Chapter Seven: Homecoming (Revised)

(Author's Note)

(Alright, let me start this off with I hear what some of you have said about the original version of this chapter. After rereading the chapter, I realized what I had written didn't make much sense in the long run and have decided to edit and revise this chapter to amend the mistake. I hope you all know that I do pay attention to the reviews and comments, and am happy to listen to all feedback and ideas for this fanfic. More notes to be added at the end.)

~~Chikyugakure - Tuyin Clan Compound~~

Naruto groaned as he opened his eyes, his back against the soft mattress underneath him. It had been a week today that he promised Yuna he'd come visit Konohagakure, and as much as he was excited to go he was also very nervous. Slowly he brought himself out of the bed, sitting on the edge as he looked at the clock on the wall. It was exactly six in the morning, a bit earlier than he had hoped to wake up. With a grunt he pulled himself out of the bed, leaving his growing Bone Lizard companion, Rika, sleeping at the foot of the bed. He smiled at her as she slept, a hand caressing the growing spikes of her head. He was proud of how much she was growing, even if it meant she wouldn't be able to sleep in the bed soon though.

He brought himself to the bathroom attached to his bedroom, doing his typical routine. When his teeth were brushed he stripped and went into the shower, turning the water on as hot as he could stand before sitting down on the shower's floor and letting the water rain down on him. He still was trying to understand it all, the fact that the Shinigami hid the truth about his birth to himself and to the village. When he saw Jin he couldn't bring himself to tell her what he discovered, but in the end he knew he would have to talk to her about it. Maybe when he came back home.

He sat in the shower for nearly thirty minutes straight before getting up and turning the water off. When he left the bathroom he quickly got dressed, but not in his usual outfit. No, this time he wore a simple black t-shirt with a skull on the back, a pair of deep, scarlet leggings, and black ninja sandals. The last thing he put on was the red beanie that he wore over his hair. For once, he left the golden locks out of it's braids, letting the long hair be hidden under the cap. He had a good feeling that his sister went about telling everyone in her village, including their birth parents, about how he looked. He didn't want to go there to be worshiped or anything of the sorts. He was going there to make a connection with his heritage. To find out who he could have been.

As he got dressed Rika slowly woke up, smiling up at her best friend and father figure. She had missed him when he was gone all those months in Water Country, and since he had been back he spent every minute she could with him. "Pops, where are you going now?"

Naruto jumped just a bit at the sudden voice of his pseudo daughter, turning and smiling at her as he brought a hand to her head and started petting her. The Bone Lizard simply hissed her approval of the affection, closing her eyes and smiling up at him.

Naruto took his hand away after a few seconds, going back to make sure not a single strand of his blonde hair was showing. "I am going to Konohagukre. It's a secret mission, Rika, so you can't tell mom or the others about it."

"Well, can I come then! I want to see the world like big sis!"

He chuckled after finishing the last few adjustments to his beanie, turning and smiling at her before extending his arm for her. She nodded, crawling up his arm and wrapping herself around him. She was enjoying this while she could, she knew in another year it would be too much for him to carry her like this.

"You can come, I'll just leave a note for mom. I expected to be chewed out when I come back, but that's okay. I don't know how long I'll be at the Hidden Leaf, so I hope you don't mind a little vacation."

Rika smiled and nodded again, bringing her head to his neck in comfort. "Should we let big sister Keiko know?"

He shook his head, taking a deep breath as he made the hand seal he needed to start his Shadow Flicker technique. "No, I have tasked her with staying in the Hidden Mist til all repairs are done and every villager is in good health. She will likely be there for a few more months."

When he finished his sentence, he performed the jutsu. Sending himself and Rika into the world of shadows and making haste through the darkness to a specific shadow he had made sure to memorize: Yuna's.

When he left, the village started to wake up. When Jin knocked on her son's door and he didn't respond she casually went in, not too concerned for her son's privacy. Whe saw a small note left on the dresser, taking it in hand she was lost.

"Mother.

I will be making my way to the hidden village in Fire Country. Like I told you before, when I encountered a team of shinobi on my mission for the Mizukage, they invited me to visit their village. I will try to be quick, but I am honestly excited to visit this city I heard so much about from Mei. Though it was mostly negative. Also, I took Rika with me in case something goes wrong, and Keiko is still in the Hidden Mist helping the people there. Love you.

Your Son, Naruto Shingami."

She sighed as she tossed the letter back on the dresser, now a bit annoyed. He was turning thirteen soon, and that left her only a year to get him ready for officially being made the clan's head. She also needed to start looking closely at the marriage proposals being made for him from both the clans and the civilians. She moved to sit down on the bed, and heard a weird crackling coming from between the mattress and its frame. She lifted it up to see a few letters, roughly four of them. She smirked, picking up the parchments and starting to look over them. She was shocked to see he has been keeping contact with a girl named Haku in the Hidden Mists. She giggled to herself seeing the sappy things they wrote to one another. She was going to have a field day with him when he got home.

~~Unknown Location~~

The room was silent after a man wearing an orange swirl mask sat back down. He had relayed all he could, with the assistance of the plant looking man at his side, about what had happened in the Hidden Mist. To say he wasn't pleased was an understatement, since his plans for that country were now completely ruined by the actions of a snot nosed punk and a no name hidden village.

Before the man were several others, all of them wearing black cloaks with red clouds placed about the fabric. To his side, at the head of the table, was another man wearing such robes. This one had several black rode and spike piercings adorning his feathers, his heart bright orange and short where a slash was made across a Hidden Rain forehead protector. The silence settled in a bit longer before the pierced man spoke up.

"It seems we need to snuff this little village out before more can learn about it and its connections to the Shinigami. The same is said for the boy." He turned his head to two men at the other end of the table. "Itachi, Kisume. You two are tasked with eliminating this boy."

The man named Itachi stood up, looking at his leader. "And what of our mission to capture the Nine Tails' container?"

This time the plant man spoke up. "From what I have gathered, the boy will be heading to Konoha to visit her and the village. A chance to take both out in a single blow when the chance shows itself, Uchiha."

Itachi nodded, turning to Kisume and they got up to leave, closing the door behind them. The orange haired man spoke up again now that they left. "Now we will discuss who to send to eliminate this village."

Before he could call for their names, two men stood up. One wore a face mask, eyes glowing an odd hew of green with stitching all across his body. The other was a man with silver haired slicked back, his robe undone enough to expose his chest. Both seemed to grin when they didn't need to be told what to do. They relished the idea of putting a village that worships the Shinigami into said deity's Pure World.

~~Konohagakure - Namikaze Compound~~

Yuna Namikaze groaned as she opened her eyes, smiling instantly when she felt the warmth of the sun shining through her open window. She was quick to get up, getting cleaned, then dressed before running down the stairs and getting to the kitchen. Before her was her father, Minato, sitting at the table holding his two year old son in his arms while her mother, Kushina, was cooking at the stove. Both of the parents had a happy smile on their face, both excited to see if what their daughter said to them when she got back from Wave was true.

When she first told them a week ago, they didn't believe her. They thought it was just the shock of a twist mission getting to her, perhaps a Iwa ninja playing tricks on her in disguise to lower Minato's and her own guard. However, when Yuna explained to her parents that Kyuubi himself confirmed the match of the scents, they broke down in tears. Yuna explained what she knew about what happened to Naruto, and where he had been these past thirteen years. At the end of the tale, the Namikaze family had felt such relief and at the same time anxiety knowing their son was coming home.

Yuna did explain to them both that he was a ninja of an unknown village called Chikyugakure, the Village Hidden in the Earth, but that didn't stop the family's daydreams of Naruto coming back and joining them at their side. Where he was meant to be at the beginning. She also explained to them his connection to the Shinigami, and how he holds him as his Lord and acts as his agent. This upset Kushina and Minato, but that annoyance wasn't enough to break the joy they felt in their hearts.

"Good morning Yuna." Kushina said when she turned to see her daughter smiling at her, sitting down at the table beside Minato and Yuna on the other side of the table as they started to eat.

"It is, mother! Today is the day he will finally come home!"

"Indeed it is." Minato said, letting Kushina take their son into her arms and taken to the playpen in the corner they set up for him. The baby was sleeping softly, full from his own breakfast.

The three of them enjoyed the meal, their smiles never leaving their lips as they talked about what they would do when Naruto arrived. And as if on cue, Yuna's shadow started to grow.

Minato was the first to react by getting Kushina and Yuna behind him, Kushina holding their baby boy while the shadow where Yuna was sitting moments ago grew to the size of a manhole cover. Then, out of it, spewed a boy and a lizard hanging onto his body. The boy flew forward before smacking his head against the kitchen wall, slowly falling to his knees before rubbing his hands on his forehead where he met the wooden wall.

"Ouch! Rika, don't -ever- let me Shadow Flicker for that long again!"

The lizard nodded, smiling as she put her head on top of the boy's. "Sure thing Pops, i'll do my best to remember for you."

After a few seconds of rubbing his head he looked up, seeing Yuna with two others, one holding a baby in her arms. He smiled sheepishly before slowly getting onto his feet and waving at them. "So, you must be my mom and dad then, huh?"

For the second time in the span of a few minutes Naruto was slammed back down and his head hit the wall as the force of both his mother and father tackling him into a hug sent him off his balance. He groaned as he tried to raise a hand up to rub his head, turning to see Rika had gotten out of the way and was sitting on one of the chairs at the table with a smirk on her reptilian lips.

Yuna just smiled as she looked down at her parents hugging her brother, a tear rolling down her head as he was trying to get them to calm down. He should have seen this coming a mile away.

After another ten minutes of tears and tight arms around his chest Naruto had enough and Shadow Flickered again, reappearing from Yuna's shadow again as he took a few deep breaths. "By the Shinigami are they always this freaking touchy?"

Yuna chuckled as she saw their parents stand up, wiping their tears away and smiling with a bit of embarrassment tinging their cheeks. Minato cleared his throat, looking at Naruto before walking to him and putting his hands on the boy's shoulders.

"You're…you are Naruto? My boy…Son, I am so sorry for what happened all those years ago, if I would have know that the bastard would take-"

Minato stopped as he remembered how Naruto felt about the Shinigami, but instead of annoyance in his son's eyes, he saw understanding. "It's okay, uhm…forgive me, I can't really seem to bring myself to say dad with you yet. Yeah I know I am born from you and her," he gestured to Kushina, who was now standing behind Minato as they talked. Her son in her arms. "But I truly don't know you. But that's the reason I came here. I want to know you, I want to know what my birthplace is like…and who is that?"

Naruto pointed to the baby in Kushina's arms, and the mother simply smiled as she moved to Naruto and let him take the baby in his arms. "That is your baby brother, Shoto."

Naruto held the baby in his arms like it was the most fragile thing in the world, looking down at the smiling face of Shoto as he woke up to see the eyes of a brother he never got to meet till now. Naruto felt the same feeling he had when he first met Yuna. The feeling of family. He held him softly as he took a seat when offered one. As he held the baby he couldn't pull his eyes away, the torn family now all together as the others simply watched their eldest son get lost in the blue eyes they shared.

While he held the baby they talked about his life, the things he has done, and the things he has learned. Minato was a bit shocked to find out that Naruto not only had a unique, one of a kind bloodline now, but that he has developed a whole new field of jutsu he called Shinigami Arts. He was so proud of his son, and how far he has come. Though the pain in his heart constantly reminded him that he wasn't there to see any of Naruto's growth happen.

After a while of talking the family heard a ringing coming from the kitchen. Naruto looked to see some sort of alarm going off on a clock, which made Minato smack his head out of frustration. For the last hour he had forgotten he was the Hokage, and needed to leave for the office now. When he told Naruto he had to leave, Naruto only smiled and gave his baby brother back to Kushina.

"Uhm, would it be okay if I come with you? I'm sort of curious how a village runs with a Kage in charge since my village has yet to elect one."

Minato smiled, putting his hand on Naruto's head and rubbing the beanie covering his hidden hair. "I suppose that's fine. Kushina could you come by with some lunch for us in a little while?"

Kushina nodded, smiling as she held Shoto in her arms. Yuna smiled and went next to Naruto. "Hey, you should meet my friends! They were skeptical about you coming back, or even being real. I can't wait to see their faces when they see you."

Naruto smiled sheepishly as he rubbed his hand against the back of his head. "Uhm, I suppose so. I don't really like being the center of attention though."

Yuna giggled at her brother's antics, smiling as she looked up at him. "It's just a few of us. Would that be okay father?"

Minato nodded, about to open his mouth to speak before Rika chimed in and jumped back onto Naruto's back. "Pops, you're going to bring me too right? I want to see the village!"

"Wait a minute. Did that lizard call you Pops?" Kushina asked with an eyebrow raised, looking at her son along with Minato and Yuna for an explanation.

Naruto chuckled nervously, nodding slowly as he spoke up. "Y-yeah. Rika was given to me when she was still in her egg from the Bone Lizards' last Matriarch Queen. So in a sense, she sees me as her dad."

Minato let out a sigh, smiling as he brought a hand to Rika and gave her a pat to the lizard's immense enjoyment. "I see. Well, you are welcome to this village Rika. I am happy to meet you."

Kushina smiled and joined her husband, pampering the lizard with a hand running up and down her spine. "And here I thought my son here was a father already. Gave me a heart attack."

Rika smiled as she put a claw on top of Naruto's head. "Well, if those little letters Pops gets from that Mist girl are anything to go by, he might be a father soo-"

Naruto covered Rika's mouth, giving her a glare as his cheeks were bright red. "Haku is just a friend, Rika. How many times do I have to tell you that?"

Minato and Kushina snickered at the two's antics, but Yuna smirked as she realized who this Haku was. "Oh, so you're dating that girl that was with Zabuza?"

Again Naruto's face was red. Looking around for an escape he decided to just jump into Minato's shadow, hiding in there to avoid any more embarrassment his family would give him.

Everyone had a good laugh at Naruto's expense, but after a minute Minato decided to finally leave for his own sake and for Naruto's. Yuna headed to her team's training grounds, leaving Naruto with Minato and Kushina went about preparing a nice meal for them all for lunch. She smiled as she looked at Shoto smiling up at her from his playpen in the corner.

"I know baby, your big brother is home," She sighed as she looked out the window into the forests surrounding their estate. "I just hope he wants to stay. Minato, it's on you now."

~~Hokage Tower~~

Minato sat down in his chair before looking at the pile of paperwork on his desk. He smirked as he started to work on it rather quickly, all while Naruto emerged from his shadow and took a seat on a couch in the office. He looked around, smiling as he found the place rather nice. Not overly pompous, but not crummy. A good balance to show a humble man inside the office. He crossed his legs as he leaned back against the couch, staring up at the four photos on the wall.

"Hey Minato, are those people the former Hokages?"

Minato looked up from his paperwork, smiling as he looked at the mentioned photos. "Yeah. The first picture is Hashirama Senju, he was the founder and first Hokage of the village. His brother, Tobirama Senju, was the second and is next to him. The third is Hiruzen Sarutobi, my predecessor. Then there is the current Hokage, myself."

Naruto nodded as he learned the names, remembering them as a thought came into his head. "I think I'm going to try finding them in the Pure World. I am curious how they think the Leaf is now."

The Hokage raised an eyebrow to Naruto as he spoke out his idea. "Find them?"

Naruto turned to Minato, smiling as he closed his eyes and opening them to reveal Desuaizu in all its glory. "I didn't really get to tell you all about my bloodline. This is one of the Gifts given to me by Lord Shinigami. It's a Dojutsu that allows me to peer into the Pure World and talk to the spirits there."

Minato's eyes went wide at this, putting down his pen and looking at Naruto with full attention. "That's rather impressive. And that is only one of the gifts?"

Naruto nodded, reaching both hands out and igniting them with chakra. The left hand had pure black chakra while the right had a ghostly green chakra to it. Both flickered and weaved like flames. "I am able to access both Death and Spirit Chakra. Death Chakra lets me use jutsu that can affect my opponent's body by inflicting decay to it among other things. The Spirit Chakra lets me inflict damage to the opponent's soul, weakening it or strengthening it."

Minato kept his eyes on his son, listening to every word. These Gifts were truly a unique bloodline for Naruto, which made him grimace in fear. If the Council heard about this bloodline, then they'd likely try pushing him into the Clan Restoration Act (CRA). Something he wouldn't want to thrust Naruto into.

Naruto smiled as he brought both hands together, letting the chakra mix til now a flame of black, green, and now blue shimmered. "With both of these, I can mix them together to create my Shinigami Arts. The jutsu produced from the Shinigami Arts can do alot of different things. One of my favorites I created is my Shadow Flicker technique. Like you saw, it lets me hide and move through shadows."

"Another favorite of mine is Shinigami Art: Null Void. It extends my shadow to up to ten meters, and when anyone is in that area their ninjutsu is canceled out and any ninjutsu that crosses it's threshold sputters out. It's the perfect defense against anyone that thinks they can beat me in ninjutsu. Which is helpful since most of the abilities Shinigami Arts, Death and Spirit Chakra give me mainly help with my taijutsu, kenjutsu, and genjutsu. Outside of those fields, the arts and chakras I have helped little."

Minato nodded along with everything Naruto said, and as he listened he understood how much of a monster Naruto could get if he worked on ways to use ninjutsu with these chakras. But when Naruto finished his explanation he was confused on one thing. "So that's three of the Gifts, what about the fourth one?"

Naruto's face grew soft at the mention of the Fourth Gift. He looked down to his hands as he let the chakra dissipate. "I am told that I have access to the Fourth, but I have yet to figure out how to unlock it. The Gift is called Life Essence Manipulation. It's the ultimate Kekkei Genkai of my village, it allows people who use it to manipulate someone's very life force. At the weakest level, a member of the bloodline can repair minor wounds or make their opponent suffer minor exhaustion. At the highest level they can generate entire organs for themselves or others, manipulate the life essence within themselves to slow aging down to a crawl, cause their opponents organs to decay with a look, and its said that a true master can raise those who have died to act as undead slaves. Though the last one is only a rumor since no clan member has ever accessed that level of mastery of Life Essence manipulation."

The room was silent when Naruto finished explaining the basic summary of Life Essence manipulation, and Minato was looking at his son with both worry and amazement. Naruto did tell him back in his home that each of the four clans of his village had one of these gifts, and the fact that a clan can practically kill others with a glare was something he was both in awe about and weary. After a few more moments of silence he got up and sat beside his son. He wanted to act like the father he always wished to be for Naruto, but his duty as Hokage made him remember his obligation to protect the village from any threats. And this village, if turned against them, could truly be a threat.

"Naruto, you told me that your village listens to the words of the Shinigami as if they were gospel, right?"

Naruto nodded, not sure where Minato was heading with this. Minato took a deep breath as he continued. "So, would it be fair to assume that if the Shinigami ordered them to attack the Leaf, the village would?"

He turned to look at Naruto, and what he saw crushed his heart. He saw his son looking up to him with hurt and anger in his eyes. He wanted to say something, but Rika decided to say something as she got out of Naruto's clothes where she was hiding.

"How dare you assume something so awful of Lord Shinigami! He isn't a bloodthirsty monster like you people think he is! He is a wonderful man, who keeps our village safe and-"

"Rika, that's enough."

Rika turned her head to Naruto, who let out a deep sigh before standing up and looking at Minato. "Is that why you were so eager to let me see you? You just wanted to know how strong my village is so you sweet talked me into talking about it with you?"

Minato stood up, bringing his hands up in defense. "What? No, Naruto, that's now what my plan was! I am truly happy to see you-"

"I don't believe you. Thinking about it now, it makes sense you worried about your village over me. After all, you were prepared to use me as a vessel for the Kyuubi were you not? All for the sake of this village?"

Minato honestly didn't have anything to say against that, letting his hands go down to his sides as he thought about it. He really did put the village before Naruto then, and even now after all this time he was thinking of his village's best interests over getting to know his son.

"I'll take that as a yes. I'm going to leave now, I need time to think."

Before Minato could say anything, he saw Naruto make a hand seal and disappear into his shadow. When he saw his son gone he slammed his fist into the wall, leaving a decent sized crater in the material. In response several ANBU operatives came flooding into the room feeling the spike in their Hokage's chakra.

"Lord Fourth, what is the problem? Did something happen?"

Minato sighed, reeling in his anger before sitting back at his desk. "No, I think I messed up convincing my son to stay. I accused his lord that he would send their village to attack us with no good reason out of fear of their abilities. And because of that, I may have caused a bigger rift between me and Naruto."

One ANBU, wearing a tiger mask, spoke up. "Your son? My lord, Shoto, is just a baby unable to speak. How would he be crossed by you?"

Minato raised an eyebrow at this. "Shoto? I'm talking about Naruto. Didn't you hear me? He was in this room with me the entire time."

The ANBU shook her head, the others looking at him with confusion under their masks. "My Lord, we didn't sense anyone else's chakra but your own in here."

~~ Chikyugakure - Tuyin Compound~~

Jin was making some lunch in the kitchen when she felt the familiar presence of a certain blonde haired boy appear from her shadow. She turned, smiling at first but that smile went soft when she saw the look of hurt in her son's eyes. "Naruto, what happened?"

Naurto looked up at his mother, but he didn't speak. He just went and held her close himself, holding her close as he felt the tears forming in his eyes. "I…I was a fool mom, I thought they'd be happy to see me. But…but I think they only wanted to know about our village. I trusted her, trusted them…and now I feel like I was only a tool."

He started to cry in his mother's embrace, her slender arms wrapping around her son's frame as she let him let it all out. "Hush, my sweet boy, I'm here. Let it out."

For the next ten minutes the kitchen was silent as Naruto cried into her chest, letting the pain of feeling betrayal seep through his emotions before pulling away and wiping his eyes with his sleeve. Jin smiled, running a hand down her cheeks and wiping away the few stray tears that escaped his eyes.

"My son, what happened? Did that village hurt you? And what girl are you talking about?"

Naruto looked up at his mother and sat down at the table beside them, and proceeded to tell her everything. He told her about meeting his twin sister, about being asked to visit his birth parents and their family, then about how his birth father seemed more interested in learning about his village and the abilities they had. When he finished, he saw the look of anger in Jin's eyes, but also a look of understanding as she brought her hand to rest on his shoulder.

"Naruto, I wish you would have told me about this before you had left. I could have went with you and Rika and made sure things would have went smoothly. I am angry at how it ended, but I also think you need to understand the man's position. He is the leader of that village, meaning the safety of not only his family but all families in the village are on his shoulders."

She took a deep breath before continuing. "It is the duty of any leader, including Kages, to look out for any potential threats. I doubt he wanted to hurt you, even in the beginning when he used the Reaper Death Seal like you said. But I also understand, as your mother, that it can't be forgotten or forgiven at your first meeting with him. I think, my son, that you need to look through his eyes before you judge too quickly."

Naruto listened to his mother's words, his eyes down and looking at his feet as he thought. "Mom, do you think if we had our Kuraikage he'd make the same choices at Minato made?"

Jin had to think about it for a moment, leaning back in her chair contemplating the question. "Well, I would assume so. Even the Clan Council may have made the same choice if we had to. Or acted the same way when being thrown the chance to learn of a unknown village. Like I said Naruto, it is the job of a leader to look out for any potential threats. But that doesn't mean we don't look for potential friends either."

He nodded, taking a deep breath as he kept thinking on his mother's words. "So, do you think I should go back and try talking things out with him?"

Jin shook her head, smiling as she stood up and went back to making lunch. "I think you should do what your heart says. In the end, that will guide you far more than any word I will give you."

Naruto smiled, standing up and heading towards the door so he can go to his room to think on it more. "Thanks mom…for understanding. And your not mad I went to meet my birth parents without you knowing?"

She stopped cutting into a loaf of bread, sighing as she smiled. "I am a but hurt, but I understand you did it with my feelings in mind. I am just happy I know now, and can prepare for anything that could happen."

He chuckled, turning around and about to leave before his mother stopped him by clearing her throat. "Oh, by the way, who is this Haku girl? I found some interesting letter in your room earlier when I was looking for you."

Before she could even turn to see him, Naruto was gone in a instant. The boy's face flushed red from embarrassment for the hundredth time this day. She giggled, knowing he'd have to have that talk sooner rather than later.

(Author's Note)

So, like I said I have revised the chapter, and in doing so have completely wiped the next two and are rewriting them as I post this. Due to this, the next few chapters may be delayed depending how much time I can spare to work on them. I hope the rework makes more sense in the long run.

I also wanted to address some reviews and messages I have had about some things to happen with this fanfiction.

To Guest: I agree that Yuna and Kiba being a pair is horrible, hence why Yuna won't be giving him the time of day after the lame excuse of a date. I am still in the air about pairings in general, but I am happy to hear others opinions an ideas for pairings for her and Naruto. (Excluding Haku since that's sort of a thing.)

To Guest (X34): Pairing Yuna and Naruto together? Maybe, perhaps. I am ify on that one. I wouldn't mind it in the long run since technically their genetics are barely similar now due to Naruto's brief time in the Pure World as a baby and the Shinigami Gifts altering his bloodline, but at the same time its something I have seen in other fanfics about Naruto being paired with a sister. If there are more requests for it, I'll see what I can think of.

To Jamson12 (Discord): I am ify on actually having that CRA situation happen to Naruto. Yes, I do like a good group or even harem for Naruto, but I am not too sure who i'd pair with him since I know for a fact Naruto/Hinata will -not- be a thing. Same thing for Sakura or Ino. I see that used so much and I don't want to follow a similar formula tact for tact.

To iamshinydragonmist: Yeah, the idea of the Pure World Summoning Contract being used in the exam/invasion arc is something to look forward to. I hope I write it as well as I can imagine! The chapters for that arc should be up in a few days.
