Minato was currently at his desk. He was worried about the events that took place a few hours ago. "Naruto, please make it back home. You're my son and I know things have been hard on you, but I know things will get better." Minato thought to himself as he looked over the scroll.

"Lord Hokage, I've informed you that Lord Kazahana has been killed. I managed to eliminate the three rogue shinobi along with Doto. I have reason to suspect their is a secret here in the Land of Snow. Would you prefer us to return to Konoha now? Or would you rather us stay here. Either way, leadership needs to be appointed. I will be waiting for your reply. Kitsune." Minato finished reading.

The hokage began writing his own message to his son about what he believes is the best course of action to take.

"Kitsune, this isn't good. Please return to Konoha with Lady Kazahana. I have contacted the Fire Damiyo in regards to Lord Kazahana. He believes you two should return while he makes preparations to provide the Land of Snow with proper leadership. I hope all is well, please stay safe. I love you." Minato finished writing and gave it to Gamakechi.

Land of Snow

Koyuki woke up and found her room empty. Her eyes scanned the entire room and was surprised to see that Naruto wasn't anywhere to be found. "I guess he couldn't handle it." Koyuki said while stretching and letting out a yawn. She walked into the bathroom but was stopped by her sight.

Naruto had undressed himself and took a shower. His shredded eight pack of abs, along with his near godly body, Koyuki nearly passed out from blood lost. "Lady Kazahana, my apologies. I felt that with this short time of rest, I would get myself cleaned up. I will quickly finish up." the blond said in his professional tone.

Koyuki ignored the words as he eyes were glued to his body. "I would have never known such a body could be on someone so young." Koyuki silently thought before she snapped herself out of her thoughts. "Okay, that's fine. Take your time." Koyuki said as she secret tried to sneak away.

Leaning against the door while making his kunai spin in his hand, Naruto informed Koyuki she wasn't that slick. The princess of Snow rolled her eyes and made her way back to her room. Naruto exitted the bathroom as he was drying off his hair. "The bathroom is all yours." Naruto said as he put both of his masks back on.

A burst of smoke appeared with Gamakechi. "Here you go, Kitsune. Pops sends his regards. Why don't you call us to play sometime?" the toad asked but was ignored by the blond. Naruto began reading the scroll before burning it.

Koyuki exited the shower and was fully dressed. "Okay, it's time for us to leave. We're heading to Konoha." Kitsune said.

"Already? I thought we need to line things up." Koyuki said.

"Lord Fourth and our Damiyo has the matter taken care of. Officially, you're next in line. However, your father had some plans in particular. We will have you back here once everything is taken care." Kitsune said. Koyuki sighed in annoyance but decided to go along with it.

The two arrived at the harbor and got on board. While on the ship, he was met by Kakashi Hatake, the Anbu Captain known as Dog, Yamato, known as Bird, and Yugao Uzuki, known as Cat. "Hello, Kitsune, Lady Kazahana." said Kakashi.

"Hello, captain. I assume Lord Fourth sent you?" asked Kitsune.

"Yes, we've been asked to provide extra backup for you, or security." Kakashi said.

"Thank you, captain. While it wasn't needed, I appreciate your assistance." Kitsune said as he sat down.

"Hello, Lady Kazahana. My name is Cat, I'll be taking over your protection." Cat sat in her professional tone.

"That's fine." the girl said and the boat ride remained silent for some time. As the time went on, Koyuki noticed that Kitsune was currently meditating with three kunai spining around his head. "What is Naruto, I mean Kitsune doing?" Koyuki asked.

This didn't go unnoticed by the three anbu. "How did you learn his name?" asked Cat.

"He told me." Koyuki said.

"That's strange. He doesn't tell anybody his name, not since that day." Cat declared.

"What day? What happened? Was he not always like this?" Koyuki asked.

"It's a complicated story. I don't want to speak out too much about it because it's Naruto's story to tell. The mask he once wore is replaced by the mask that's cold. As far as what he's doing, Naruto is meditating. It keeps his mind calm and his body on high alert." Kakashi explained.

"What do you mean about the mask he once wore?" Koyuki asked.

"If you want answers, I suggest you asked NAruto or the hokage." Kakashi said in a low tone.

Koyuki nodded. "Why is everything such a mystery with him?" Koyuki asked herself.

The journey remained without any events and the five of them exitted the boat. They explained the basic layout about the land of fire and their different towns. When asked how long the trip would take, Yamato declared it would take them three days.

"We can get their faster if you ride my back." Kitsune said. This made everyone look at the boy with wide eyes. "What? You guys are acting weird." Kitsune said. "Yes, you're the ones acting weird, Cat." Kitsune said.

"How the hell do you do that?" the anbu named Cat asked.

"Well, Lady Kazahana. It's up to you. How fast would you like to get to Konohagakure?" Kakashi asked.

"Fine." Koyuki said as she got on Kitsune's back.

"I'll see you guys later." Kitsune said as he threw a kunai with chakra added. He then vanished in an orange flash.

"He needs to teach me that jutsu." Cat said as the anbu squad took off at maximum speed.

Hidden Leaf Gate

A few hours passed and Kitsune and Koyuki arrived at the front gate. She scolded him for not warning her though he waved it off with an apology. After they were allowed to enter, Kitsune grabbed Koyuki's hand and as they flashed away, a blush was seen on her face.

When the two arrived at the hokage's office, Minato was shocked at how quickly they arrived. "Kitsune? How did you get here so fast?" Minato asked.

"Hello, Lord Fourth. By the use of my Hiraishin, I was able to reduce the time needed in our travel. Dog, Bird, and Cat are in route." Kitsune explained.

Minato nodded. "I'm glad you arrived here unharmed." Minato said to the woman.

"Thank you, Lord Hokage. My father has said great things about you and your family." Koyuki said.

"I don't recall mentioning things about my family?" Minato asked with a curious expression.

Koyuki pointed at Kitsune. "I was actually referring to your son, Naruto." Koyuki said. This caught the hokage off guard. Like the anbu, Minato knew that his son never revealed his name to anyone.

"I see. Well, thank you for that." Minato said with a cheerful smile.

"Lord Hokage, with your permission, I'd like to have Naruto as my personal guard during my time here. I've witnessed his abilities first hand. I feel completely safe. Plus, it's nice to have someone around that's not a pervert." Koyuki said.

Minato looked at her with a stunned expression. "Who is this girl? We've tried for years to help Naruto. Yet, she meets him and then boom, it's like they have known each other forever." Minato mentally thought. "That won't be a problem. Kitsune, will that be a problem for you?" asked Minato.

"No, Lord Fourth. I, Kitsune of anbu, will continue the assigned mission that was given to me." Kitsune said.

"That's the thing. Having an anbu escort around her all the time, it will draw suspicion. I must request that you not use your anbu code name along with keeping your face cover on." Minato declared.

"Yes, Lord Fourth." Kitsune nodded as he vanished in an orange flash.

"Where did he go?" asked Koyuki.

"Naruto isn't like most people. He follows everything to the dot. You'll get used to it. He will be back soon, I believe he is changing into his civilian clothes." Minato said.

"Yes, Lord Hokage, I understand. While he is gone, may I speak with you about a matter I'm concerned about?" Koyuki asked.

"I'm sorry, I cannot discuss any information at the moment. However, I will schedule a time that you can speak with Kushina and myself." The blond hokage said.

"I don't believe it would be wise to have Naruto present." Koyuki declared.

"No worries, I will make sure that our conversation is in private." the hokage said as the blond boy appeared in normal clothing.

Koyuki soft bit her lip. Naruto was wearing a pair of green cargo shorts, an orange shirt, and black sandals. He also appeared to have a sword strap on his back. "Alright, Koyuki. Would you like me to show you to your hotel?" asked Naruto.

"Yes, thank you." Koyuki said as she dropped a small peace of paper for the hokage to read when they left.

After the two left the office, Minato picked up the note. "Your son, he interests me. I promise, I will not do wrong by him." Minato read and chuckled.

Streets of Konoha

Naruto and Koyuki were walking down the road. While she noticed many of the looks towards her, she also noticed the hateful and disgusted looks being given to Naruto. "Don't worry about it. It's normal." Naruto said in a low tone as he walked with his hands in his pockets.

Sitting inside one of the shops, Yugao and her friends, Kurenai and Anko noticed the blond boy walking with Koyuki. "Who the hell is Naruto walking with?" asked the short haired woman with purple hair.

"That's Koyuki Kazahana, the daughter of the snow damiyo. Apprently, she personally requested that Naruto is her fulltime body guard." Yugao declared.

"Do you think they are dating?" asked Kurenai.

"No. You know how he is. Ever since she left, Naruto was broken and shut his heart off. He has a hard time with us, I doubt some woman, regardless of her political status, would be able to crack him." Yugao said.

"Look, why is she with demon?" asked one of the villagers.

"Is the snow damiyo insane?" asked another man.

"What are they talking about? Did he do something wrong?" Koyuki asked herself mentally as they arrived at the hotel. When the walked up to the desk, the hotel receptionist glared at the blond and told him he wasn't allowed.

"I apologize, I'm currently escorting Lady Kazahana." Naruto said.

"Yeah, right! Don't try lying. Filthy demon." the man said in a low tone.

Koyuki saw Naruto slightly clench his fist but appeared relaxed. "Excuse me, my name is Koyuki Kazahana. I've been assigned Naruto Namikaze as my personal escort. He is to be staying with me in the room that was booked. I will not have someone bothering an assistant of mine." Koyuki said with a glare.

"My apologies. Please, enjoy your stay." the man said.

Both Naruto and Koyuki proceeded to their room on the top floor. To their surprise, it was a single, king size bed. "God, are people of Konoha this stupid?" Koyuki mentally asked herself.

"It won't be an issue. I have my sleeping bag." Naruto said as he pulled his sleeping bag.

"No, you aren't sleeping on the floor. We're both adults, sharing a bed is normal." Koyuki said.

"I don't believe it would be appropriate." Naruto explained.

"It's fine. Now, I'd like to have some lunch. I will be meeting with Lord Fourth this evening along with Lady Kushina. If you have any plans, you're more then welcome to focus on them" Koyuki said.

"I must declined the offer. While I do appreciate your kindness, my assignment is to stay with you at all times unless the hokage orders me otherwise." Naruto.

Koyuki sighed and rolled her eyes. "Okay, what do you like to eat?" Koyuki asked.

"I enjoy eating ramen." Naruto said in a low tone.
