Hello everyone, welcome back to support conversations with the hero of twilight. Today's support is with Sully... sorry this took so long to come out, it's just this fanfic isn't my top priority.

Chapter 5: Link and sully support

Link was currently in the training yard to work on his swordsmen ship when he came across a familiar face. Sully was practicing her sword prowess while grunting very loud, so the two were now sparing to see who was the better fighter.

"Hya!" Link grunted even louder, however.

"Alright, I yield!" Sully groaned as she sheathed her training. "Sheesh, for a kid, you're pretty strong. I haven't had a good spar like that in a while."

"Thank you." Smiled link. "To be honest, I'm normally not used to fighting women, since the majority of my opponents are monsters and weird looking bandits so I was a little concerned if I hurt you."

"Hurt me?" Sully smirked. "You're strong Linky, but I'm not one for bruising easily. Don't make me laugh."

"Alright I'm sorry." Link smiled. "I have to say though, with your courage and skill, you'd make a perfect wielder for the master sword." Link the. Got out his master sword and showed it to Sully. "Care to try it."

Sully went wide eyed for a second before raising her brow. "No thank you! Something about that sword rubs me the wrong way."

"Your loss." Link shrugged before shearing it. "But you would make a great knight for Hyrule as well. Dare I say, better than all the other ones."

"How bad are they?" Sully asked.

"At one point, they offered to escort my friend to another village but when they found out there were monsters lurking the field, they bailed forcing me to do it." Link crossed his arms.

"Wow. What a bunch of whimps!" Sully laughed. "No wonder you saved your kingdom, if that's the best Hyrule's got, then they need you more then ever."

"I can't deny that." Link said. "Zelda offered me a position as captain of her guard to train them but I turned her down, in search of a friend. And then I ended up here."

"Well hey, as long as your here, you know we got your back." Sully smiled.

"Thanks sully, and know that I have your back too." Link said.

"So best three out of four?" Sully got into position.

"You're on, Red!" Link and sully began to spar yet again, going on for who knows how long.

Link and Sully have reached support level C.

Right now link was putting on his clothes after taking a bath, between the constant battles and marches, taking a while relaxing in a tub of water made the Hylian hero feel relaxed.

Down to only pants and socks, Link was brought out of his thoughts when he heard a noise from outside.

"Hey Link, mind if I come in?" He heard sully ask.

"Sure no problem." Link smiled.

"Thanks!" Sully said as she opened the tent flaps to allow her self in "I was wondering abo- um..." Sully's cheeks went red at what she saw.

"Is something wrong?" Asked Link.

"Um... you do realize you're shirtless, right?" Sully asked, trying not to stare at Link's lean muscles or his abs.

"Is that a problem?" Asked Link.

"N-no not really." Sully stuttered. "It's just, haven't seen you like this before." Sully tried her hardest not to see his shirtless form. "All shirtless and what not."

"Are you blushing?" Link asked. "Didn't expect to see that. To see the great sully blushing at the sight of a man!"

"Shut it, you ars!" Sully glared at link. "I just haven't seen you like that, that's all!"

"Alright, I'll put on a shirt." Link said as he put a shirt on. "Better?"

"Better! Sheesh Link, you seemed too comfortable shirtless." Said sully.

"Well that's what we did back in my own village." Said Link. "In Ordona, we hardly had money to afford clothing, so half the time the men went shirtless while working. I'm used to it, I thought you would be too."

"I am, it's just- well" sully blushed.

"Oh I see. Your just not used to seeing me shirtless." Link cocked his eye brow.

"Shut it! Keep talking and I'll make you regret it." Seethed sully.

"Alright, alright, I'm just joking." Said link. "So why did you come here? Need something?"

"I came to say thanks for today." Sully sighed. "You really saved my skin last battle. And well, had you not been there, I probably would've had that axe in my back."

"Or worse." Reminded Link.

"Or worse." Sully rolled her eyes. "Don't get cocky Link! You may be a hero in your kingdom, but you're just a soldier like everyone else!"

"Relax sully, I'm just having fun." Said Link. "Honestly you're so hot headed, you remind me of my friend..." link then smiled solemnly.

"You alright? Did I bring up something sad?" Sully asked.

"No you're fine." Said Link. "It's just, you remind me a lot of Midna. Hot head but with a good heart. I miss her sometimes."

"I heard about your quest to find her." Said sully. "I didn't think you felt that way about her."

"Sorry sully, I didn't want to bring you into my problems." Sighed Link. "You should just leave."

"... alright. But if you need anything, let me know." Sully gave a kind smile to link. "Me and the other shepherds are there for you."

"Thanks sully." Link smiled as sully left.

Link and Sully have reached support level B.

Link had rubbed the back of his neck as he was standing outside of Sully's tent. "Hey sully, mind if I come in." Link didn't wait for an answer as he opened the tent flaps to an empty place. "Guess she's still taking a bath. Guess I'll just wait till she gets here."

Standing there, link took notice of just how messy Sully's tent was. Guess being neat wasn't her thing. Not that he was one to blame. Just then he heard the tent flaps open as he turned to see sully, still wet with a towel wrapped around her body.

"Link, what are you doing here?" Sully cocked her brow at link.

"Hey sully, sorry for intruding, I came to speak with you." Link blushed red, trying not to see Sully.

"Oh well speak ahead, I'll just go behind my cover to get dressed for bed." Said sully as she went behind her cover and started to put on her clothes. "So what do you need?"

"I wanted to apologize about last time." Said Link. "I shouldn't have compared you to someone else and proceeded to kick you out. That wasn't right."

"Hey, it's alright link." Sully finished getting dressed and stepped out of the cover. "No sweat off me. I know what it's like to lose someone you care about."

"Really?" Asked Link.

"Of course." Said sully. "I grew around a lot of strong men, my two brothers actually taught me everything I knew. But life as a knight is dangerous so when they died, I picked up a lance to follow in their footsteps."

"Wow, I didn't know that." Said Link. "I guess that does explain your rough nature."

"You could say that." Said Sully. "I may come from a respected noble family, but at the end of the day, I'm just as normal as you. I'm sure this friend of yours is out there though."

"Oh she is. Just in another realm." Said Link. "But I guess I should stop trying to put my problems on you. It isn't right."

"Like is said link, we shepherds there for each other. So I don't mind too much." Sully reminded Link. "And besides, talking to you is always nice."

"I can't disagree on that. You always do seem to place a smile on my face." Link smiled at sully.

Link and Sully have reached support level A.

Right now, Sully was in Link's tent, using all her strength to lift his master sword, but to little avail. "Damn sword. I'm brave and strong enough, why won't you see me as worthy."

"Sully, what are you doing here?" Link asked as he opened the tent flaps to enter his tent.

Sully immediately let go of the sword and tried to act cool. "Oh I'm just snooping. You know given how you came into my tent when I wasn't there, I figured I'd try it."

"I'd believe that if you weren't bent down trying to lift my master sword." Link smirked. "Were you trying to see if you were worthy.Al

Sully sighed as she looked away from Link. "Alright fine. I wanted to see if the sword would accept me as it's possible master. Clearly I was wrong."

"Hey it's no big deal. You don't need a sword to prove your valor and strength." Link gave sully a comforting smile. "You're great as is. Though I would say, you'd look great in my green tunic."

"Pass! I'm a Ylissean knight. Not a Hylian one." Said sully.

"Alright alright." Link laughed a little. He then started to blush before looking down on the floor. "You know, before I joined your group, I was on my journey to look for my old friend so I could court her. But now, I've found someone ever more beautiful, strong, and funny. And I honestly can't imagine my life without her now. Isn't that funny?"

"I guess it is." Sully laughed a little. "So who's the lucky gal you wanna court." Link the got down on one knee and opened a small box containing a ring. "Oh... I see."

"I know it seems sudden, sully, but I do love you. You're everything a person should be. Strong, courageous, but also kind deep inside. When the war is finished, I'll leave to go back to Hyrule, but I know doing that would make me be apart from someone that matters to me the most. I can't go through with that, so I figured I could stay for you." Link said. "If you accept of course."

"Damn link, you really are corny." Sully raised her eye brow before smiling at him. "But I can't say I haven't fallen for you either. But are you sure about this, you'd be giving up everything by staying for me. That's not how a hero's story should end."

"So what, I can become a Ylissean knight. I'm sure Chrom won't mind." Said Link.

"Maybe but I have a better idea." Sully said. "How about after all of this, I'll go to Hyrule with you. That way you won't have to abandon all the friends made along the way and I can become a knight there."

"But what about the life you built here?" Link asked.

"At the end of the day, my life will be with you but your country still needs its hero in case of something were to happen." Said sully. "And besides, I'm sure ordon village won't be too much for me."

"Alright you've convinced me. But do be warned, the bees of Ordona are prone to sting." Link gave her a warning. "And the goats have a tendency to run you over."

"I'll return the gesture." Laughed sully as link slipped his ring on her finger.

"A perfect match. Almost as if it was meant to be." Link smiled.

"Stop being so corny Linky!" Sully blushed red before smiling at him "...Even if that line was smooth."

Link and Sully have reached support level S.

Paired ending: After the war, Link returned to Hyrule with his wife, Sully, in tow. Her fierce determination managed to reshape Hyrule's army, making it stronger then ever. Link, however, was just happy to live a peaceful life... with his and Sully's dozens of kids.

Well that was fun. Sully is one of my favorite waifus in Awakening and it sucks how little attention she gets. Hope I did her well in this chapter. Next one up is Miriel. Anyways, please leave a review. And I'll catch you all... later!
