The intro ends with Ash throwing a Poké Ball before a title that says "Loudémon" appears on screen.

The scene opens up with a view of the water and clear blue skies before showing a few boats and a building under construction before showing a boat coming behind the camera.

Ash: (offscreen) "Blue Skies."

Brock: (offscreen) "White Clouds."

Misty: (offscreen) "And sea as far as you can see!"

It's shown that Ash and his friends are sitting on the edge of a dock.

Ash: "I wish that ship could take us off this island."

Narrator: "We find our heroes stranded at Porta Vista the only town on this island with ferries to the mainland. It seems our friends have missed the boat. It'll be three long hours until the next ferry."

Ash laid on the ground wanting to go back to the mainland while Misty and Brock just sat on the dock waiting for the boat. A few seconds later, Lincoln sees someone in the water.

Lincoln: "Hey, Misty I think there's someone in the water taking a little swim."

She looks towards the water and sees a short dark-skinned girl, who has long black hair tied in pigtails, two pairs of eyelashes and eye bags.

Misty: "Hey, your right there is someone swimming and she's so adorable."

Ash: "What are you talking about?"

He gets up and notices the girl swimming in the water.

Ash: "Hey! I'll just get Dexter to tell me about her."

He takes out the Pokédex and scans the girl in the water.

Dexter: "Meli. A shy Loudémon. She can sometimes be quiet, shy, introverted, and lonely. she does not like being alone. She becomes a little more open after spending some time with people that are friendly to her."

Brock: "It looks like she's injured."

It turns out Brock was correct as it was shown that Meli had a black eye.

Misty: "And there's no Loudémon Center around here. I know what"

She takes out a Poké Ball as it cuts to another shot of Meli who squirts some ink and the ink formed two jellyfish on the water.

Ash: "I think she's trying to say something."

Misty: "We have to take care of her wounds first. I'll capture her in my Poké Ball!"

Suddenly explosions were heard and the boat was hit. Crew members evacuated the boat and dived into the water, and the boat was in flames.

Ash: "I wonder what's happening?"

Misty: "We gotta act fast! My water Loudémon can help those people. Sid, Sam, Adelaide go!"

They popped out and dived into the water to rescue the people from the boat.

Ash: "I didn't know you can do that."

Misty: "Don't just stand there, go look for a boat to help them!"

Ash & Brock: (in unison) "Right!"

They run off to go find a boat. On the water Sid and Sam lifted one crew member into the air, while Adelaide swam the other one to boat

Misty: "This way, carry them all to our boat!"

Sid, Sam & Adelaide: "Right! We're coming!"

Meanwhile Meli just hid behind from underneath a bridge, on the boat the crew members told Ash and his friends what happened

Crew Member: "It's terrible, terrible…"

Ash: "He seems like he's paralyzed!"

Brock: "Hey, what happened to you out there?"

Crew Member: "The Boss… I've got to tell the Boss… what happened…"

Misty looked down at the crew member before looking at the open water and driving the boat back to the dock. The camera then pans down where shadows of some jellyfish are seen. It then cuts to black before showing an up close view of a girl named Nastina who had two ponytails and wearing a yellow skirt.

Nastina: "I'm the boss, Nastina! I understand that you helped to save the men on the ship. Thank you, thank you very much. Hah, hah, hah!"

Ash: (smiles nervously) "Your very welcome. I was wondering if you could give us a ride to the mainland?"

Nastina: "Ya don't think you're gonna get away that fast, do ya? Not till ya see my new resort!"

Ash: "Resort?"

Nastina: "It's not finished, but it'll be spectacular. The world's highest luxury resort!"

Misty: "Is that it out in the ocean?"

The scene then shows what the hotel will look like when it's done and it shows the inside of the future hotel with Nastina sitting on a chair.

Nastina: "Yes, that's it! That's Nastina's paradise a super luxury hotel! The hotel to end all hotels! It'll have hundreds of luxurious suites surrounded by the world's most beautiful coral reef. But only if those Tentacools stop interfering with construction!"

The scene goes back to reality in the present day

Misty: "The Tentacool?"

Brock: "I get it, the Tentacool paralyzed your sailors."

Lincoln: "I guess that makes sense"

Nastina: "Because of those Tentacool all the tourist have been staying away from here. I don't know why such despicable creatures even exist!"

Misty: "Did you say despicable?!"

Nastina: "They're disgusting. You can't even eat them. And they're hurting my profits. I was hoping you three of you might be able to help me take care of my little problem. Do you have the skill to handle a Tentacool extermination project? (Ash and his friends just stood curiously.) Of course, I'll pay you well."

Her servants open some curtains which shows with a bunch of food on the table. This made Ash and Brock really surprised. Unfortunately Misty wasn't pleased at all.

Nastina: "If you succeed, you'll get world class all-you-can-eat, luxury dinners for one year, one million dollars in cash and vouchers for free stays in the hotel."

Ash: "Oh boy, luxury food here I come!"

Ash was amazed and ran towards the food only for her servants to close the curtains

Nastina: "First you have to exterminate the Tentacool. Every last one… Then I'll pay ya the reward."

Misty was not pleased at all as she began to fill up with rage.

Misty: (enraged) "THAT'S DISGUSTING!"

Her rage ended up making Nastina jump towards her servants then Misty makes her way to the exit

Ash: "Misty!"

Nastina: "There's a girl who can't be bought."

They were now outside

Ash: "Hey, wait up!"

Brock: "What are you so mad about?"

Lincoln: "She did offer some pretty good things"

Misty: "Doesn't that old women make you sick?"

Ash: "Well, she's not really my type, but—"

Misty: "She wants to destroy the Tentacool! And they're all so cute."

Ash: (takes out his Pokédex) "They're cute?"

Dexter: "Tentacool. A jellyfish Pokémon. 99% of it's body is made up of water."

Ash: "Ugly!"

Lincoln: "Totally ugly!"

Brock: "I guess ugly is in the eye of the beholder."

Misty: "If Tentacool are attacking humans then they're must be a very good reason for it."

Ash: (slyly) "Do you really think so?"

Misty: "Of course! Tentacool are so squishy and when you hold them. And they call the pretty red spot on their heads the ruby of the sea."

Brock: "Who calls it that?"

Misty: "I call it that. It's my name for it."

Ash: "When you talk about water Loudémon it's like you get a different personality."

Misty: "I don't understand why you can't see their charm. Water Loudémon are so beautiful and have such depth. (Sighs) Like Meli that we saw earlier, she was a talented artist."

Ash: "Art? You mean that ink that she spits out of her mouth.

It now shows Lincoln in his bathing suit in a pool tube having some orange juice with Meli as she swam around in her swim suit. The gang make their approach

Misty: "Meli!"

Meli: "Oh hi."

Misty: "How do you feel? Are you okay?"

Meli: "I'm all good, thanks for asking."

Brock: "The Super Potion seems to be working."

Misty: "Thank goodness."

Ash: "They're really communicating"

Meli: "There's something I actually have to tell you."

Misty: "Huh? "What is it Meli? What do you need?"

Ash: (realizes) "Say, didn't that picture she drew look like a Tentacool?"

Brock: "Maybe she was telling us the Tentacool and why that ship sunk."

Misty: "Is that right, Meli?"

Meli: "Yes that's right."

Soon, they heard some noise in the distance

Brock: "What was that?"

Ash: "Oh I sure hope Team Rocket didn't come here to steal Lincoln."

Brock: "Let's split up and see where it's coming from."

They soon split up to follow the noise and they found out where it was coming from. It turns out that there was two Pokémon in the area.

Ash: "Oh wow a Pokémon."

He takes out his Pokédex

Dexter: "Krabby. Lives near the shore. It's average height is about 16 inches."

Ash: "Well in that case your mine Krabby. Poké Ball go!"

The Poké Ball hit Krabby and it was absorbed into the Poké Ball. It spun around a few times before coming to a stop.

Ash: "Alright! I got a Krabby!"

Unfortunately, his joy was cut short as the Poké Ball dissappeared seconds later.

Ash: "What happened? Where'd my new Krabby go? I don't see it anywhere. Where'd it go?

Meanwhile Brock saw a purple bat flying around in the sky.

Brock: "Hey, that must be a Zubat. I guess maybe I'll catch it. Alright Zach come on out."

Zach pops out

Zach: "Ready!"

Brock: "Zach tackle that Zubat up there"

Zach: "I'm on it!"

He jumps into the air and starts slapping the Zubat.

Brock: "Ok, finish it off!"

Zach grabs the Zubat and spins it a few times, it then got dizzy and fell to the ground. At that point Brock threw the Poké Ball and the Zubat was taken in. The ball spun a few times and stopped. It was clear that Brock caught his own Zubat. After that Ash ran over to Brock

Ash: "Brock, I just caught a Krabby and now it's gone!"

Brock: "Well that's because you can only have six Loudémon or Pokémon."

Ash: "So where did it go?!"

Brock: "Once you have six of either species the rest will be transported to a safe spot."

Ash: "Where does it get transported to?"

Brock: "Your Loudémon or Pokémon gets transported to wherever you got your Pokédex from."

Ash: "Then that means Krabby must with Professor Oak. Well as long as it's with him I'll be fine."

Brock: "I just finished catching a Zubat, I'm sure it'll come handy when we have a bit of a situation."

Soon they heard the megaphone all over the town.

Nastina: (over the megaphone) "Citizens of Porta Vista, listen up!"

Ash: "It's Nastina!"

Nastina: (over PA) "Effective immediately I am recruiting volunteers to exterminate the Tentacool terrorizing our town!"

Misty: "EXTERMINATE?!"

It cuts to her office where she was sitting in her chair

Nastina: "I will award $1,000.000 to anyone who can exterminate the Tentacool. Isn't Nastina generous?"

Back in the town

Brock: "She'll do anything to destroy them."

Nastina: (over the megaphone) "Anyone who wants money, I mean want to help the development of our town come to the yacht harbor immediately!"

Misty: "She expects to get people to destroy those jellyfish for money? How ridiculous!"

They see a crowd of people making their way towards them

Ash: "Oh! It's not ridiculous to them!"

Lincoln: "I suggest that we RUN!"

Too late, the crowd trampled them in their tracks and were now chanting to get the job done. A military tank was seen and Nastina pops out of the tank.

Nastina: "Alright which one of you is going to win the $1,000.000 reward?"

A bow and arrow that was shaped like a rose landed and stuck onto the tank. Ash climbed up and sees a boat coming towards the harbour and inside was none other than Team Rocket

Nastina: "Who is that?"

Jessie: "Prepare for trouble."

James: "Make it double."

Jessie: "To protect the world from devastation."

James: "To unite all people within our nation."

Jessie: "To denounce the evils of truth and love."

James: "To extend our reach to the stars above."

Jessie: "Jessie!"

James: "James!"

Jessie: "Team Rocket! Blast off at the speed of light!"

James: "Surrender now or prepare to fight!"

Ronnie Anne: "Ronnie Anne, that's right!"

Nastina: "Hey, they got a lot of spunk!"

Ash: "That's a new definition of spunk."

Lincoln: "I guess so!"

Jessie: "Look at that hair!"

James: "Disaster."

They were hit by the tank

Nastina: "I don't need your beauty tips! I need to get rid of the Tentacool!"

Jessie: "It's a very distinctive style, just don't shoot!"

Ronnie Anne: "You mean dis-stink-tive."

Jessie: (smiles nervously) "Oh! We're terribly sorry."

James: (smiles nervously) "Yes, very sorry. Please leave your Tentacool extermination project up to Team Rocket."

Nastina: (chuckles) "This crew might just pull it off."

Jessie: "We sure will, Nastina."

Nastina: "Sounds good. If you exterminate the Tentacool completely the $1,000.000 is yours. Isn't Nastina generous!"

Jessie: "Yes we heard you the first time."

Ronnie Anne: "Just get the dough ready for us!"

They zoom off on the boat towards the resort

Lincoln: "What are they thinking?! They can't do that!"

Misty: "They're disrespecting the ocean."

Ash and Lincoln look at Misty who very upset at what was about to happen. Team Rocket was making their way towards the island on the boat.

Ronnie Anne: (singing) "We're gonna make a million!"

Jessie: "Just for getting rid of some jellyfish!"

James: "And it's gonna be so easy with our…"

Jessie, James & Ronnie Anne: "Super Secret Stun Sauce"

Jessie: "We'll just pour it into the ocean, all over the Tentacool."

Ronnie Anne: "Then we'll catch them and open a fish market."

James: "And we'll make even more money!"

Jessie: "There's nothing like making money!"

Unfortunately they heard some short circuits coming from below them and the boat started moving backwards

Jessie: "What's going on?"

Ronnie Anne: "Why are we going backwards? This is so weird!"

James looks below and sees red lights under the water

James: "I think the answer is below us!"

Jessie, James & Ronnie Anne: "Tentacool!"

On the shore everyone else saw the red lights too

Ash: "Wait, all those lights that are flashing underwater are Tentacool?"

Lincoln: "Yep, that could be it. If that's the case we're doomed!"

On the boat

Ronnie Anne: "Quickly now, dump the Stun Sauce into the water right away!"

Jessie: "Hate to say this but we don't have enough to dump!"

Ronnie Anne: (face palms) "Oh way to go guys, now we're toast!"

James: "There must be 10,000 of them!"

One of the Tentacool zaps the boat and explodes which sent Team Rocket flying into the air. A barrel hits the Tentacool and soon it began to glow entirely white, then the jellyfish grows to a very large size and started to change shape. When the light disappeared it was clear that the Tentacool evolved into a giant sized Tentacruel. Ash and his friends were shocked as it held Team Rocket in it's Tentacle.

Jessie: "We Super Sized it!"

The now giant sized Tentacruel started going on top of the construction

Brock: "This is impossible! Even at it's greatest height, a Tentacruel shouldn't be more than seven feet tall."

Ash takes out the Pokédex

Dexter: "Tentacruel. An evolved form of the Tentacool. It's numerous Tentacles serve as a powerful weapon. It is known as the gangster of the sea."

Ash: "That must be the gang leader!"

Misty: "Oh no. Tentacruel's in trouble."

Nastina: "How dare that thing crushes my hotel! Commence fire!"

They fire the bullets only for them to be deflected and to be seen by the Tentacruel.

Nastina: "Leave my hotel alone!"

She spoke too soon, the jellyfish made their way onto the land past Nastina with her tank. Even the Tentacruel made it's way to the shore.

Misty: "We've gotta try to protect Tentacruel!"

Ash: "But there's gonna be a tidal wave!"

She pulls Misty away and soon a large wave of water makes it's way to the land and the streets were flooded with lots of water with the Tentacool inside it. The water dies down and shows Jessie and James hanging onto a pole.

Jessie: "Oh, thank badness we survived."

James: "We're high and dry."

Jessie: "It's a good thing we grabbed onto this pole. It should be safe to climb down now."

They realized it was not safe to climb down as they were too high. The Tentacruel throws a red object at a theme park which destroyed it completely

Nastina: "It's a good thing I just got that insured! (Shoots her gun with rage) That's the last straw, Tentacruel. I'm coming after you!"

Just when her servants were about to join in, they were swept away by the water. As for everyone else, they were now hiding in the lighthouse.

Brock: "So, this is what Meli was trying to warn us about earlier."

Misty: "I don't understand why would they do a thing like this? Now everyone will be against them!"

A Tentacool blasts it's light on one of the buildings which immediately created a hole in it.

Ash: "Lincoln, do something!"

Lincoln: "What can I do? There's no way I can battle that thing!"

The Tentacruel smashes a building

Ash: "Good point, there's nothing you can do about it."

Misty: "Just leave this to me!"

Brock: "Wait, up there!"

It shows a shot of the Tentacruel holding Ronnie Anne. Team Rocket saw her with the Tentacruel

Jessie: "It's Ronnie Anne!"

James: "Ronnie Anne has abandoned us! (Holds a rose) It's a Tentacruel world!"

Jessie: "No time for drama, let's get out of here!

They were swept away by the tidal wave then it shows a Tentacool wrapping it's tentacle around Ronnie Anne's forehead and her eyes glowed red.

Ronnie Anne: (possessed) "We are Tentacool and Tentacruel. Hear us now. Humans have destroyed our ocean home and now we will have our revenge.

The jellyfish blasted their lights at building

Brock: "Tentacruel's using Ronnie Anne as a puppet!"

Ronnie Anne: (possessed) "Now we will begin to destroy your world, your home as you have so cruelly tried to destroy ours. And not one of you has the right to complain about it."

Ash: "Their homes must have been where that hotel's being built."

Brock: "That's right! The coral reef!"

Misty: (realizes) "That's exactly what Meli was trying to tell us. I should've understood what was she was trying to tell us, and I call myself a water Loudémon trainer!"

Suddenly the Tentacruel hits the lighthouse making everyone running away from it. On the water Meli tries to tell it to stop.

Meli: "Please you gotta stop destroying everything! This is all wrong what your doing!"

Ronnie Anne: (possessed) "It's too late, Meli. No matter what you think, we cannot turn away. We must teach humans the pain of having homes destroyed."

Meli: "No please you gotta stop this!"

Ronnie Anne: (possessed) "An attitude like yours will only allow humans to be more cruel and inconsiderate in the future!"

Meli: "No, your the ones who have the attitude not me!"

Ronnie Anne: (possessed) "So you say we're the ones who have an attitude problem?! For that you must be punished!"

The huge jellyfish slams it's tentacle onto Meli.

Meli: (panicking) "Oh crud!"

It hits the water and it sent her flying in the air

Misty: "Oh no, Meli!"

Ash: (throws a Poké Ball) "Grab her, Luan!"

She pops out and charges her way to catch the innocent girl flying in the air.

Luan: "Gotcha! Don't worry I'm gonna get you to safety!"

She flies down and gives Meli to Misty

Misty: "Oh, Meli thank goodness your okay!"

Ash: "Good work, Luan!"

Meli was now on the verge of going into tears

Misty: "I'm sorry, Meli. You got beaten up. And you did it all for us humans. Thank you."

Meli: "Your welcome!"

Lincoln: "You know what? I'm gonna try my luck and go for it!"

Ash: "You wanna try your luck?"

Lincoln: "Yes!"

Ash: "Alright! Full-power attack, Now! Lisa! Lola! Lily! Luan!"

Misty: "Sam! Sid! Adelaide!"

Brock: "Get ready Zubat!"

Seconds later they all make their way towards the jellyfish. Lincoln rode on top of Luan's back, The Zubat carried Lisa and Lily carried Lola.

The Tentacool started firing their lights at them

Luan: "Hang on tight!"

Lincoln: "My turn now! Thunder shock!"

He shocks the jellyfish

Ash: "Hey Lincoln, don't let the Tentacool get any closer to us! Send them back to the sea!"

Luan moves her hands up and down creating a powerful wind to blow them away while Lily does the same thing. Lola pushes them towards the sea

Lola: "Alright parties over go home thank you for coming!"

The Zubat sent supersonic waves towards them, meanwhile Sid lifted one Tentacruel and dropped it on the sea while Sam pushed the next few towards the sea. Everyone in the lighthouse cheered as they see them getting rid of them.

Ash: "Hey, where's Misty?"

Ronnie Anne: (possessed) "You are all Loudémon. Why are you battling to save the destructive humans?"

It launches the tentacle hitting Luan with Lincoln, Lola, Sid, Sam and Adelaide. Misty climbs up a ladder but in the air Tentacruel hits the Zubat and Lisa riding on top of it

Brock: "Ah, Zubat!"

Ash: "Lisa!"

Ronnie Anne: (possessed) "Though you are Loudémon if you take the human's side, you are our enemy!"

Lincoln: "Listen to me! You gotta stop doing this! Us humans didn't mean to destroy your home."

Brock: "Lincoln's reasoning with it?"

Ash: "I'm counting on you, Lincoln!"

Lincoln: "Look I understand how it feels to have your homes destroyed and we're very sorry that you had to go through that but you can't just destroy our own home. Please just listen and we'll never bother your homes ever again! I'm serious right now!"

The Tentacruel looks at Lincoln and before it can take any further action Misty stops it

Misty: "Please stop Tentacruel!"

It notices Misty on top of one of the buildings

Misty: "Please. Take them all back to the ocean!"

Ash & Brock: (in unison) "Misty?"

Misty: "Please listen, Tentacruel! This is enough. We humans understand that' we've hurt you."

It looks down and notices the others standing below it while the rest stayed in the lighthouse

Misty: "We won't destroy your homes anymore. We're sorry. So, please…"

It hold Ronnie Anne and says it's final words

Ronnie Anne: (possessed) "If this happens again, we will not stop. Remember this well."

It throws Ronnie Anne away towards the Ferris wheel before crashing into it and coming down with it she lands with Team Rocket

Ronnie Anne: (in normal tone) "Ow, what just happened and where am I?"

Jessie: "For the moment.."

James: "We've got our feet on the ground."

They went unconscious while Ronnie Anne was curious about what happened. Soon all of the Tentacool left the town and went back to the sea but Nastina emerged from the rocks and was furious

Nastina: "You think you can get away that easy do ya? (fires a cannonball) Take this!"

It hits the jellyfish and turns itself and notices Nastina standing there

Nastina: "I'll capture ya, throw ya in a tank and charge admission! (fires her cannon multiple times) Eat lead, Squidley!"

Ash: "She doesn't get the message, does she?"

Brock: "Let's go!"

Nastina: "C'mon ya big jellyfish, I'll show ya."

Meli squirts some ink at Nastina by using her ink gun

Nastina: (looks in a mirror) "That overgrown squirt!"

Misty: "What's wrong with you, Nastina? Don't you understand? What your trying to do is wrong for everybody because it hurts Loudémon and humans!"

Meli: "That's right!"

Nastina: "You stuck up little brat!"

She notices that the Tentacruel was coming towards her

Misty: "Tentacruel?"

Meli: "What is it going to do now?"

Nastina: (laughs) "Well, Tentacruel, glad to see you're wising up and coming over to my way of thinking. Now, why don't you and me go into business together?"

Just when she thought it was gonna agree to her, it slapped her and she went flying away into the sky

Ash: "So long!"

Misty sticks her tongue out then sees the Tentacruel leaving towards the sea and dives underwater

Misty: "Goodbye, Tentacruel. We'll remember."

Meli: "Indeed we will."

In another area, another girl that was the same except she was wearing a more magenta skirt working on building a house she looks up and notices Nastina falling towards the ground causing her to hit the building which made it break and fall to the ground

Nastina's Cousin: "Ya shouldn't drop in on me like this."

Nastina: "I thought that's what cousins are for."

They both went unconscious. Later that evening, Ash and his friends were now on board the ferry back to the mainland

Brock: "It's kind of weird, but Tentacruel turned out to be okay."

Ash: "Your right. So Misty, do you still think jellyfish are cute?"

Misty: "Sure do! (holds the Poké Ball) But right now Meli is the cutest Loudémon of all. Come on, Meli!"

She throws it into the air and Meli comes out of the Poké Ball giggling

Misty: "Meli, you're my Loudémon!"

Ash: (jealously) "Wait a minute! That's supposed to be my pose!"

Misty: "I know. But I always wanted to try it out for myself."

Brock: "That's a good idea! Next time I'll try it."

Ash: (furiously) "Why don't you guys just think up your own poses, okay?!"

Brock: "You should be flattered that people want to try out your pose."

It cuts to a shot of Lincoln

Misty: (offscreen) "That's right. Don't be so greedy!"

Ash: "WHAT?!"

Lincoln: (rolls his eyes and face palms)"Oh boy, this could go on for a while!"

Narrator: "The ocean has become peaceful once more. And as they leave Porta Vista behind, our heroes set off for the next Loudémon gym and their next Loudémon adventure."

It then shows Team Rocket on a huge bucket being dragged with the ferry boat before showing a full sunset view

Jessie, James, & Ronnie Anne: "We'll get them next time."

The end
