A/N #1: It was great getting the feedback for the last chapter that I did so I'll get started on my thank you for that! Mb (I'm not sure if the one sentence review was yours and you accidentally sent it earlier than you meant but if that's the case I'm glad you thought it was a nice look of them at Disneyland. And with what I know was your review, I'm not surprised it made you want to go to Disneyland, lol. I do too, I haven't been in so long and I really want to see the new Star Wars land myself! Oh and I'd like to go to Disney World myself to see the differences so I understand you on that, lol. Not a huge fan of the superhero stuff, but it would be interesting to see the Avengers area since Disney is great at immersion of course! And it was so nice to see that you love how the adults were happy there too, had to do that and have them experience it with the children of all ages and good friends as you put it. Great you thought it was nicely done. You're welcome for sharing the first half of the chapter! I was pleased seeing you thought the second half of the chapter was a great look too of them enjoying themselves, going on the rides and having fun too. You're welcome for the second half!).

Thanks for the review, loved reading it and I appreciate the time taken to write it out and send it my way!

A/N #2: The title of this chapter is part of the title of the song Amusement Parks U.S.A. written by Brian Wilson and Mike Love, from The Beach Boys album Summer Days (and Summer Nights!).

Around At The Park All Day

"Now we're here," Skye was saying to the others. "I hope you remember I told you this park doesn't have as much as Disneyland."

"So you said," Castle began. "Fifty times; what are we doing?"

"Do you go through the lands here too?" Eliza asked hopefully.

"We do," Fleur said with a smile. "So what's first Mummy?"

"We've gone to the left and the right here," Skye said.

"Don't look at me grá," Mary said immediately. "This is your choice."

"Why I don't know," Skye said in amusement. "So to get to the point," she told everyone, "We'll head to Hollywood Land."

"Cool, what's there?" Eliza said eagerly.

Laughing Skye said, "We'll find out right now."

Walking together, Beckett went to Nancy and said, "Are you two ready for this park?"

"We remember it," the singer's wife replied.

"And ready for it since you're wondering," Paul commented. "But to tell you the truth, I don't remember what was here."

"The Monsters ride!" Iris was saying happily as they approached a building that had a façade of doors.

"Munsters?" Paul asked.

"Monsters Inc., though I'm sure you remember that," Mary said wryly.

"I do, my grandson loves that movie," Paul replied.

"Which?" Julia asked slowly. When he nodded to her mother she asked, "Why did they name him that?"

"His father was a fan of both the name and the writer," Paul answered with a smile at Beckett. "Now if you ever meet him he's a fan of yours."

"Of…" Julia started to say.

"Your books," Paul replied. "Though he enjoyed your recent one."

"Closer to his age," Julia commented. When the singer nodded she turned to her parents and asked, "Can we send them books with my autograph? Ours?"

"Them?" Nancy said in surprise.

"My grandkids?" Paul asked with a smile. When Julia nodded he laughed and said, "I'm not surprised you sussed out more than Beckett enjoys it, my granddaughters Bailey and Reiley do too."

"We'll send you copies once that one's ready," Beckett promised. "But just one?"

"Better get three," Nancy said. "They'll want to read it as soon as they get it."

"You'll meet them," Paul said when they stopped at the end of the shorter line.

"Really?" Eliza asked.

"Yeah," Paul said, smiling at the little girl's giggle.

"The houses are ready," Castle said with a smile since the singer had looked at him, aware they were talking about Memorial Day in Mill Valley. "But you're sure they want to meet us?"

"I've asked him the same," Skye commented, not surprised when Paul made an annoyed noise before he was speaking firmly.

"I told you they want to meet you," the singer said. "Not make sure you're not trying to steal money from me or something devious."

"Which is funny since you don't need it," Castle commented.

"I know they look out for their father," Skye said, glancing at the writer.

"And they're certain about you," Paul said soothingly.

"Don't patronize me," Skye said in mock annoyance.

Laughing Beckett couldn't help asking as they were getting closer to the loading platform, "Is James still coming?"

"So far, he's writing his next album right now," Paul answered.

"Oh wonderful, he's going to judge my playing," Skye said. She smiled shortly after as some of the Castles looked concerned and told them, "I'm kidding, we've Skyped a few times already and played off each other." Spotting Paul's startled look her eyes went a little wide and she said, "Was that a surprise?"

"He never mentioned it," Paul explained. "He had said he might want to talk to you but then I've been busy."

"Now you know," Skye said with a nod.

Beckett wasn't surprised when her friend was hurriedly moving to get her daughters' attention since they were at the front of the line and she turned to her husband saying, "Are we taking her?"

"What did you want to do?" Castle asked, slightly startled.

"Let her sisters go with her in front of us," Beckett suggested. "And Peter," she was quick to add. She smiled, not surprised when he agreed to that, and they turned their attention to letting their daughters know. Sitting behind them in the car, she wasn't surprised when Josie was crying out at the two main characters from the movies while they went through the different scenes.

"Nice ride to go on first," Castle said before they were waiting outside the building to see what Skye would say.

"I think you're all aware what exactly is going to be next," Mary said before her wife could speak, smiling when she was doing so as soon as she'd stopped.

"And you're not planning to go on it," Skye said.

"It's the tower," Marie commented.

"Oh… could I go on that?" Eliza asked eagerly.

"Do you want to?" Beckett asked.

"Yeah," Eliza replied, nodding her head rapidly.

"You know it's not the same as the one at Disney World right?" Kathleen asked the little girl.

"It doesn't look the same," Eliza replied, nodding.

"It's themed to Guardians of the Galaxy," Marie added.

"Who isn't going on this one?" Mary asked then. "Besides Josie."

"Would you go Gram?" Julia asked.

"It's up to you Mother," Castle said since Eliza had taken Martha's hand.

"You said you drop?" she asked Skye.

"It's differing drops," the investigator. "But if you don't mind it then you'll find it fun."

"Alright," Martha said. "As long as she sits with me," she added hurriedly.

"I think I'll step out for this one," Paul said.

"I'll go," Nancy said, smiling since her husband was looking at her questioningly.

"You can sit with me too," Eliza said rapidly.

"Okay," Nancy said with a brief laugh.

"Where will you take her?" Beckett asked as she led Josie to Mary.

"I think just walking around here," the doctor said.

"Is this the Avengers Campus?" Castle asked.

"It is, and where we'll go next," Mary added.

"Give him a tour grá," Skye said as she walked over to her wife, gently brushing her lips against the doctor's.

"Them both," Mary said. She squeezed Skye's hand in passing before watching the group leaving. Waving to her daughters as they turned back to her before going past the entry to the FastPass line she was turning quickly to Josie when the baby was whimpering and tugging at her hand. "Josie-" she began before the singer was interrupting her.

"What, what's the matter here Josie?" Paul asked, picking her up.

"Want Mama," the baby said. "Dada too."

"I wondered," Paul said with a smile at Mary. He turned back to the baby and said, "Now, what would you say to us going on a ride? Just the three of us."

"Monsters Inc.?" Mary asked, smiling herself then.

"Exactly," Paul said.

"No," Josie told them.

"Is she serious or just saying no to say it?" Paul asked the doctor.

"What do you want to do then?" Mary said to Josie.

"Red," the baby replied.

"I think she means the trolley," Mary said. "It's by the entrance. "But…"

"We couldn't ride it?" Paul asked.

Mary was about to say no when she quickly stopped herself before she said, "You know what, I think we should. It's only fair and she wants to."

Watching the doctor hurrying to text on her phone, Paul turned to Josie and said, "We'll have a little tour lass, and I don't think your sisters will want to go on this either."

"No," Josie said, smiling when the singer laughed.

"Okay," Mary said, smiling herself at the laughter since the baby soon joined Paul. "Skye asked the others and they said it's fine, so we need to leave now."

"We'll follow you Californian," the singer told her teasingly.

"Thank you," Mary said with a brief laugh before she was leading them to the entrance of the park. They just managed to board one of the red trolleys and she let Paul sit with Josie on her lap before they were starting down the track and he was talking to the baby.

"I hope you're happy now," Paul said.

"I think so," Mary commented since the baby was literally beaming. Once they were at the first stop she told Paul, "We're going to go through the whole thing."

"Will they take that long?" the singer asked.

"No, but Skye texted me her mother will wait for us there," Mary said, nodding to Josie.

Paul looked down at the baby, wondering if she'd say anything about the mention of a mother, but Josie was still looking outside the windows until they were pulling up to the stop by the entrance. "You weren't kidding," he said to Mary. "I thought her father would be there too."

Nodding the doctor said, "I would guess he's with the others going through the next land."

"Welcome back," Beckett said with a smile as the three came down the steps.

"Mama!" Josie squealed when she spotted her. She held out her hands and then hugged her mother's neck as soon as she was in her arms.

"How did Eliza like the ride?" Paul asked while they were walking back to Hollywood Land together. "And Martha and Nance of course."

"They enjoyed it, your wife especially did," Beckett answered.

"She does like the actor in that movie," Paul replied. "Chris… Pratt?" At nods from the two women he said, "I suppose I'd be jealous if she wasn't quick to say it's the movie she enjoys," not surprised when Mary was responding to that.

"Skye does that when we watch the movie Chicago," the doctor told them.

"Who is she admiring in that one?" Paul asked.

"Catherine Zeta-Jones," Mary replied. "I tease her about liking a Welsh girl but since I'm slightly Welsh myself…"

"Slightly?" Beckett asked with a smile.

"Yeah, my mom's father's mother was Welsh but just her," Mary said with a nod. By then they were walking into the land after Hollywood Land and spotting her wife she told the pair she was with, "Excuse me."

"Grá, how was-" Skye said when she noticed her wife. She was nearly digging her fingertips into Mary's arms when she interrupted her with a kiss, moving to respond until they were slowly pulling away. "So…" she started to say before Castle was speaking.

"We're going to the Spiderman ride?" the writer asked.

"Yeah, we're going right now," Skye said, recovering herself fully. "But one thing for you," she said, turning to Peter.

"What?" the teen asked in surprise.

"Did you want to do the same with the stores here?" Mary asked.

"That's what we forgot to ask you," Castle said, clapping his hands together.

Smiling Peter said, "Actually I would, but this land…"

"Why not something for Clive?" Julia suggested.

"That's what I was thinking," Peter said, nodding his head rapidly in agreement before they turned to Ivy as she was patting his arm while she spoke in a whisper.

"You missed the land we were just in," the little girl was saying.

"I know, I think I'm going to wait until later; after we go on all the rides at least once," Peter explained.

"Yes we're going now," Skye commented.

Smiling when her husband squeezed her hand, Beckett returned it aware it had been done in his excitement for the newest land before they were walking further into it and making their way to the next ride.

"Wanna go Dada," Josie said, trying to get out of her father's hold.

"Not this ride," Castle said, kissing her temple. "The next one, I promise."

"I go too," Josie said.

Laughing, since the baby's tone of voice was firm, Castle kissed her again and turned his attention to the Mater's Junkyard Jamboree ride everyone else but his mother was on. He turned to her and said, "Want to go with her?"

Shaking her head Martha said, "I don't think so." She smiled seeing her son looking at her in surprise and explained, "I remember the next ride the last time we were here, there's more than enough room for the three of you in the car."

Becoming thoughtful for a moment, Castle was about to speak when he realized the music for the ride had stopped and he glanced at it finding it was slowing down. When Josie started to clap he laughed and hugged her tightly to him asking the baby, "Why don't we go surprise everyone at the exit?"

Smiling as her youngest granddaughter immediately said, "Eh," Martha watched the two going around to where they'd meet everyone. She saw her son shortly after embracing his wife and smiled before he was getting Josie off his shoulders.

"She wanted to join you," Castle said. "But I promised her the next ride."

"Luckily you know which that is already," Beckett said, putting the baby on her hip. She kissed her cheek and said while they walked to Martha, "Did you ask her about going with Josie?" startled when her husband laughed before he responded swiftly.

"I did," Castle said. "And she said we're taking her."

"Okay," Beckett replied with a smile before she leaned down and gently brushed her lips to the top of Josie's head. "We're heading over there now," she added quickly as Skye was calling to them to start moving.

"Oh, yes we are," Castle said before they were hurrying after the McDouglases and everyone else.

"Are we all going on this ride?" Eliza was asking her sister.

"I think so," Julia said, looking around. "We all can which is good since I heard Mom and Dad talking about taking Josa on it."

"Oh good, she'll like it," Eliza said with a smile. When they reached the ride she read, "Luigi's Rollickin' Roadsters."

"You don't remember it?" Peter asked her.

"I do, I was reading it for Josa," Eliza quickly responded before she realized the baby wasn't paying attention.

"Do you want to sit with us?" Ivy asked her.

"Are we going to fit?" Eliza said in response. "You three should go, I'm gonna go ask my grandparents to go with me." She started to head over to them before she stopped and then turned to her friends saying, "We'll go on another ride together right?"

"Of course." "Sure." "I hope so," Fleur, Ivy and Iris said.

Smiling when the three began laughing together, Eliza hurried to her grandparents before they were moving to walk onto the ride. When they were sitting in their car she looked around, wondering who Julia was going with before smiling again at the sight of her sister in between Paul and Nancy.

Waving to her little sister, Julia said, "You're sure about this?"

"It's a little late to change your mind now," Paul teased her. "The door is closed." A moment later he said, "And the ride's about to start," since they could feel the floor moving. While the music was playing he wasn't surprised when the teen was laughing as they slid around the other cars before his wife was calling to her playfully.

"You said you liked this ride didn't you?" Nancy asked.

"I do, I can hear Josa laughing," Julia said before they were moving forward.

"I'm glad she's not getting carsick," Castle was telling his wife in the car they were in with their youngest.

Laughing briefly, Beckett said, "She might make herself sick if she doesn't calm down."

"Oh, she will now," Castle said as the ride was coming to a stop. "What did you think?" he asked the baby.

"More!" Josie exclaimed.

"We'll come back," Beckett promised. She looked at her husband and said, "You know what's next."

"I'm aware; I think they are too," Castle replied easily. He watched her turn to the exit once they were all out of the car, seeing her smile at the sight of the kids grouped together and talking.

"Luckily it's not that far," Beckett said before they were on the main street for Cars Land again. She set Josie down and then turned her attention to her father and mother-in-law asking, "Did either of you want to go?"

"When we come back," Martha replied. "With the younger girls."

"Mother-" Castle started to say.

"No, she's right," Jim said. "We don't mind taking them for you."

"I wonder if Paul and Nancy are going to go on their own," Beckett said, seeing her daughter and Peter talking with the couple.

"You know you can go on your own," Julia was saying at that moment.

"We did that," Nancy replied.

"And got a bit lost," Paul added. "So let us tag along… unless we're too old and grey?"

"No," Julia replied with a smile. "And if you want to then…" She hugged him the best she could while they were walking and when they let each other go; as he'd embraced her; she said, "Thank you!" not surprised when he chuckled before he responded.

"You're very welcome, though are you that eager for this park?" Paul asked.

"Of course," Peter said. He glanced over at the older McDouglas girls and said to Julia, "Are they?"

"Yeah, I mean they like Disneyland better but that's why they said they'll do the usual tomorrow," Julia replied.

"What is that?" Nancy asked as they were stopping by the side.

"I don't know, they didn't tell me," Julia said. "I thought it was their usual plan, but they said no."

"Mum and Mom had us do something else," Kathleen commented.

"But for now are you ready to go?" Skye asked.

"We are," Jim said. He smiled when Eliza laughed and he told her, "Don't laugh, we're planning to watch the races right here."

"And we'll see when you're finished," Martha added, speaking to Eliza. "Have fun kiddo."

"We will," Eliza said before she hurried to Fleur and Iris to walk through the exit.

"Two of our group are going to need to sit in a separate car," Mary commented.

"Nancy and I can," Paul said then. "I'm assuming you want to go with your kids?"

"We do," Skye said rapidly before she was turning to speak to a cast member since they'd reached the loading platform. She and her wife went to a red car with their three youngest and Kathleen while Marie went with the Castles and Peter. "See you for the race," she called teasingly to them as they got into a blue car behind them.

"We're gonna win!" Eliza said eagerly.

"Eliza," Beckett said gently.

"I'm just saying," the little girl replied, giggling when her sister sitting next to her nudged her.

"Do you mind sitting in the back?" Castle asked Peter, sitting in the second row with him and Beckett. He wasn't surprised when the boy shook his head before the car started and he then spoke rapidly.

"I'm aiming for the driver's seat the next time we're on the ride," Peter said, unable to help smiling when the writer laughed before they were heading around the beginning of the track.

Julia smiled back at the three behind her before she looked ahead while they were entering the building. Her sister next to her was laughing at the different scenes they were going by, and she continued to smile until they finally reached the start of the race.

"Hey, can I go over to your car?" Marie called to her family.

"No," Skye said firmly. "You're not enjoying it there?"

Julia was watching Marie, wondering what she'd say in response when the car was taking off. She was crying out along with her sister and Marie when they were outside and going over the track. Though it was short she was enjoying herself greatly, especially when they went down the drop before they were curving around. She tried to see her grandparents and Josie, but they were too fast before they were slowing down. Turning to her sister she asked, "Who won?"

"I don't know," Eliza replied, pursing her lips. "It went too fast."

"I think they did," Castle said.

"Too bad," Eliza said.

Marie looked at Julia before the teen shook her head and they were soon getting out of the car. She rushed to her mothers and said, "I was kidding."

"Boy I hope so," Skye said jokingly.

"Now what do we do?" Fleur asked as they were leaving.

"Hold that thought," Mary told the little girl, smiling when she looked at her in confusion.

"I hope we have lunch soon," Eliza whispered to her big sister, walking with her. She saw Julia nod before a hand was squeezing her shoulder and they were speaking swiftly after.

"We are sweetie, but we need to meet with everyone," Beckett told her.

"Why didn't we wait for Paul and Nancy?" Julia then asked.

"Because we're right behind you," the singer said.

"Have fun?" Ivy asked the couple.

"Of course," Nancy said.

"And if you're wondering we were in the losing car," Paul added. "But we didn't mind. We are a bit peckish though."

"Are we referring to ourselves in the third person?" Skye teased him.

"Sure," Paul replied before they were laughing and then heading together to where the other three of their group were waiting. He smiled seeing the baby squealing at two cars going over the track and watched Eliza and Julia rush to them.

"I'm glad you don't mind losing," Jim said to Eliza after she'd told them about her ride.

"Mommy and Daddy would be mad if I did," the little girl said.

"Oh, so does that mean you do?" Castle asked, playfully picking her up.

"Nope," Eliza replied. She giggled when her father nodded firmly before kissing her cheek, freezing when her stomach growled loudly. "Uh…" she said in embarrassment.

"Don't worry," Skye said quickly. "We have something for us, we'll head there now."

"Is it the diner here?" Julia asked hopefully.

"Not exactly," Mary said with a smile before Kathleen was crying out in joy.

"We're going to the castle right?" the little girl asked.

Beckett glanced at her husband, amused to see him pursing his lips, and she turned to the couple asking, "Are we?"

"You remember it?" Skye asked.

"Not hard to when your girls were talking about it the last time we were here," Castle said.

"Do you mind? It's a bit of tradition too," Skye told them.

"What is?" Nancy asked.

"Yeah, I'm confused," Paul said.

"The Corn Dog Castle," Marie and Kathleen said eagerly.

"Are we going there?" Iris asked happily.

"I just thought of something," Castle said. "Can we?"

Smiling, as the writer had been nodding to Paul and Nancy, Mary said, "I'll ask him right now."

"I will," Skye teased her wife.

Giving the investigator a mock look, Mary turned to the couple and said, "They have a cheese stick… I'd call it a cheese dog but that sounds disgusting. It's battered the same way and isn't bad."

"We asked Mum and Mom to let us try it one time," Marie said. "I liked it," she said, not surprised her twin nodded before they were turning to Paul as he spoke.

"Since you said it's such a tradition, we'll try it ourselves," the singer was saying as he turned to his wife.

"Are you asking me my opinion now?" Nancy asked laughingly.

"Of course," Paul replied before she was kissing his cheek. "Then we accept." He smiled while the others were laughing and they continued walking until they were at the stall and he said, "I thought it might be a restaurant."

"Grab us tables," Skye called before Castle, Jim and Nancy walked with her to the short line to order.

"Will we fit at all of these?" Ivy asked while they walked to the tables by the stall.

"I think so," Beckett said before she watched Julia going with Peter to one table. She smiled when the two sat down and turned her attention to Josie since she was tugging her hand. "What do you want sweetie?" she asked her.

"Eat Mama," the baby replied.

"We will soon," Beckett assured her.

"Do you need a highchair?" Mary asked.

Shaking her head Beckett said, "We won't have a place to put it." She watched Eliza get up on the bench next to her and then said, "You're going to eat your mandarin after right?"

"Yeah," Eliza said. "You didn't think I was going to?" she then said in surprise.

"I'm just making sure," Beckett replied before her husband walked over to them with the cups of water he'd gotten.

"Daddy?" Eliza asked.

"Yeah?" Castle said, looking at her.

"Are we going to pick dinner like we did yesterday?" Eliza replied.

Smiling, Castle kissed the top of her head and said, "We will. Skye and Mary mentioned letting you guys do that for lunch and dinner tomorrow."

"What about how we go around tomorrow?" Peter asked from the other table. "How does that work?"

"Wait until they're here too," Beckett said in amusement, not surprised Julia was sharing a confused look with her partner before she was asking a question.

"Why can't we ask Mary?" the teen said.

"You can, but I'm going to agree with your mom, wait until the others are here since Skye needs to say as well," the doctor said. "Though the girls didn't tell you?"

Smiling at their mother looking at her and her twin, Kathleen said, "We weren't sure which way you wanted to go tomorrow."

"You already know," Mary said in mock annoyance before she saw the others returning.

"How's Josa going to eat?" Eliza asked her mother.

"Watch," Castle said before his wife could say anything.

Eliza frowned before she realized her father was cutting the corn dog and she did a quick count before asking, "What am I going to eat?"

"You're sharing with your sister," Beckett replied. "And if you want more you can have some of mine."

"I'll be okay," Eliza replied swiftly.

"And I should have asked first-" Castle started to say.

"Don't cut my part Daddy," Eliza said swiftly. She took her corn dog happily and dipped it in the ketchup and mustard on her tray, looking at her baby sister.

"Not too much sweetie," Beckett told Josie with a smile, gently moving her hand away from the ketchup. She watched her eat her slice of corn dog and could tell by the baby sticking her fingers in her mouth after that she enjoyed it. "Keep eating," she told Josie, not surprised when her youngest laughed and reached for another slice.

"Your sister is so cute," Marie said, glancing over at the table.

"I know," Julia replied. "Now… after this?" she asked.

"You're wondering already?" Kathleen asked in amusement.

"Of course, is it going to be the Little Mermaid ride again?" Julia said. She was startled when the twins shook their heads, looking to their mothers before Skye was laughing and speaking swiftly.

"Let's clean up before we tell you," the investigator said before they were all getting up. After they'd finished and were gathered by the building that held the Little Mermaid ride Skye was telling the others, "There's a trail near here with different things for the kids to do."

"Do we have to do the ceremony?" Kathleen asked.

"No," Mary said quickly.

"I don't think it's going on today," Skye added. "So you're lucky. But would you guys mind doing that before we split up?"

"I don't," Eliza said eagerly. "What kind of stuff though?"

"You'll see," Skye said with a laugh before they were walking.

"Josa's not going to be able to see it," Julia told her parents.

"She will for a little," Beckett corrected her, looking at her husband who had Josie on his hip.

"I'm trying," Castle said.

Nodding Beckett replied, "Don't be surprised if it takes a while."

"Should we wait until she's asleep to take her inside?" Castle asked.

Shaking her head, Beckett could see the sign for the trail, and she was about to speak when she realized her husband was stopping. Turning to him she saw he was motioning to his mother to put Josie into the stroller.

"You said it was going to take a while," Castle told his wife teasingly while his mother was pushing the stroller ahead of them when the baby was set.

"It seemed like it," Beckett replied, not surprised when he was taking her hand.

"Richard, Kate?" Martha called to them. "I think I should stay outside, so she'll sleep."

"But you won't get to see inside Gram," Eliza told her.

"That's alright kiddo, I can see right now, and you'll have a lot of fun," Martha assured her.

"We'll try with them both again," Castle said when the little girl still looked uncertain before Nancy was talking to them.

"After dinner?" the singer's wife suggested.

"I was going to say," Castle replied with a smile.

"Go," Martha urged them, smiling when Eliza waved to her before she went with her parents.

"You kids go first," Skye said when they passed under the sign for the trail. "You know the way already and this is for you."

"Right, this way first," Marie said eagerly before she and her twin were leading the others first.

"We get to walk through that?" Eliza asked eagerly when she saw the tree in the distance.

"Yeah, there's one north you can drive through," Kathleen said before they were through.

Taking a picture of the trail ahead Julia asked, "Is that a real one?" seeing the cross section of a large tree.

"Yeah, Mom and Mum said it fell during a storm," Kathleen replied. "So it wasn't cut down."

"It fell in 1937," Marie said. "You forgot to say," she told her sister.

"Oh, sorry," Kathleen said with a smile. She then pointed to it and said, "And they have different stuff that happened in history."

"I know what you're going to say," Beckett said to her husband with a smile while they were watching the kids.

"You do?" Castle replied.

"Vertigo," Beckett said simply before she looked at Mary when she laughed before she spoke.

"Skye mentions that every time we come here," the doctor said.

"And I would have this time, but Kate beat me to it," Skye herself said, having walked up to them. "But are you sure you'd want to come back?"

"You don't?" Castle asked.

"I don't mind, I'm just wondering about our girls," Skye said, though she had turned to Mary at the end.

"I don't think they'd mind," the doctor said firmly. "And I think we need to let them go ahead of us."

"I think we should," Castle said, looking at his wife. When she nodded he started walking with them and asked, "Where are we going?"

"Why are you so impatient?" Skye said jokingly.

"Just wondering," Castle replied before they were going across a bridge in front of a waterfall until he noticed the kids were in front of a sign. "Is that a map?" he asked them once they had reached all of them.

"No, it's footprints," Eliza said.

"Those over there?" Castle asked since they were in the path.

"Yeah," Eliza said with a smile. When they began walking again she hurried to her grandfather and asked him, "Are you having fun?"

"Of course," Jim said, smiling at her. He squeezed her hand and then said, "You aren't?"

"I am, a lot," Eliza replied. "But this isn't a ride."

"Good," Jim replied. "Since we just ate." He was smiling again when the little girl giggled before Skye was calling to the others.

"We have two separate choices," the investigator explained. "Either the kids head up to the lookout now or we go to the rock climbing." Glancing at her two oldest when they snorted, Skye said, "You realize we need to let our guests have a say," not surprised Marie was responding first.

"We know, but we have a say too right?" the girl asked.

"You do," Mary said with a smile. "And I'm guessing you don't want to go to the rock climbing?"

"Not really," Marie replied.

"We could wait for you like we usually do," Kathleen added in a rush.

"Do you lot want to go with them?" Skye said to Julia and Peter.

"Yeah," Julia said quickly.

"Sure," Peter said, looking at his partner before he was speaking in a rapid tone of voice.

"It'll be fun," Marie said eagerly.

"You know what to do," Skye said to the twins before Kathleen was replying.

"We do, thanks," the little girl said she and her twin going with Julia and Peter back the way they came.

"Are we going all the way across?" the former asked once they'd reached a set of stairs going up.

"Not yet," Marie answered. "We're not going all the way up yet," she added with a smile.

Sharing a confused look with Peter, Julia looked up and saw the rope swing asked, "Can your sisters go on that? Can mine?"

"I think so," Kathleen answered first.

"She's talking about Eliza," Marie clarified. "Our sisters have gone on this."

"Peter," Julia said as they turned to find him ready to head across already.

"What? You were taking too long," the teen said in amusement.

"Go with him Julia," Kathleen then said.

Though she was going to ask the twins if they were sure, Julia saw in the expressions on their faces and then nodded. She grabbed the other swing, and they took off at the same time before they were crying out in excitement at their speed until a cast member was helping them on the other side. "Thanks," she told the man.

"Is it okay to wait for them? They're with us," Peter said while the handles went back to the other side.

"Yeah," the man replied. "Just step back when they come over."

"Sure," Peter said before he and Julia were doing so. They cheered Marie and Kathleen as they were heading over and once they were with them he said, "Okay… how do we get out of here?"

"This way," Kathleen said, grabbing his sleeve and turning him.

"Bye," Peter said, pretending to head into the slide made to look like a log.

"Wait for Julia!" Marie said.

"Yeah, that way we can race," the teen herself said teasingly. When Peter made a face she laughed, and they went to the slides before heading through them at the same time. Once they'd reached the bottom Julia said, "A tie," not surprised when he was responding swiftly.

"What, you were competing?" Peter asked her.

"Of course," Julia told him teasingly before they were hurrying out of the way of the twins. "Now what?"

"Now we can go up to that bridge," Marie said. "You saw right?"

"Definitely," Peter replied before they were heading back around to the steps up again.

Smiling as the swings were slowing down, Beckett looked behind her and Castle and called to Skye, "Are you sure Mary wouldn't come?"

"Very, she put her foot down," the investigator replied. "But we're going off on our own after this," Skye added quickly.

"Great I was about to demand you guys do that," Castle commented.

"Rick," Beckett said simply.

After getting off the swing he'd been on, Castle reached for her hand and asked, "Where do you want to go?"

Shaking her head Beckett told him, "Don't rush me," teasingly before they were off the ride. "We'll see you-" she began.

"Later," Mary replied before she was tugging her wife away.

"Rude," Castle said jokingly.

"You wanted to do the same didn't you?" Beckett pointed out.

"Yes I did," Castle replied before he was gently tugging her hand so they could leave the ride. After they were going around the west side of the park and were near the jellyfish themed parachute ride he stopped her.

"What? I'm following you," Beckett told her husband teasingly.

"I did ask where you wanted to go first," Castle replied easily. He smiled when his wife rolled her eyes before he leaned over and gently brushed his lips to hers before she was speaking firmly.

"We've gone on everything by now once," Beckett said. "So I think at this point I'd like to get some pictures."

"You… wait," Castle began to say before she started to smile at him, and he frowned.

Brushing her lips to his that time, Beckett said, "Let's go back to the Cars ride."

"Oh good, that was my choice too," Castle said swiftly, not surprised she was laughing softly. While they were curving around the water he said, "You know we might end up running into them."

"I know how small this park is," Beckett replied. She then said, "And it's almost time to meet up with everyone anyway." She squeezed his hand then and told him, "Are you ready to have them pick dinner?"

"Why do I get the feeling you're asking me to see if I saved the page on the site?" Castle asked. When his wife merely smiled at him he told her, "I did, but I wonder if we'll have to go through several numbers again."

"More than likely," Beckett replied. "And we're doing that twice tomorrow," she added. She couldn't help laughing when her husband groaned and said, "If you didn't want to you should have said."

"I shouldn't have thought of it in the first place," Castle said jokingly. "But I don't mind, I just wish it worked out better."

"You know at lunch it will," Beckett pointed out to him quickly.

"Unless it gives a restaurant," Castle commented.

"That's what I thought too," Beckett replied with a smile. They'd reached the Cars ride by then and once they were at the exit she told her husband, "Are you asking for the front?"

"That was the plan," Castle said before someone was speaking behind them.

"So we'll have to sit in the back?" Paul asked.

"Hey Mom, Dad," Julia said with a smile at them when they turned at the same time.

"Are you following us?" Castle asked, reaching for her to embrace her after she'd done that with her mother.

"No, we walked here from Soarin'," Julia answered.

"Are we all going together?" Nancy asked.

"Where are our moms?" Kathleen asked.

"They left us a while ago," Beckett replied.

"We thought they might be here, since Mom doesn't mind this ride," Marie explained. She turned to her twin and said, "I told you they probably went on this one first thing."

"We can call them and see where they are," Beckett said. She was startled when her husband tapped her shoulder and seeing him looking behind them turned herself to find the McDouglas women were walking towards them.

"Is my watch broken?" Skye said jokingly, looking at it.

"No we came here to go on the ride," Marie said while she and her twin hurried to their mothers.

"Are we all going together?" Mary asked, hugging Kathleen.

"For this one," Paul said.

"After that?" Skye asked.

"I think they want to go with you two," Julia said, watching Marie and Kathleen squeezing at their mothers' hands.

"And you two? Paul, Nancy?" Skye said, looking around at them.

"Why don't we let them decide after the ride?" Beckett said quickly, shaking her head briefly at her daughter when she started to part her lips to speak.

"I kind of want to go with you and Dad," Julia said once they were walking towards the exit.

"I know," Beckett replied. "And we can though there isn't that much time. I was stopping you more to let Paul and Nancy have time to decide," she then continued with.

"Oh… hopefully they come with us," Julia said, turning to look ahead of them at the line. She sat with her parents in the front row of one of the cars at the loading platform, smiling at Peter with Paul and Nancy in the back before they were starting through the ride. At the race she tried to keep her hands up as long as she could, letting out a sharp cry at the drop before they were coming back to the loading platform and she said to her mother, "We can go on that again right?"

"Did you guys go on it after we left you?" Castle asked, looking between her and Peter. He was surprised when they didn't say anything, the latter nudging Julia before she smiled and was speaking quickly as they got out of the car.

"It was the first ride we went on," Julia said.

"Why did you lie about that?" Castle said. He turned to Paul and said, "You did too."

"I couldn't lie if I kept me mouth shut," the singer said immediately.

Laughing with the others, Julia then said, "We didn't want you to think we went on it too many times."

"You two thought that?" Mary asked the twins.

"Sort of," Marie said slowly.

"That was us," Peter said quickly. "We thought you'd say we should have gone to other rides."

"Or else we would have gone on this constantly," Julia said jokingly.

"Thanks for not doing that," Nancy said. "We would have gotten tired of it."

"I don't know," Paul commented. "It is quite fun." He turned to Castle and Beckett and said, "If you don't mind we'd like to tag along with you. What little time left until we see the others again," turning to Julia when she began speaking quickly.

"Great!" the teen said before they were saying goodbye to the McDouglases.

"Julia," Peter said when they were starting to walk away from the ride themselves.

"What is it?" Castle asked, looking at the two.

"Um… I'm wondering about rides though," Julia said.

"What about them?" Castle said.

"We went on our favorites at least twice," Julia explained. "This one three times now…"

"You want to take a break?" Nancy suggested.

"Yeah, Peter too," Julia said. "How long is left?"

"Fifty minutes," Castle said, looking at his watch after his wife turned to him. He then looked at Paul and Nancy and told them, "If you want to go on rides you don't have to stay with us."

"We'll take a break too," Paul said with a smile. "Though what're you…"

"What?" Peter said when the singer trailed off and looked at him. He then realized and smiled asking, "You figured it out?"

"I think we did too," Beckett said.

"Do you mind?" Peter asked.

"I think you want to now," Castle said, nodding to his wife.

"I could have asked Nancy," Peter said rapidly.

"You could have," the singer's wife replied. "But there's nothing wrong with going now."

"Where do we start?" Julia asked. She smiled when her parents looked at her and she told them, "He told me he wanted to get the gifts now if he could and leave after dinner for the rides."

"At the beginning of the park?" Peter asked before he smiled while the others laughed, and they walked north. As they were nearing the Buena Vista Street, the first land in the park, he wasn't surprised when his partner's father was getting his attention.

"Where did you want to go?" Castle asked him.

"That one?" Peter said, pointing to the Elias & Co. building.

"It's the main store," Beckett said while they were heading toward it.

"Know what you'll get her?" Julia asked her partner.

Not surprised Peter was speaking rapidly, Beckett glanced at her husband when she felt his hand taking hers before they were stepping up the curb to the store while the two in front of them were discussing ideas for the teen's sister.
