on her handless arm. When she put it back on, she began to snap her fingers and moved her hand about. She smiled and laughed. "Ha! Edalyn, my hand! It's back! I have control of it again!"
"That's great and all, but Luz is still in Amphibia and we don't have our eyes and ears for that world." Eda said.
Grime groaned. "Well, what do we do now?"
"How about we try Luz's phone?" Hooty suggested.
"Hooty, Luz's phone only works if there is a portal door and we don't have a portal door." Eda pointed out. "Plus, I tried breaking into her phone and it's password protected."
"So, what do we do now?" Yunan asked.
"Hooty, try building us a door." Eda commanded.
"You got it!" Hooty slithered to collect some wood and then he spat out a hammer to try and build himself a door.
"While I….Try and find Raine on Penstagram." Eda summoned her scroll and logged on to her Penstagram. There, she was annoyed. "Aww come on! Raine's blocked me on Penstagram!"
"They even did it with me." Lilith said.
"I need to know what's going on with them and I need to know as soon as possible." Eda said. "But unfortunately, getting close to a Scout or a member of the Emperor's Coven is impossible. Honestly, if I have one more distraction in my way, I'm gonna be pissed."
Then, Edric and Emira walked into the Owl House. "Owl Lady." Emira said.
"We have a problem." Edric declared.
"What?" Eda asked. "Look, if it's about Emira embarrassing herself in front of Viney than get out."
"No, it's bad news." Edric said. "Mom and Dad now care that Amity is missing."
Eda, Lilith, Grime, Yunan and Hooty froze. "Ooooh, that's bad." Grime said.
"Ohhhhh, I didn't even think of an excuse." Eda groaned. "Wait, why do they suddenly care?"
"Because today is the Coven tryouts and it is something Amity wanted to do." Emira replied.
"Well, past tense." Edric said. "Ya know, since she doesn't exactly want to be in the Emperor's Coven after what they did to her girlfriend."
"Just say that she ran away with Luz to Palm Stings since she doesn't want to join a Coven." Yunan suggested.
"Mom would tear Palm Stings apart with no consequences." Edric replied.
"Look you two, if you want help than I am useless." Eda said. "Because, I need a way to get info about Raine and fast." She turned on her Orb to watch some junk but instead was met with a greyish green demon with an eye patch and a brown robe.
"Do you want pain?! Do you want excitement?! Do you want to prove to your piers that you're the best?! I bet you do?! Because today, is the Bonesborough brawl! Join us today to take on witches and demons that want to prove themselves as all mighty and strong. And win the belt from our four year reigning champion, WARDEN WRATH!"
Footage of Wrath appeared as he roared at the camera with fire coming out of his mouth. This footage of Wrath was suddenly giving her an idea.
"Sign up today for The Bonesborough Brawl. Though you have to be….As old as you are!"
Eda shot up. "Guys, I might just have an idea. Warden Wrath is at the Bonesborough Brawl and is the reigning champion."
"So?" Grime asked.
"So, one of us needs to sign up to the Bonesborough Brawl in order to take on Wrath." Eda said.
"To win a belt?" Yunan laughed. "I have enough belts, medals and trophies at home."
"No, no. One of us needs to sign up for the Bonesborough Brawl so that way I can make a blabbermouth serum and he can tell me anything about Raine."
"Edalyn, this sounds like an insane plan." Lilith remarked. "Unfortunately, you know how bad I was. Alador beat me to a pulp on many occasions."
Edric and Emira froze. "Wait, Dad was in the Bonesborough Brawl?" Edric reacted.
"Oh yeah. Your dad was quite the fighter." Eda replied. "Even quite the goof off. Until that prissy pants of your mother started moving her manipulative mouth"
"Wow, that is so cool!" Emira exclaimed.
"Wonder why he didn't tell us about it?" Edric asked.
"Uh, his prissy pants wife." Eda groaned. "He used to be so fun."
"Okay, so we're going to the brawl?" Lilith asked.
"Not without a fighter." Eda replied. "Grime, you've done gladiator work, right?"
"I did." Grime replied. "But then, I lost my eye and unfortunately because of that, I can't fight in gladiatorial matches."
"But I can!" Yunan exclaimed.
"Are you sure Yunan?" Eda asked. "Because I was considering sacrificing one of the Blight twins."
"Wait, what?!" The twins exclaimed in shock.
"Eda, I am General Yunan! Scourge of the…"
"Don't!" Grime interjected. "Just don't!"
"Fine! Fine!" Yunan said reluctantly. "Eda, I have fought witches and burst my way out of a dragon. Plus, I have this flute I should have been using more often and I've memorised all of Luz's glyphs." She pulled out one of the glyphs. "See?" She pushed the glyph and it formed a light. But Yunan just stared at it with disappointment. "Wait, this isn't the fire one."
"Okay Yunan, I am reluctant to the idea but you're willing." Eda said.
"And I can help with the healing." Emira declared. "I've been practicing."
"Yeah but not for long." Edric retorted with a sly smile. "Perhaps we could get someone else to help you out."
Emira gasped as her cheeks turned red, knowing what her brother was insinuating. "You're not suggesting….."
Then, at the Brawl, which was taking place near one of the cliff's to the Boiling Sea, Viney had just arrived on her pet griffin and jumped off. "Hey guys!"
Eda, Yunan, Edric and Lilith smiled at her sudden appearance while Emira was a blushing mess. "V-V-Viney! Hey! Sorry I couldn't make it to-to your Flyer Derby match."
"Hey, don't sweat it." Viney assured her.
"And how is my honorary member of the Bad Girl Coven?" Eda asked.
"Well, besides almost being taken away from my family, I'm fine." Viney responded. "So, heard you were joining the Bonesborough Brawl."
"Well, have slip a blabbermouth serum into Wrath's mouth somehow." Yunan replied.
"Okay, we need you to have a disguise Yunan." Emira declared. "Come on Ed."
"What?" Edric asked.
Emira coughed. "You know what."
"I don't!" Edric whined.
"I saw you put it on this morning!" Emira argued as she wrestled with her brother to get something off of him while everyone just watched on.
"Hey Edalyn, doesn't this remind you of anything?" Lilith asked her sister.
"Lilith, we were hot, we didn't need concealment stones." Eda retorted.
"Ah, found it!" Emira exclaimed before taking off her brother's concealment stone, causing him to transform into his true form. He's wearing a t-shirt, sweatpants, glasses, with his hair pulled back with a headband, and his little uneven moustache growing out.
"Here's mine for a little flair." Emira took off her concealment stone revealing her true form. Her face is covered in acne growing out, her beauty mark is gone and her hair is messy.
She hands Yunan the concealment stones and stares at them with confusion. "So, what do I do?"
"Just put them together." Emira replied.
Yunan shrugged her shoulders and put them together to conceal her appearance. She was now wearing a purple dress, along with pink sunglasses and her hair long and flowing.
Yunan looked at her disguise and her eyes went wide. "Oh, frog no! Dresses!" She removed the concealment stones, turning her back into her original form. She was about to throw them on the ground until Edric and Emira panicked.
"No!" They both screamed. "No!"
"Please don't smash them!" Edric pleaded.
"They're really, really fragile." Emira said.
Yunan handed the stones to their respective owners. "Uh, dresses make me puke." Yunan said.
"I'm so glad she gave them up." Emira said as she put her concealment stone back on, reverting her back to her more glamorous self.
Viney approached her. "I don't know. I was digging your more natural look." What Viney said made Emira blush before she smiled and took it off.
"If you insist." Emira said.
While everyone was mingling, Eda and Lilith watched on, finding their interactions absolutely adorable. Then, they turned to see Wrath, crushing a rock with his bare hands.
"What do you think sis?" Lilith asked. "Think we need the blabbermouth serum?"
"It would save some of the Boiling Isles' ecosystem so let's check." Eda said before she and her sister began to approach him.
But unbeknownst to them, the sisters were being watched by someone camouflaging in the dark forest. Yohan watched the sisters with intrigue while grabbing a bit bark on a nearby tree.
He scanned it and the result data showed it had a lot of juice to power 600 robots. "Impressive." He looked to his right and noticed Yunan mingling with the witches. The mere sight of Yunan made Yohan crush the bark in his hand. "Most, impressive."
Meanwhile, rhe Clawthorne sisters approached the Warden with sly smiles. "Boo!" They both exclaimed, causing the Warden to scream before narrowing his eyes at them.
"Oh, it's you." Wrath said.
"And me as well." Lilith said. "Your former superior."
"Been training since my student humiliated you in battle? Hmm. Twice?" Eda asked. "And after our little escaped at the Conformatorium? Or, after your sister's tragic demise?" Wrath was about to attack but then Lilith got in front of her, to protect her sister. "All right. Chill out, button eyes. Just answer me this: Heard any good castle gossip lately? Maybe something about the Day of Unity?"
Wrath narrowed his eyes at the Owl Lady. "I see. So you finally need something from me, don't you, Owl Lady? But why should I help you? After everything you've done to me?"
"After everything I've done to you?!" Eda exclaimed. "After chopping off my head…"
"Not understanding the definition of no." Lilith said.
"...and imprisoning my student/child and my partner, I think you owe me." She turned her arm into harpy mode, about to attack the Warden but then two monster hunters, now working as security intervened.
"Sorry, Owl Lady. No fighting outside the ring." The security said.
Eda let go of Wrath and raised her hand in self defence. "Okay, okay. Watch the goods."
Eda and Lilith began to walk away to move on to plan B. "So, blabbermouth serum?" Lilith asked.
"Oh yeah." Eda replied as she pulled out her potions book.
Later, the announcer showed up on stage to present the Brawl. "Witches and demons, welcome to the Bonesborough Brawl!" Fire shoots from the ground while the audience cheered. "You know the rules. Contestants will fight one-on-one. Not for honor, not for glory, but for the ultimate bragging rights as the toughest dueler on the Isles!" The audience cheered as more fire shot from the ground. "Last one standing will get the chance to snag the coveted Brawler's Belt from our reigning champion, Warden Wrath!" The audience cheered as Wrath got on stage and flexed his belt to the audience. "For our first round, we have Scab the All-Knowing..." From the ground, a witch with a brown cloak by popping up from the shadows. It had green eyes and purplish pink skin. They also held an orb in their hand. "….Versus…" The announcer began to read the que card. "…General Yunan! Scourge of the sand wars! Defeater of Ragnar the Wretched! And the youngest newt to ever achieve the rank of general in the once great Newtopian army."
Yunan then suddenly appeared from behind the announcer by performing a front flip and landing with a superhero landing. She raised her hands in the air, causing everyone to cheer. "Thank you, for using my full title."
The announcer was befuddled how she somehow got behind him but he quickly pulled himself together since he had a job to do. "Uh…Now let the brawl begin!"
Once the announcer got out of the way, Scab jumps and starts firing a laser at Yunan who quickly dodged it thanks to her superior agility. She flicked her wrist and her flute appeared and she started playing it. This caused a beam of electricity to shoot out and Scab quickly deflected it.
Then, Yunan activated an ice glyph that she drew on the dusty stage and caused a ice cylinder to appear and then Yunan placed a fire glyph on the ice, causing it to melt and steam to cover the area.
This caused Scab to be blinded by the smoke which gave Yunan the opportunity to do a crescent kick and knocking them to the ground.
Once the smoke cleared and everyone saw the outcome, the audience cheered for the newt who bowed in response. She got off the stage to meet with the healers and Edric, whom were cheering.
"Nice going Yunan." Emira said as she handed the newt some water.
"Woo, I'm hot." She poured the water on herself and looked to the distance where she saw a dark figure in the forest. She froze but then rubbed her eyes and when she opened her eyes again, the dark figure was gone.
"Hey Yunan, you okay?" Edric asked. "You look like you saw a ghost."
"Majority of ghosts here are cute so don't look at them for long or your soul gets captures." Emira said.
"Alright, I've worn my armour long enough." Yunan said. "Probably caused some stretch marks. Do you know healing spells?"
"On it." Emira responded as she began to use her healing spell on the newt.
"Ooh, I can help too. I can make Batric sing for moral support." Edric points to his Palisman which was bat that had a beige body, brown claws, ears were purple on the inside, dark purple wings, a small purple collar and one indigo-colored eye. Edric made a spell circle that disappeared. "Ah, sorry. New spell. Let me try again." Edric made another spell circle that vanished.
"Wow kid, you're useless." Yunan said bluntly before Emira nudged her on the side.
"It's okay, Ed. Maybe you….Ow!" She shook her elbow in pain. "What is your armour made from?"
"Finest steel in all of Amphibia." Yunan replied proudly.
"Hey Ed, maybe you can just cheer from the sidelines." Viney suggested.
Ed looked disappointed. "Yeah, okay. Go get 'em, Yunan!"
Yunan, Emira and Viney walked away to deal with the newt's injuries while Edric walked away sadly with Batric still on his shoulder.
"Man, I can't do anything." Edric groaned in sadness.
Then, he noticed something that got Batric spooked. He noticed some goreberries on the ground and walked over to touch them until he heard a voice.
"Hey Blight, scram!" Edric looked to a bush where Eda and Lilith popped their heads out.
"You'll scare away the Skin Badgers!" Eda said. "We need their dandruff."
"And yes, this is what my life has become." Lilith said with a hint of regret in her voice.
"Oh! I thought Skin Badgers ate shushrooms, not goreberries." Edric said as he approached the rope. "Also, they're strong, so you'll need a fortified rope. He traces a spell circle in the air, then touches the rope, which turns gold. He smiles and then becomes embarrassed once he sees the sisters' shocked faces. "Sorry. I'm probably messing stuff up. Just forget I said anything." Edric tried to walk away until he was stopped.
"Wait! You know beast keeping magic?" Eda asked.
"That is impressive." Lilith remarked.
"A little. It's just a hobby though. Probably not anything good." Edric tried walking away until Lilith got in front of him.
"Not anything good?!" Lilith exclaimed. "Kid, you seem to know your stuff."
"Look, here's the deal." Eda said. "I'm trying to make a blabber serum. I need to get certain information out of a certain demon. But, without magic, I'm having trouble getting some of these more lively ingredients. Your beast keeping know-how could really help."
"It could?" Edric asked. "What about Viney?"
"Oh, she's busy in lover girl town." Eda replied. "What do ya say?"
Edric began to think about it and smiled. "Okay, I'll do it."
"Dang! I didn't even have to offer to pay." Eda remarked.
"Wait what?" Edric reacted.
"Let's get started!" She then took Edric's hand and dragged him through the forest.
Back at the brawl, the announcer walked on stage to make an announcement. Let's keep the brawl going! In one corner, we have... the Flexicutioner!" The Flexicutioner arrives with a loud thud as he flexed his axe and abs. "And in the other…Okay, how did it go again?" He reached into his pocket. "General Yunan! Scourge of the sand wars! Defeater of Ragnar the Wretched! And the youngest newt to ever achieve the rank of general in the once great Newtopian army! Do I need to read all this?"
Yunan then somehow appeared from behind his robe and raised her arms in the air, causing everyone to cheer. "Repetition helps my friend! Now, commence kicking your butt montage!"
"I'm sorry, what?" The announcer reacted.
The Flexecutioner tried to chop Yunan with his axe, but she made a swift dodge and ran up the giant demon's axe and knocked him out with one swift kick. This display of action made everyone in the audience cheer as the newt raised her arms in the air.
Meanwhile, a skin badger notices a flower nearby and runs up to chew on it. The flower then transforms into a cover and traps it inside. Eda plucks off a hair from atop the skin badger's head and crosses off skin badger hair from the list.
Then, another skin badger went to investigate another flower until he was grabbed by Yohan who gutted it and began to test its DNA.
Meanwhile, Yunan was now in a fight with the book forger that King fought back when he was successful author. He forges a rock and throw it to Yunan, who used her electric flute to hit the rock and causing it to the explode into a million pieces that pierced the forger's skin. The newt ran towards the demon and placed a fire glyph on his chest. She activated the glyph, causing it to make the demon launch backwards into the forest and making Yunan the victor.
Meanwhile, Batric walking sideways on the ground when it hears something and looks up. Somewhere above, a Fairy notices Batric and rushes towards it. However, Batric turns out to be an illusion. Two ropes then appear and tie up the Fairy, causing her to fall to the ground. She starts crying and screeching. Eda then crosses off fairy spit off her list.
Meanwhile, Yohan was on a tree watching them with intent. Then, another fairy arrived and began biting his armour, failing to get their teeth into his skin. Then, he grabbed the fair and gutted it to analyse its DNA.
Meanwhile, Yunan was facing an old goat demon lady who gave a gentle wave until she snapped her stick and formed a battle aura. Then, Yunan smashed a fire and ice glyph together, causing smoke to form around the arena. Then, a few seconds later, Yunan threw the old lady off the stage.
Once the smoke cleared, the announcer raised Yunan's arms in the air to declare her the winner yet again.
Meanwhile, Eda was stirring a purple liquid in a pot with a spatula that was being heated by a campfire while Lilith and Edric watched on.
"So the Blabbermouth Serum should get your ex to tell you about your other ex?" Edric asked. "Man, being an adult gets complicated."
"Warden Wrath is not my…." Eda groaned. "Never mind."
"No, Wrath was never her boyfriend." Lilith corrected him. "She only had her sights set for Raine."
Eda turned red. "Lilith, shut up."
"When she was young, she couldn't stop talking about how cute they were." Lilith continued to explain to Edric, whom was smiling. "I mean, all she did was brag and brag. It was adorable until it got annoying."
"I was married once to some loser named Stan." Eda said to try and defused Lilith.
"One time, I caught them during an embarrassing incident at the beach and Edalyn, barley had enough time to get her clothes on." Lilith and Edric laughed while Eda turned red. "So, you can imagine how that went!"
"Don't make me turn you into an ingredient!" Eda demanded. "Wrath may know why my….friend…" Lilith snorted and Eda narrowed her eyes at her again. "….can't seem to remember me. And it has something to do with the Day of Unity. But, with this, he'll tell me everything I need to know." She stares at her reflection in the serum and smirked. "Dang."
"Of course she starts gloating about her appearance." Lilith said as she crossed her arms.
Eda then stands up. "The fire needs to be hotter. Keep stirring while I find more fuel."
Edric stands up and gives her a salute. "Ma'm."
Eda hands Lilith the spatula and walks away to find some fuel. Then, Edric began staring it while Lilith watched on looking impressed.
"You're enjoying this, aren't you, Edric?" Lilith remarked.
"It's just... nice to be taken seriously for once." Edric replied.
"Yeah, I know what that's like." Lilith said as she continued to watch Edric stir the serum.
Meanwhile at the brawl, Yunan had just finished another fight and was being healed by Emira and Viney. "I tell ya, this is quite the workout. So, you two official yet?"
Emira and Viney blushed at the newt's question. But Emira quickly composed herself. "Hey Yunan, Maybe you can talk after? I need to focus."
"Okay, fine!" Yunan groaned. "You know, the medics at the Newtopia were some of the chattiest and friendliest…."
"She said be quiet." Viney said sternly.
"Uh…Fine!" Yunan groaned like a teenager. She then looked towards the distance and noticed the same dark figure. Its eyes glowed orange as it waved at Yunan.
Viney noticed Yunan looking at the forest. "Hey Yunan, there's no one there."
"And, we're done." Emira declared. "Is there anything wrong?"
Yunan stood up. "I don't know. I feel a presence, like someone who I thought was dead for a long time. For some reason, I'm thinking of the grubhog that bit me which lead to my intense phobia of them!"
Emira and Viney gave each other perplexed looks. "Ooookay."
"We have no idea what a grubhog is." Emira said.
Then, Perry Porter approached Yunan with a bat-like camera following. "General Yunan, you are a…."
"Could you use my full title?" Yunan asked.
"Uh…..I don't remember it." Perry said.
"Allow me to reiterate." Yunan was about to start her posing. "General Yunan! Scourge of the sand wars! Defeater of…"
Viney quickly put her hand on her mouth. "Uh….Maybe not. Just tell him straight."
"General Yunan, you are a surprise crowd pleaser." He said. "Do you have anything you wish to say anything to the folks at home?"
Yunan walked towards the camera. "Stay out of trouble!" She activated her wrist blades. "Or else General Yunan will come knocking at your door!"
Then, Yunan was on stage ready to face Warden Wrath to take the belt.
"Now, we're getting close to the end, folks! Will the Warden lose the Champion's Belt?!" The announcer asked. Warden Wrath took off his mask and breathed fire from his mouth while Yunan just cleaned her teeth with her wrist blades, unaffected by his presence. She then activated her other wrist blade and gets in her battle position. "General Yunan…." The announcer sighed. "….not reading all of it; Versus the Warden! Now, let the brawl…"
Before he could finish however, the ground began to shake and then Alador Blight popped out from the ground wrapped in Abomination. "Stop!" He demanded. "The newt forfeits the match!"
Emira stared at her dad in fear while everyone was shocked. "Dad, how did you find me?!"
"I saw someone gloating on the orb." Alador leered at Yunan.
"Hi Alador, what's up?" Yunan asked.
"What's up?" Alador asked as the Abomination lowered him and retreated into his tank. "My daughter is missing and I sent Edric and Emira to find her but they'd rather help you instead."
"Oh no, Edric isn't helping me." Yunan said. "He's actually helping the Owl Lady."
"Yunan!" Emira yelled.
"Oh, then…He isn't helping the Owl Lady."
"Young lady, you better tell me where your sister is!" Alador demanded. "Because Coven tryouts are today and she didn't show!"
"Hey! I'm tired of standing around. I came here to fight!" The warden launched some tentacles towards Alador, who wrapped him in some Abomination goop.
The announcer shrugged his shoulders and approached the Abomination scientist. "Oh well, the winner of the champion belt is…"
"I already have one." Alador interjected as he turned to Emira. "Now, where is your sister?"
"Dad, if I told you, you wouldn't believe me." Emira replied.
"Why?" Alador asked. "Did Luz have something to do with this? Your mother said, she has been such a troublemaker."
"Hey! She isn't a troublemaker!" Viney argued.
"Hush, Emira's girlfriend." Alador demanded. "Now, where is Amity?!" A bunch of Abomination tentacles sprouted from his back.
"Hey!" Yunan got in front of Alador. "You don't attack your daughter!"
"I wasn't going to!" Alador retorted before slamming Yunan against a rock with one of his tentacles.
Meanwhile, Edric and Lilith popped their head out of the bushes to see what was going on. "Oh no. Your dad's here." Lilith said.
Edric then looked to the tied up Warden Wrath. "But look! Wrath's tied up. This is the perfect chance to give him the serum!"
Edric was about to run up to the warden but then Lilith stopped him. "It isn't ready." She said. "What were you planning to do?"
"Fill it with fire bee honey to make it warm up faster." Edric replied.
"Bad idea." Lilith said. "I don't know the results but don't do it!"
Meanwhile, Alador approached Yunan while Emira and Viney tried to stop him. "Dad, no!"
"Amity is not in this world right now!" Yunan said. "She got sucked into the box I was looking for."
"Why?!" Alador asked. "To avoid tryouts! It's what she wanted."
"Dad, she doesn't want it anymore!" Emira argued. "She wants to be free of the Covens and be her own person."
"It was her dream."
"No, it was mom's dream!" Emira argued.
"It's true dad!" Edric ran up to them, panting. "Amity wants to be free of the Coven system since she sees how cruel it can be! I mean, look at you! You joined a Coven and haven't had a day off for years!"
Alador began to think about what his kids were saying before going back to narrow his eyes at Yunan. "What do you mean my daughter is in another world?!" He tightened the tentacles around her so she could talk.
"Well, maybe you'd get your answer faster if you weren't choking me!" Yunan retorted before she looked over his shoulder and began to see a dark figure running towards them. Her eyes went wide as she tried to process what was about to happen. "Alador behind…."
Yohan quickly grabbed Alador by his waist and fell on his back with him crashing on his head. This caused Yunan to be free of the Abomination tentacles. "Why, thank you sir." Yunan said. "What do I owe you?"
Yohan activated his wrist blades. "Your life." He tried to stab Yunan with his sharp tail, but she dodged it and activated her blades.
"Emira, Viney, Edric, get to safety." Yunan commanded.
"We wanna help!" Viney argued before she whistled for Puddles. The griffin came flying in and tried to scratch the newt, but he quickly dodged the griffin and grabbed her tail before throwing her into a rock, knocking the Griffin out.
Before Yohan could react, he got stabbed in the pecks by Yunan, whom sported her signature sinister grin. "Ha! Too slow."
"Too unaware of your rival." Yohan retorted before he kicked her backwards off the cliff. The newt general quickly stabbed on to the edge before she could fall.
Yohan tried running up Yunan, but got held down by the twins before he threw them off of him. Viney quickly ran up to her pet griffin to check if she was okay, but unfortunately, she wasn't since she was knocked out real bad.
She narrowed her eyes at the newt and quickly drew a circle that shot fire towards him. But it only left him unaffected as he laughed before pouncing at the beast keeping track student and tackling her to the ground.
He tried to stab her with his tail, but Yunan tackled him off of her where they engaged in a wrist blade duel where they deflected all of their hits.
"Viney, check on the twins!" Yunan commanded to Viney, who nodded her head and ran to check up on them.
Yunan tried to perform a crescent kick, but Yohan jumped and then landed on her leg, causing her to scream before being kicked in the face. This might kick caused some blood to come out of her mouth.
The newt touched her bloodied lips and gritted her teeth. "I'm bleeding. Nobody…." Before she could finish, Yohan punched her in the gut, causing her to fly backwards into the rock.
While this went on, Lilith was watching on in pure horror and fear. "I gotta find Edalyn!" She quickly turned into her Harpy form and began flying around the area to find her sister.
Back at the fight, Yohan tried to stab Yunan in the face, but she quickly avoided it and grabbed the tail and slamming him down to the ground.
She smiled a bit before the tail slapped her in the face and making a cut to her cheek. Then, Yohan jumped back up and grinned underneath his helmet.
"What do you think, Yunan?" Yohan asked. "Like the new look?"
"Do I know you?" Yunan asked. "Because I don't remember ever encountering a newt dressed in pitch black armour."
"Oh don't remember me?" Yohan asked before deactivating his wrist blades and taking off his helmet to reveal a newt that looked like a burn victim. He grinned while struggling to breath. "How about now?" He quickly put his helmet back on.
The burnt face of the newt caused Yunan to go wide eyed with shock. "Yohan?!"
"So, you recognise me?" Yohan asked.
"But…I thought you were dead!" Yunan exclaimed. "Ragnar the Wretched had you burnt to a crisp by lava while I stood and watched in horror on the high ground."
"I lived." Yohan replied. "Though, you left me for dead because you just couldn't stop being proud of your achievement of defeating Ragnar the Wretched. But then, the newts found me barley alive. They sent me to a mysterious lab where I was operated on. They stitched my lungs, tore out some of my organs and fitted me in this armour. Once you was gone, I was handed the rank of general so I can serve my master and kill you for abandoning me." During the talk, Alador slowly woke up and controlled an Abomination that wrapped its tentacle around his ankle. "Now, my chance has come at last." Before he could attack, Alador yanked the tentacle as hard as he could, causing him to fall on his back.
Alador stood up and trapped the newt in Abomination. He tried to hold him down, but he felt like he was struggling due Yohan's strength.
"Uh…Friend of yours?" Alador asked as he struggled to keep him down.
"Once." Yunan replied. "Now, he's my enemy. Though, I have no idea what he's doing in the Isles."
Then, Yohan burst out of the Abomination, now covered in the purple goo. He tried to tackle Alador, but he formed Abomination swords and began to deflect his wrist blades. Then, Yunan tried to stab Yohan in the sides, but the armoured newt quickly split his arm and deflected it.
"What the heck?" Yunan reacted as she realised that Yohan now had four arms. He tried using his fourth arm to stab Alador, but the Abomination scientist quickly formed a shield.
Then, Yunan and Alador were not in a sword fight with the armoured newt whom was deflecting all of their hits. The newt tried to use his tail, but then Alador formed an Abomination hand that grabbed his tail and began to crush it. Yohan panicked and kicked Alador backwards, causing him to let go of the tail.
Then, Yunan continued to deflect all of his hits despite the fact that she was fighting against four blades.
Alador quickly got up and formed a huge Abomination spear that he threw at Yohan, who dodged it though it caused a tear in his cape.
Then, before he could react he felt two strong hands grab him by his arm. He looked and saw the harpy Eda and Lilith whom were carrying him in the air.
"Why hi there." Eda said.
Yohan tried to stab the sisters in their arms but then they dropped him to the ground, causing a crater to appear.
Eda, Lilith, Yunan and Alador rendezvoused at the crater where they saw Yohan, now covered in dirt and a dent in the shoulder, crawled out. He jumped out of the crater and was about to stab them with his tail until Alador formed an Abomination that held his tail.
"Ah, so you and the purple haired witch are related?" Yohan remarked.
Alador froze. "That's my daughter." Alador slammed him to the ground. "What have you done to her?!"
"Nothing, yet." Yohan replied before shooting back up and charging towards the group. Until, the harpy sisters began to claw at him, causing scratches to appear on his armour. Then, Yunan perform a push kick that sent him flying backwards.
Then, Lilith began to charge towards him but he quickly activated his wrist flamethrower that she backed away from. Then, someone threw a rock at his head. Then, he looked to his left and saw the twins and Viney with rocks in their hands.
"Leave them alone, loser!" Edric demanded before throwing another rock at his visor, causing it to shatter.
"Ahhhh!" He screamed before Yunan kicked him in his chest and crashing him into the rock, causing it to shatter.
Alador formed an Abomination fist that began to slam him to the ground repeatedly until the newt had enough and rolled to the right. He narrowed his eyes at the people that were defending their home and made a loud screech before opening a portal. "This world, will not be invaded!" He jumped through the portal, defeated and angry.
Everyone lowered their defences and Alador began to stare at Eda and Lilith with intrigue. "Edalyn, Lilith."
"Alador." Eda said.
"Were you two always like this?" He asked.
"I heard what happened to Luz at the factory." Lilith said as she grabbed Alador by his collar. "Tell Odalia, I have my eye on her!"
Edric approached Eda with the blabbermouth serum in hand. "Did you find more fuel?"
Eda began to feel the serum and smiled. "No, but it's warm enough." Eda then ran up to Wrath and forced him to swallow the serum.
"Owl Lady, what was that?!" Wrath asked.
"A little something I cooked up." Eda replied. "What's going on at the castle? What's really gonna happen on the Day of Unity? Have Raine's memories been altered?"
Wrath began to panic. "I don't know! I don't know. I actually got demoted for stealing my coworker's lunches and disrespecting my sister's grave. I just wanted to feel in control again, you know?" Eda growls angrily and her arm turns into a claw. "Okay, okay, okay. I don't know about Raine, but I have heard some things. The Day of Unity is supposedly going to unite us with the Titan, but some of us don't think this 'new world' would be very inviting to magickind." Eda's claw arm turns back to normal. "Wild or not." She turns to Edric and smiles. "Nice job kid, keep it up and you'll have a future in wild magic. Here, on the house."
She threw Edric the Bad Girl Coven shirt that he caught in his hand and grinned. "Thanks Eda."
Meanwhile, Alador was listening to Emira and Yunan and looked shocked with what he heard. "Wait, Andrias is planning to invade other worlds and Mittens is trying to stop him?"
"That's what I said." Yunan replied. "So, she can't come home right now."
"And, she doesn't wish to join a Coven?" Alador asked.
"That's right." Emira replied. "She loves the life she's having. I mean, she wants to work at a library and even wishes to someday be married to Luz."
Alador was stunned. "Is this what she really wants?" Emira nodded her head. "Well, then I wish her the best."
"Really?" Emira asked. "Do you wanna tell Mom that?"
"She'll be angry, but I'll calm her down." Alador replied. "Though, how are we going to explain her absence?"
"Okay, this idea is far fetched but, how about I pretend that I've kidnapped you and the twins?" Yunan asked. "I'll write the ransom note while Grime flies you to someplace where Odalia can't find you."
"You know what, I'll tell her that she's gone to Palm Stings to find herself." Alador said. "It's what I did back in my younger days."
"Hey Yunan, I just realised something." Emira added.
"What?" Yunan asked.
"Where is Grime?"
Back in Amphibia in Andrias' castle, Yohan was having his armour patched up by scientists while Andrias watched from afar and Darcy paced about in frustration.
"So, its people are more capable than I thought?" Darcy remarked.
"It appears they are." Yohan replied. "I doubt 300 robots can beat them."
"Well, I guess the Boiling Isles are off the table." Darcy groaned. "Uh! But I wanted to invade it so bad! Now what will we do?!"
"Uh…Since their emperor is a human that wishes to destroy their world, how about we return the favour?" Andrias asked.
Darcy turned to the king. "What do you mean?"
"Well, since he claims to be protecting Earth how about we invade Earth so when he gets back and sees it destroyed, he'll realise that his efforts to protect humanity were pointless."
Darcy grinned at Andrias' plan. "Andrias, you have quite the genius plan. Ha! I think it could be enough to get you to join The Core. But first, we must prepare the Earth invasion force, again."
"And what shall we tell the others of the Boiling Isles invasion?" Yohan asked.
Andrias cringed. "Oooooh, that's gonna be awkward."
Later, Andrias stood on the balcony to talk to his robotic subjects. "Uh…..The Boiling Isles invasion is off! We're invading Earth! I know you must be upset but…."
Darcy then joined Andrias on the balcony. "Uh….You know they don't have feelings, right?"
"Oh yes." Andrias turned red in embarrassment while Darcy grinned with sinister intention about the upcoming invasion/revenge scheme.
