Issei was going back to the ORC club. He knocked on the door to the club.

"Come in!" He heard Rias's voice.

As he opened the door, he saw Rias talking with his girlfriend, Raynare.

"~Issei!~ You are here finally." She said in a slightly seductive voice. "You haven't talked to me in such a long time, I thought that you broke up with me." She said with a sad face. Rias eyed Raynare enviously.

"Of course not! How could I let go of a beautiful girl I put so much on!" Issei said, jokingly. "I'm kidding, I love you Raynare." He smiled.

Raynare smiled back at Issei, but then looked down. "I still don't like that you spent so much on me." She said.

"Hey, don't tell me you didn't like the gifts. You never take that necklace off." Issei said.

"Oh, you noticed." She smiled as she looked at the necklace. "This is really beautiful Issei. How could I even thank you?" She asked.

"Just you being my girlfriend is enough." Issei said. He went close to Raynare and kissed her passionately. Raynare reciprocated the kiss with the same amount of passion. Rias's looked at Raynare with envious eyes. She liked Issei as well, but was afraid to make a move.

After breaking the kiss, they blushed as they saw Rias looking at them.

"Sorry." They both said with an awkward smile.

"It's fine. At least the love between you two is true." She sighed while looking out through the window on the side.

Issei raised an eyebrow at Rias. But then looked at Raynare.

"What were you talking with Buchou?" He asked.

"Basically about how to go around being helpful here. I will be the person who will handle the orders." She said happily.

"Nice to see that you've got yourself a job." Issei smirked.

"Yep, and I WILL pay you back what you spent on me, even if you tell me that I don't have to." Said Raynare.

"….Do I even try?.." Issei asked.

"Nope." Said Raynare. "Anyways, Miki wants me home to try out the new dresses. See ya ~Issei~."

"See ya ~Raynare~" They both gave a loving look to each other before Raynare left and closed the door behind her.

Issei looked at Rias who was still staring outside the window. "Ok, Buchou, tell me what is wrong? I will hear whatever you have to say." He said, which startled Rias for a bit.

"What? Nothing is wrong. Everything is ay o-kay." She said awkwardly.

Issei raised an eyebrow at Rias. "Come, sit with me at the couch." He said. Rias sighed and followed Issei to the couch.

Issei hugged Rias with his right hand and brought her closer to her. Rias went red at this action, but soon warmed up to it and rested on his shoulder after Issei used his palm to push Rias's head on his shoulder.

"Now, tell me everything that is troubling you. You have been troubled for quite some time. I thought that it was just a small thing that would get solved soon, but it is still troubling you. So please tell me, I can help." Issei conforted Rias.

Rias sighed before starting. "About a year ago, my parents wanted to talk to me. I went to my house and to my parents' room. They were waiting for me with another guy who was in the room…."

{Flashback}

"Rias, I have something to talk to you about." Said Zeoticus, Rias's father.

"What do you want to talk to me about?" Asked Rias.

"Well, you see…your mother and I have been talking about getting you married." Said Rias's father.

Rias's eyes went wide after hearing this.

"O-o-ok, and what about my marriage?" Rias asked, "I am too young to get married now."

"I know, but next year you won't be." Rias's father said to her.

He sighed again and started. "Look, Rias, you must realize that pureblood devils are dying off, we only have a few pillars still alive. Since your brother inherited the power of Lucifer, he is not a part of the Gremory name, although he is part of the family. He is part of the Lucifer name. So, you are the only heir to the Gremory family. I have told you this before. To save the line of pureblood devils, I and your mother are arranging a marriage for you next year. It will be with Raiser Phenex."

Rias felt as if she was in a cage. She was getting married next year, and that too her Groom was someone chosen by her parents? She didn't have freedom to choose her Groom. He felt as if her body got sold to some guy.

"H-h-h-how could you do such a thing! You are practically selling me to another family!" Rias retorted.

"Rias, dear, please understand. The Phenex family was generous enough to offer this, we can't just let it go waste. We need to save the pureblood devils." Her father said.

"B-b-but-!" she was stopped midway.

"I'm telling you. Give it a year, you will warm up to the Idea." Her father said this and stepped up and went out of the room.

"It's for your own good dear." Her mother said before doing the same.

Rias was alone with Raiser in the room.

"Be proud, Rias. You are being married to the Phenex clan. And I will make sure you will be really satisfied, in more ways than one." Raiser smirked. He was looking at Rias's breasts without even caring about how Rias thought. Rias was disgusted. Soon Raiser left the room, leaving Rias alone. She fell on her knees and started crying.

{Flashback End}

"They sold me off…..I can't believe they did something like this.." Rias started crying. Issei hugged her and Rias was crying on Issei's chest. Issei was stroking Rias's head trying to comfort her.

"Don't worry Buchou, I will help you. I will get you out of the marriage, no matter what." Issei comforted Rias.

Rias kept on crying for a while. After she stopped.

"Can, I stay here for a bit. I feel….comfortable." Rias whispered to Issei with a light blush.

"You can stay here as long as you want, Buchou." Issei smiled.

"Please call me Rias…." Rias requested Issei.

"Sure, Rias." Issei smiled.

Rias was listening to Issei's heart. "I can hear your heart beat. It is so calming. I feel comfortable just by hearing it." She said smiling. Her eyes were still shining with tears.

Issei just kept on stroking Rias's hair to comfort her. Little did he know that Rias was getting turned on every time he stroked her hair. She tried to hold it in…..but failed.

"Issei….that time when you asked me to get re-incarnated, I was surprised. You were willing to throw away your pride to protect a friend. And ever since then, you have been helping everyone. You have helped my peerage in all their work. You have even helped Sona's peerage so much. And now you are helping me…." Rias got up from Issei's chest and put her palm on his chest and looked down "…..I started growing feelings for you…..I know that this is wrong and you already have a girlfriend…but I can't hold myself.. I love you Issei." She said while having tears on her eyes.

Issei was startled. He never expected her to confess her feelings to him, although she gave him many signs which he conveniently failed to notice. But Issei smiled back at her lovingly and kissed her.

Rias's eyes went wide at first, but then got into the kiss. Issei put his hands around Rias's waist to deepen the kiss and Rias held the back of Issei's neck to do the same. Issei put his tongue into Rias's mouth, and she moaned as she felt it on her tongue. The sound of her moan and the feel of her soft lips and perfect body turned on Issei even more and he hugged her even tighter to deepen the kiss. The kiss slowly went from a deep kiss to a French kiss. They were clashing their tongue outside their mouths and the moans from both of them filled the room. After about two minutes, they stopped to get in some fresh air. They both looked at each other lovingly.

"I-Issei, are you sure? You already have a girlfried." Rias looked at Issei's chest.

"Considering the fact that she is jumping with joy outside the room, I would say that she is ok with sharing." Said Issei. Rias went wide-eyed and looked to the door.

The door was shot open and an extremely happy Raynare was seen. "You have no idea how long I was waiting for this! It is always interesting when you share your boyfriend with other girls." She said with a seductive voice.

Rias was shocked initially but then sighed and smiled. She hugged Issei.

"Thank you Issei. I really needed this." She said.

"No problem, Rias. Since I am your boyfriend now, you can tell me anything you want." Issei hugged Rias back, but was surprised to see that Rias fell asleep on Issei's chest.

"She has been through a lot." Issei said.

"She looks so ~cute~ when she is sleeping." Commented Raynare.

"She really does." Issei continued stroking her head, making Rias smile subconsciously.

"But Issei…you French kissed her before you French kissed me." Raynare pouted.

"Hey, you became my girlfriend before she did. So it cancels itself out." Issei smirked.

"It doesn't until you French kiss me." Raynare said seductively. She went next to Issei and kissed him normally at first. But it soon went into a full fledged French kiss. Issei was still stroking Rias's hair with one hand, but was deepening the kiss with Raynare with his other hand. After around two minutes again, they broke the kiss.

"Now?" Issei asked.

"Now we are equal." Said Raynare. Raynare positioned herself on her Issei's shoulder and fell asleep.

"Am I really a pillow?" Issei asked.

"{Absolutely}"

"[100%]"

"Shut up"

{Time Skip}

"Ara ara, Issei seems to have charmed Rias as well."

"No fair Issei-san, I wanted to sleep with you!"

"Senpai seems to have started his harem already."

"Now Rias as well? Oh man, I am behind."

"At least now I know that Issei likes older girls as well, so I have a chance!"

Issei woke up to these comments.

"Wha-?" Issei said in a sleepy voice.

"Great, you woke him up. He was looking so cute."

"Me? You were the one that spoke first."

A battle between Kalawarner and Akeno seemed to start.

"Good morning guys. Thank you for being my alarm clock." Issei smiled and yawned.

"Good morning Issei-san." Greeted Asia

"Good morning Issei." Greeted Akeno

"Good morning Issei-senpai." Greeted Koneko.

"Good morning Issei-kun." Greeted Mittelt.

"Good morning Issei." Greeted Kalawarner.

They heard a groan from the Red head sleeping on Issei's chest.

"Ise, don't run away now, we're getting married." She held Issei down while dreaming.

Issei's eyes went wide.

"Ara-ara, Rias wants to marry Issei already? At least wait a year." Akeno teased Rias, who was still asleep.

"Wha-?" Rias woke up and rubbed her eyes. She looked at everyone and then looked at the guy he was sleeping on. Her face immediately went red and she quickly got off Issei and covered her face.

"I am sorry! I was tired and I felt comfortable on your body and *mmph!*" Issei gave a quick kiss to Rias on the lips.

"It's fine. You can sleep on me whenever you want, just ask me." He smiled. Rias was flustered but also happy. She had many complicated feelings and basically ran out of the room with an EEK.

"I still stand by my word Issei, you would make a fine fallen angel." Said Raynare who was now awake.

Issei just chuckled.

"Issei-kun, will you let me sleep on you as well?" Akeno said seductively and bent down.

"No fair Akeno-senpai, I want to sleep on Issei-san!" Said Asia.

"Akeno-san? Asia? You two as well?" Issei was surprised.

Raynare facepalmed. "Geez Issei, all these girls are in love with you. They gave you so many signs but you conveniently failed to notice them all."

"…Really?" asked Issei to the girls. They all nodded shyly except Akeno who only chuckled.

"It took you long enough Fufu." She laughed.

"Anyways….there is some time before school starts. You two should go home and change up. I had to tell your parents that you two were out doing a project and will be back by morning. I thought you two were actually doing that, until I came to check up…." Kalawarner sighed but had a blush on her face.

"Thank you, Kalawarner. If any of you meet Rias, please tell her I said sorry for making her embarrassed in front of her friends." Issei smiled awkwardly.

"Fufu…you say it like we don't do that everyday." Said Akeno.

Issei waved them goodbye and went home along with Raynare.

"Last night was fun. But, how do you think that you will help Rias?" Raynare asked.

"Oh I think I have a pretty good idea." He thought.

He went home, greeted his parents, took a bath, ate breakfast and went out to school again with Raynare, who was now Yuuma.

The school day went normally. Katase was absent which made Murayama sad, so she stuck with Issei for most of the day, which he didn't mind. He sparred with Kiba at the end of the day before going home. He has not received any summoning yet.

"It seems like the peerage is way too good at their work." Thought Issei.

He was walking down the road looking at his phone. He was looking at the news as he was walking and didn't pay much attention to the road. He at a crossing by the time he looked at the road. He saw a beautiful silver haired girl crossing the road.

"Jeez, why are girls so beautiful." Issei thought to himself.

"{I am more surprised that you keep meeting beautiful girls}"

"[I am more surprised that you don't mate with those beautiful girls every time you see them]"

"{You really need to calm down Ddraig.}"

"[Says the dragon who keeps worrying about his host every nanosecond]"

"{Touche}"

"Would you guys shut it?" Issei cut the link between his dragons.

He suddenly saw that a van was approaching with a really fast speed. He used his draconic eyes to see that the van had no driver. The light was still red, yet the van wasn't slowing down. He also saw that the silver haired girl was not able to move as the manhole cover broke slightly and her leg was stuck inside. She tried to get out but was unable. The van was approaching her with insane speeds. The girl was trying to get herself free. It seemed like the crowd was scared by the Van as it had guns on its side. Issei didn't know what to do either. The van was approaching and the girl basically gave up and closed her eyes. The van was extremely close to hitting her. Issei then shook his head and jumped in front of the girl. The van hit Issei's hand, but thanks to his super strength he wasn't even fazed by it. He pulled the van up which destroyed the contact between the front wheel and the ground.

"Someone please cut the power!" He screamed.

A person came forward and opened the front doors of the van, pulled the seat upwards and turned off the engine (Some small vans have their engine placed below the seat). The person then used his hands to hit the brakes which slowed the wheel down and then it stopped. Issei then put the van down and helped the girl.

"Are you ok?" He said as he outstretched his hand.

"Ummm…yes…..thank you.." The girl said. She had tears in her eyes. She probably thought that she was done for.

After pulling her out of the Manhole, she immediately hugged Issei. "Thank you….Thank you so much….I thought I was dead." She was crying.

Issei only hugged her back. The crowd was cheering for Issei. Most of the crowd knew him as Issei was friendly with everyone in town.

"My name is Issei Hyoudou." Issei said.

"I am Vali, Vali Lucife-erghh I mean." The girl known know as Vali stuttered.

Issei went wide eyed at first, but then smiled at Vali. "It is fine. I know about the supernatural. How else do you think I stopped a car at such high speeds? I am just surprised you didn't use your destruction power to get yourself to safety." He said in a low tone so that nobody would listen. "Meet me near Kuoh High school, we will talk there." He said before being devoured by the crowd. Vali was blushing as she saw Issei go. After Issei left, the crowd immediately went to Vali to check if she was fine. She was completely fine and had no sign of damage anywhere. After a relieved sigh, the crowd left to go do their business.

Vali went to Kuoh High School only to see Issei standing outside and looking at his phone.

"Uhm…you told me to meet you here?" Asked a shy Vali.

"Oh…Y-yeah, please come in. I will take you to the room of my club. We can sit and talk there." He said, slightly blushing as he saw Vali. Her beauty rivaled that of Rias and Raynare. And her figure was gorgeous as well. He led Vali into the ORC room. Only Raynare was there taking a call. She smiled at him for a second and went back to the call. Kalawarner was a teacher so she was at Issei's house preparing for the next day. Mittelt was accepted into the acting club and she was at the school theatre practicing. And all the other devils were summoned. So they were practically alone for the time being, as Raynare didn't have time to eavesdrop on their conversation.

"So, Vali Lucifer. Why did you not use your power to save yourself?" Asked Issei.

"The thing is…I have never really trained with my power." She said, which surprised Issei.

"I was abused by my family as my Father mated with a human to have me. My grandfather practically forced my father to torture me. This happened till I was 5 years old. One day, my grandfather ordered my father to kill my mother. My mother was the only one who cared for me. One day, as I returned home after getting the groceries, I saw my mother's body on the floor with a giant cut on her gut. She was desperate for air. When I looked up, I saw my father who had a deranged smile on his face. I couldn't control myself. I Let out a lot of power and I directed it towards my father. He evaporated instantly. My mother was barely able to say anything. "…..Run….." Was all she said. I ran as fast as I could and I ended up near the river. There I saw a boat carrying people. I quietly hopped on the boat when no one as looking. And that's how I ended up in Kuoh town. I now have a job in the press. I live a comfortable life and never really need to use my powers. I tried to use them but I wasn't able to. I only used my power in doing my work faster and more efficiently, or sometimes fix a broken thing in the office."

Issei was shocked at the story. From being tortured, to now working and earning a lot of money. Issei knew that the press in Kuoh made a lot of money as unusual things happen around Kuoh often.

"Wow…..just…wow." He said.

"And what about you, Issei?" She asked with a curious face.

"I was living in the territory of Dragons when I was born." Vali was shocked when she heard that. "My parents are descendents of Ddraig and Albion. From a young age I was taught to fight and protect those around me. When I was 5 years old, I summoned both the Divine Dividing and the Boosted Gear." He said as he brought out the two gauntlets. He then realized that he hasn't even told his girlfriends about his sacred gear.

Vali gasped. "Such power…no wonder you are so strong. I could sense that you were really strong, but I wasn't expecting this!"

Issei looked at both of his gauntlets and gave a smile, "Ddraig, Albion, where are your manners?"

"{And when did you become one to remind other beings of their manners?}"

"[For once I agree with Albion]"

"Woah, both the Heavenly Dragons. Y Ddraig Goch and Albion Gwiber. It's an honor." Vali bowed.

"{Greetings, Vali Lucifer. I am indeed Albion Gwiber and the Vanishing Dragon}"

"[Yeah yeah, Y Ddraig Goch, Welsh Dragon. I don't think that we need to introduce ourselves, literally all of the underworld knows about us. Nice to meet you, Vali Lucifer]"

"{Ddraig! Don't think that just because of your status you are allowed to talk that way}"

"[Geez chill out will ya? I just stated the facts]"

"{You!}"

Issei quickly cut the link between his dragons.

"Don't mind them, they get into fights like this very often. More often that I would like to admit" Issei said while chuckling awkwardly.

Vali chuckled at Issei's comment, "Never in my life I would have expected the two Heavenly Dragons to act so…brotherly. I have always read and thought that those two were polar opposites and could never get along with each other"

"They were, and still are. But since they both reside in a common host, they had to learn to get along. And I am glad to say that they have come a long way." He smiled.

Vali smiled back at him. Suddenly, there was a vibration in her pocket. She took out a phone from her pocket and looked at it.

"Oh! Sorry Issei, work" She smiled bitterly.

"No big deal, I am happy we got to talk." Said Issei with a smile.

Vali smiled back at him. Issei ushered her to the exit.

"Hello?.."

Vali has now left.

"Haaa…" Issei sighed.

He turned back and went inside the building again.

{Timeskip – Next day}

The next day was nothing unusual for Issei and his group. They got up, had their breakfast and were on their way to school.

They were walking peacefully, talking to each other about whatever.

Suddenly, a communication circle opened up next to Issei's and Asia's ears.

"Hey Rias, what's up?" Asked Issei.

They could hear Rias sigh.

"My sister has arranged a meeting between the leaders of each faction. Something about 'improving the peace between the factions' or something. Basically an excuse for her to get close to me" Rias deadpanned, "But since she is my sister, I can't really refuse. You have been exempted from school for today so just meet me at the ORC clubroom. We need to discuss how to introduce you to my sister and the other faction leaders"

"Alright, but I have a feeling that it won't be necessary" Issei smirked.

On the other side of the magic circle, Rias gave a confused expression.
