UA (Evening)
Recovery Girl has worked with heroes in need of medical care many times before. It was the entire reason she traveled across Japan so frequently. Despite this, she still recoiled in surprise when she saw Dominic's results after running a variety of tests on him.
First of all, his biology was nowhere near that of a normal human, even one with a Mutant Quirk like his. The only parts of his body that even resembled humanlike features were his skin, hair, and his left eye. Everything below that was completely made of volcanic rock and molten magma, which was the reason behind his unusually high body temperature. She wondered if he had ever felt the sensation of being cold, and how his mother must've felt when he was born if she didn't also have a temperature-based Quirk. According to Midoriya's words, this physiology prevented Dominic from coming into direct contact with water, as it would cause his body to break apart. Recovery Girl now knew why the boy was so adamant about an airtight suit to protect him in scenarios where he was forced to swim.
Second was his companion that was brought into the nurse's office along with him, Charizard. Since the reptilian was too heavy for any of the beds, it was laying on the floor, with it's tail placed next to a portable heater. The reason she did this was the entry she read from the Pokedex Dominic gave the faculty.
"Charizard, the Flame Pokemon. Type: Fire/Flying. It's wings can carry this Pokemon close to an altitude of 4,600 feet. It breathes fire of such great heat that it melts anything. However, it never turns it's fiery breath on any opponent weaker than itself. From the time it is born, a flame burns at the tip of it's tail. It's life would end if the flame were to go out."
She was worried that the open flame would cause a chain reaction with the oxygen tanks in the room, but was pleasantly surprised when the worst it did was heat the room a bit. However, she was worried for the creature. She had heard the other students talk about it's fight against Nomu, and how hard both it and Dominic fought to squeak out a feeble victory. She saw firsthand how powerful it was in the Entrance Exam, so hearing that it almost lost was a terrifying thing to hear. But, she also saw something else. It's drive to win no matter what.
She had used her Quirk on both of them, and yet they both stayed asleep for 3 days. During that time, Corviknight broke the large window outside and chirped at Dominic, probably to try and rouse him from his slumber. It was heartwarming to see such an intimidating creature display compassion like that. The gleam in it's eyes darkened a bit when the blonde remained comatose, though. The elderly hero put a hand to one of it's metallic feathers to try and comfort it. "Don't worry. He just needs time to recover from his wounds." she told the Raven Pokemon, who gave one last glance at it's trainer before sleeping just outside the room.
One day, she came to her office to find that Dominic, Charizard, and Corviknight were all gone. This worried her for a moment before she heard the sound of an explosion. Following the sound, she found herself in the courtyard where Aizawa gave his Assessment Test. Lo and behold, Dominic and Charizard, as well as a Pokemon resembling a Tyrannosaur stood in the field. Walking closer, she was able to make out what the teenager was saying.
"Tyrantrum, use Head Smash. Charizard, I want you to block it." he commanded. The prehistoric Pokemon's orange crest started glowing as it lowered it's head. It then charged at the Fire-Type, ramming right into it. Charizard raised it's claws just before impact, defending itself. Tyrantrum didn't let up, though, and continued to charge even after Charizard stopped it.
The Flame Pokemon struggled to keep it's footing, but held strong. It knew that if it couldn't take Tyrantrum's Head Smash, then it wouldn't be able to beat Nomu again. With a grunt of exertion, it pushed the Despot Pokemon back a few meters before losing it's grip. At that point, Tyrantrum stopped it's attack.
"Thanks for helping Tyrantrum. Take it easy for the rest of the night, kay." Dominic said as he sent the living fossil back to it's Poke Ball. He then turned to his partner, who was punching the ground in frustration. "Stop, you'll only hurt yourself." the blonde said, sitting down next to the monster. "Trust me, I know how you feel. I want to stick it to that Nomu thing too. Unfortunately, we can't. The police have it in their custody, and while I'm willing to do a lot of things, stealing from the cops is off the table." He gave a mirthful laugh at this, knowing how ironic that was. "But, we can still get back at Shigaraki. And, if Nomu really is artificial, who's to say there aren't more to kick the asses of?"
Charizard gave a weak smile at this before launching a Fire Blast into the sky. The roar it let out afterward mirrored Dominic's own thoughts.
Neither of them would lose to the League Of Villains again.
"What do you say we try and improve your speed?" he asked, to which the Flame Pokemon lowered itself. Smiling, Dominic got on it's back and the duo took flight.
Recovery Girl saw all of this. Sighing in both exasperation and relief, she walked back to her office to tend to All Might and Midoriya.
Xiao-Long Temporary Household (Night)
Hearing the sound of someone knocking on the door, Indeedee walked to the door and peered through the mail slot. It's eyes widened when it saw what was on the other side.
Hastily, it opened the door to come face-to-face with a distressed Hypno. What caught the Emotion Pokemon's eye however, was the small child sleeping in it's arms.
