Hello, it's the Author of "An Unexpected Situation" here. So, I've left this story in limbo for… going on four years now? Returning to this story after four years of college and reading other stories certainly put this story into perspective. Namely that it's incredibly cringe and the product of an inexperienced writer that did not know what they were doing. While I still am inexperienced, I HAVE been thinking about what I've wanted to do with this story for a while. Thoughts of deleting it and pretending it never happened have clashed with restarting it and trying my best to go with the flow.
Four years later, and starting a new crossover later, I have arrived at my conclusion: I am going to be rewriting this story.
This will probably be a side project to my main project at the moment, itself being a crossover between STALKER and MGE, but I will do my best to keep it constantly updated.
This itself is simply an announcement. I will have the first rewritten chapter up within the week, and I will be assigning myself a deadline of one 2-3k chapter per every two weeks. I will do my best to adhere to this, however I AM a university student, so it may be sooner or later depending on what my schedule allows.
