Dragons, magic, swords, what more could you want?

Shepard once again joined his fellow crew members in the lounge as Zach explained once again who they were and what they wanted.

The who in question were twins, Kieran and Jessie. Catlike in appearance, both bearing a birthmark similar to a scar across the bridge of their short snouts. The female had a short scar across her eyebrow, or where it would be if she had them. Her eyes were feline in nature, being hyper reflective, they glowed in dim light. Apparently this might've been due to magic overuse, this most likely relating to her job as Archmage of the college of Winterhold.

The male on the other hand had many scars, most around his cheeks, but one across his eyelid and connecting to another on his cheek, the eye in question deadened and milky. A pendant hung around his neck, a symbol of a horse carved into it. Zach said it represented the city he hails from, Whiterun, being its Thane, though thinking about this brought up the difficult topic of his Drell friend, so he put it off in his mind.

Apparently both were close to the age of 3,200, which impressed the two Asari and Krogan in the room. Zach also described them as being "Cathay cycle Khajiits, born from Alfiq cycle parents." This apparently explained the extra cat-like behavior of them, though he understood about 62.5% of that sentence. Both behaved more like your average house cat than most others of the species.

"I'd suggest only bringing one person on this mission with you, their log cabin ain't exactly built for a crowd." Zach said. "Ahem." Tali said, looking at him and nudging him with her elbow.

"I guess I'm taking Tali." Shepard said, smiling and standing up. "I'm okay with that, I got plans anyways." Mason said, eyeing the tabletop section of the lounge. "Anything for you to take me somewhere nice." She responded, the glow of her eye shifting slightly, something he came to recognize as a smile.

"Alright, listen, you'll want to keep your excursions on the mountain to a minimum, Tali's thermals won't keep her warm long, then she'll go into thermal shock." Zach said "Oh, and watch out for the-" Zach was interrupted by Wrex walking in and asking for him, before he returned, the Kodiak's autopilot closed the door and started the planetary decent. "Please be something pleasant, like, watch out for random snowballs, watch out for cuddly animals." "It never is Shepard, I thought you would've realized this by now." Tali responded to his ramblings.

Shepard stared out the window to witness an almost complete whiteout, occasionally a flash of green appeared, most likely trees below.

Shepard soon realized they weren't trees.

A large yellow eye almost glowed as it reflected off the light emitted by the shuttle. A roar was heard, and then half the shuttle was missing.

Shepard held on as the shuttle crashed, Tali slipped from his grasp, her back hitting the wall as she held on to anything she could for dear life.

Shepard got up and limped out of the wreckage, Tali followed close behind, using him for support.

"Shepard I think..." Her voice trailed off, her arm slipped off his shoulder. He looked back and found her unconscious in the snow, a piece of her enviro-suit was chipped off, her temperature regulator. She was going into hypothermia.

Shepard picked her up and sprinted through the forest and snow, randomly, before spotting a light in the distance. In his desperation, he sprinted to it, but fell. His head ricochets off a tree root. He spots the light heading closer to him, the figure in silver carved armor, with black fur around the collar.
This was the last thing Shepard saw before passing out.
