Chapter 10- Training

About a Week passed since the assassination attempt. Hiccup didn't show himself anymore. If he got something to say he sent his men to say it to the Berkians. On one such day Stoick grew curious.

"Why isn't your Chief coming anymore?" He asked.

"Really?" One of the guards asked him back.

"You tried to assassinate him" another guard spat.

Stoick looked to the ground. "Can i speak to him alone?" He asked.

"I'll ask him" came the reply and then the guard left.

Hiccup was playing with Toothless in the backyard of his hut as the guard came.

"Captain Hiccup" he spoke up as he dismounted his Nadder. "Why hello" Hiccup replied. "Whyt brings you here on this beautiful day?" Hiccup continued.

"I have a message from the Berkians" The guard explained and the smile on Hiccups face vanished. "Who?" He asked. "It's from their Chief. He wants to talk with you alone" the guard said and Hiccup stood up from the ground and started walking around.

"You know what? Bring him here" Hiccup finally said and the Guard nodded and flew off towards the Berkians.

"Stoick the Vast get up" the guard yelled as he opened the door. Stoick walked out and got pick up by a Nadder. Stoick started to yell as the Dragon flew higher and higher until they reached their Destination. Stoick got dropped and landed face first onto the ground of Hiccup's backyard.

"Who do we have here?" Hiccup asked as he looked down to Stoick. An angry Toothless standing besides him.

Stoick got up and held out his hand only to be growled at from the black Dragon. He immediately pulled it back and started to talk.

"Chief... i wanted to talk with you about that deal you told me" Stoick said and received a unbelieving look from Hiccup and an annoyed look from Toothless.

"Are you sure you don't want to kill me again?" Hiccup said with a annoyed tone.

"No! No... i... i'm sorry about that but now I'm serious i want to do that and get off this Island" Stoick said and Hiccup made a thinking face which Stoick didn't saw since Hiccup wore a Helmet.

"Bring me excluding you 5 of your best warriors and i'll begin with them and if they go on well i'll either try to teach all or i'll let you go with them" Hiccup said and watched as Stoick's gase wandered from him to a figure with a blue Face mask and it had a staff.

She mumbled something. (She since her voice was female). No one understood but she walked up to Hiccup and asked him "What are ya doing here didn't this moron of an Viking tried to kill you?" She spat basically and Stoick's jaw dropped.

She looked at him. "What is it? Did i grow a second head?" She asked him.

"This Voice... i would recognize it everywhere" Stoick replied and he walked up to that figure. Suddenly Toothless lunged at him and pinned him to the ground since he violated the personal space if the two riders.

"Toothless let him go" Hiccup said and Stoick stood up after toothless got up from him.

"Well Well you know my voice" She said crossing her arms.

"V... Valka" he said tears forming in his eyes. Her jaw dropped and she let go of her staff. Hiccup just stood there motionless.

"Stoick" Valka replied with a broken voice. Stoick started to approach her and as he wanted to pull of her mask she suddenly hit his hand away and roundhouse Kicked his Jaw. "You Bastard of a Father" She began. "Our Son is dead because of you!!!" She yelled at him as he gathered.

"What?" Stoock replied still a little bit dazed from the Kick he just received.

"OUR SON YOU IDIOT OR DID YOU FORGET HIM" she yelled even more now. "You let him fell like he didn't exist. Like he wasn't your son" she was crying now.

"He told me everything before he killed himself. How you and the whole tribe started to call him useless and the other kids started to beat him up and your reply when he came to complain to you was just that's good you need to learn to defend yourself" she said crying even harder.

"He should learn to defend himself" Stoick tried to fight back.

"His cousin! The guy who should protect him not punch him like there is no morning!!!" Her voice got louder again.

"And is this how you hold on you promise to protect him? To let him kill himself? Is that how? TELL ME STOICK!!" She yelled more again.

Stoick looked ashamed of himself as he understood that his dead believed Wife was right.

"I'm sorry honey-" he began but got cut off. "DO NOT CALL ME THAT!!" She yelled and threw a rock at him.

Hiccup just watched what he wanted to see for years.

She pulled of her mask revealing her teary eyes and her angry expression.

"Okey guys i see this Situation is tensing up so you go back the way you came and you go get me those warriors now" Hiccup interfered so that no one could kill the other.

Half an hour later Astrid, Sbotlout, Fishlegs and the Twins stood in front of the assumed arena and Hiccup flew over it and landed inside. "Come in, it's warm in here" he said sarcastically and the Teens got in.

Hiccup dismounted Toothless. "First of all i want to know y'all so i'm gonna pick each one of you and then you tell me your name and then some information about you"

He pointed at Fishlegs. "I.. i'm F... Fishlegs Ingerman. I love to w... write about Dragons i have a Dragon Book with Information in it about many Dragon species" Hiccup nodded and pointed at Snotlout.

"Name is Snotlout Jorgenson and the Hier of Berk HAHA. I'm easily the best warrior in Berk and all Girls are crazy after me" Snotlout said and then started to kiss his muscles and Astrid just shook her head.

"You're shaking your Head. What's about you?" Hiccup asked Astrid.

"Astrid Hofferson, Shield maiden and the Chiefs right hand" She explained and Hiccup melted underneath his mask as he saw how beautiful she got over the years but he gathered himself and pointed at the Twins.

"Ruffnut and Tuffnut Thorston the twins. Without one you won't get the other" they both said in union.

Then Snotlout spoke up "Who are you? Let us know something about you" he said.

"Fine" Hiccup replied and put his hands onto his Helmet.

"some of you know me under the name of Dragon master or Dragon boy but i'm pretty sure y'all know me under the name of..." He pulled off his Helmet "...Useless"
