The final OFFICIAL new character chapter for Injustice 2.
I have to admit it feels great to finally end this side project after years of procrastinating and random ass requests, even though I have told you guys for the millionth time that I am NOT taking requests.
This is the finale, so let's make it a good one, my dudes and dudettes.

Darthwolf: Honestly, I think ANYONE could have written Obito's end better than how the manga treated him and Madara. Seriously, that whole thing with Kaguya came out of left field in the worst way possible.

Last time, the water royal of the Black Bulls showed everyone who was superior(and pissed off a few people).
Now it's time for the fallen ninja of Naruto to bring his dream to reality.
Ladies and gentlemen… Obito Uchiha.
1st to enter the arena: Several branches rise from the ground before they twist open, revealing Obito as he walks forward. After the opponent enters, Obito summons a rod from his hand and points it at them while speaking.
2nd to enter the arena: After the opponent enters the arena, a swirling distortion appears in the arena before Obito is summoned via his Rinnegan. Once the opponent finishes their dialogue, Obito brings his hand up with his index and middle finger extended as he speaks.

Supermove(Naruto): Obito lets out a battle cry as he pulls his arm back, rod in hand. He then impales the opponent through the chest before he activates his Rinnegan, causing both of them to be sucked into his dimension. Once there, Obito transforms his arm into a root and wraps it around the opponent, crushing them. Doing several hand signs, Obito unleashes a torrent of flames that burns the tree and opponent. Once the opponent lands on the ground, the Ten Tails rises up before slamming its hand into the opponent, crushing them and sending them back into the arena.
Victory Pose: Obito cracks his neck a bit before he unleashes a Fireball Jutsu towards the camera.
Ending: "This world… it has suffered much more than my world. So many wars were waged, both sides arguing about who is right. Yet they did not once think about true peace." *The first scene shows Obito's head being grabbed by Dr Fate as a rod was impaled through the Lord of Order.* "Just as I was about to activate the Infinite Tsukuyomi, Dr Fate grabbed my head and I stabbed him, But before his death, he showed me the truth. The truth about Black Zetsu's plan to bring Kaguya, to destroy the world. I… I couldn't believe it."
*The next scene shows Obito walking away from the heroes, despite Naruto reaching to stop him.* "So I left. If the Infinite Tsukuyomi had happened, then so many would suffer and the dream I had for world peace would have been destroyed. Naruto tried to convince me to stay, but looking at him reminded me too much of Minato Sensei."
*The final scene shows Obito looking at a trio of hooded figures, each wearing a golden ring with an L on it.* "Maybe I can't change what happened to the past and maybe I can't even save the present. But… I never even considered the future. If the future is in danger and the heroes of today are no longer around… then the least I could is defend what they fought for. Would you be proud of me? Rin? Minato Sensei? Kushina?"
So many people. And I mean SO many people shit on Obito because they think he's a simp or because he was annoying.
But honestly, he's one of the most tragic characters in the Naruto world.
He was a great antagonist, his rivalry with Kakashi was a mirror to Naruto and Sasuke, his powers were crazy, and his death hit hard.
That's why I had to write him into this story, especially since he genuinely believed in the Infinite Tsukuyomi plan.
Welp… that's it. That is literally the last NEW character to put for my Injustice story.
Now, I will answer a few questions that some people have asked me in regards to the actual story.
1. Will DLC and Premier Skins be in the actual story?
Answer: Yes, they will. So you will be able to see characters like Hellboy, Sub-Zero and Raiden in this story in some way, shape or form. It just felt right to add them, especially since I included them in dialogue.
2. What about the Premier skin characters for your guest characters?
Answer: They will be added to the story as well and I will work on their own dialogue for this, though it won't be worked on as much.
3. When is the first chapter?
Answer: Ummm… next year? Hopefully soon? Please don't spam my other stories to ask about the main story. That is just annoying.
