Violet kissed her forehead, "Let's see if I can feed you, darling.", opening her shirt, and Hannah squealed as she then went to drink her mother's milk, succeeding as Violet gasped, feeling milk flow through her, and chuckled, "I knew Mom fed us successfully since we were triplets, but I was afraid that I couldn't feed you since you are one of six...".

Brad, still in his griffin form, purred as he nuzzled Violet's face, and plucked out the eggshells out, and then gently laid down again on the remaining two eggs, glancing at the other spot of the other three eggs, and heard nothing yet as they kept quiet, covered in warmth.

Brad wondered if the other five would hatch soon or that they may choose their own time to finally hatch. Brad hoped it wouldn't be too long, but he was letting nature take its course, that's all they could do.

"She's wonderful.", Brad shifted back as he made sure he wasn't on the eggs with the sudden change of weight and position. "Of course, you can't shower all your love on her; you've got five other kids that want their mama's love.", he teased.

Violet smiled warmly, "I know, Brad, but let me have this moment with her.", caressing Hannah's dirty blonde hair that is straight like her hair. Brad chuckled, "Fair enough...Hannah's a perfect name for her...", looking in awe and love over his first daughter...She looks like him, yet she has Violet's smile and nose...

Hannah heard her father's voice, and blinked as she kept drinking, and then let go after a minute, hiccupped and yawned as she shifted back to her baby griffin form, curling up in her mother's shirt, feeling safe with her mother's scent, and fell asleep.

Violet smiled tenderly, caressed her daughter's wings ever so gently, and then shifted to griffin, walking to the covered nest, removing the feathers and hay, and then went to rest comfortably and gently over the three eggs, and Brad followed her example, shifting back to griffin to lay back on the remaining two eggs of his nest spot, not worried about Hannah as she is clearly asleep.

They rested their heads, glancing at each other, smiling at their twitching daughter as she seemed to try to run in her dreams for the next several minutes before Violet felt something bounce against her belly underneath, and got off, crooning excitedly as one of the eggs is now shaking vividly, taps sounding out in the air.

"Looks like we're not going to have to wait for too long.", Brad chuckled as he helped place Hannah in a safe place while they watched the hatching of another sibling. It wasn't long before the shell shattered in pieces and in its place was a male griffin with Violet's dark feathers on his wings, and dark brown fur on the pelt like his sister, and deep purple eyes, similar to his mother's.

Brad smiled warmly as the male griffin baby squawked at him, fluttering his little wings, and wagged his tail forward, over in his face, and he blinked, trying to catch it in a pounce, and tripped, shaking his head, chirping at him as Brad leaned forward in slight concern.

Brad laughed heartily, "Hello, Spencer Craig Fischer-Parr.", and Spencer crooned, recognizing his father's voice, and Violet smiled, shifting back to human, "Look at you, Spencer.".

Spencer chirped happily as he recognized his mother's voice, already trying to wobblily sprint to her, shifting into another crawling 6-month-old human baby on the way, having raven black hair, tan skin, and of course, his deep purple eyes, and he stumbled clumsily into Violet's lap, blinking and giving a gummy smile to reassure his mother who exhaled in relief.

"You are one to keep us on our feet, for sure.", Violet smiled as Spencer was picked up, and instantly went to suckle his first meal, drinking happily.

"And he's clearly starving for mother's milk.", Brad smiled as he gently rubbed the boy's head, "He looks so much like you, Vi, he barely has any of my features.", with a little pout. "He's got your nose, that's certainly not mine.", Violet laughed.

Brad chuckled, "Okay, I will give you that...He also got my curls too...", before hearing a soft cry, and looked over to see Hannah walking to them, her wings fluttering lightly, tilting her head, and crooned, causing Spencer to peek out at her, and blinked as he kept drinking his mother's milk.

"That's Spencer, your brother. He's hungry, that's all, and then you can play with him when he's done.", Brad replied warmly, and Hannah sat down, seeming to understand her father, and Violet smiled, "Hannah definitely got my brains too.".

Brad teased, "Hey, but I got brains too!", and Violet giggled, "But not as clever as me!", and Brad chuckled with a roll of his eyes, "Okay, fair enough.".

A minute later, Spencer let go, giving out a burp, and then whined to Violet to let him down, and she smiled, putting him down on the nest floor, and Spencer tilted his head at Hannah who bowed down in a play stance, and Spencer squealed happily, shifting into his griffin form to sprint and pounce at his sister, starting their playtime.

Violet chuckled, "Spencer is going to be a ball of energy as he grows up.", before shifting back to griffin to lay back on her nest spot after cleaning out Spencer's eggshells, keeping the remaining two eggs warm.

Brad chuckled, "And Hannah is going to make sure he keeps out of trouble.", before shifting back to griffin to lay down on his nest spot to keep the rest of the eggs warm. Two down, four more to go.

The two of them rested as they kept their eyes on the two hatchlings that were still roaming around. It was like that way for a bit until the two eventually tuckered out and needed their rest. However, the hours were beginning to pass without any new signs of the other ones ready to hatch.

"Does it always take this long?", Brad asked. "Sometimes.", Violet told him. "I know with my mother, Jack-Jack took a few days to hatch compared to me and Dash.".

Brad blinked in thought, "Oh...", and Violet replied, "As long as we can hear their heartbeats and occasional taps, they're alive, just taking their time to choose a moment to hatch.".

"Okay, I just want them to be healthy and strong, you know?", Brad replied, and Violet smiled, kissing him on his lips, "I know.", before noticing that the sun was getting lower, "Why don't you go cook the rest of the deer? It's getting cooler.".

Brad smiled, "Okay, Vi.", and climbed out of the nest, going to start up the campfire as Violet shifted to griffin, uncovering one nest, and pick up the two eggs one by one in her beak, and place them alongside the other two eggs in the other nest, and then tucked them together, resting down on them gently and comfortably, smiling as her two hatchlings kept sleeping, with Spencer kicking a paw in the air, with Hannah's tail covering her face.

'Already running in your dreams, aren't you, Spencer?', Violet thought as she watched the two sleeping hatchlings like a hawk. She didn't want to take an eye off of them even after hatching since they still would be vulnerable... and of course, her mind drifted to herself about how vulnerable she felt with Tony.

Brad smiled to himself in victory as he strikes stone, igniting the campfire, glad that Violet taught him about this skill, and glanced back to look at Violet, and saw her lost in thought, wearing that very familiar expression of forlorn sadness, and realized that she is in one of her moods about Tony.

Brad took a deep breath as he continued to work with the fire; getting the meal ready for them and continue waiting for the others to hatch. He closed his eyes as he was just trying to think what more he could do for Violet while she was in this mood.

Brad walked back to the nest, finally finding something to do, knowing that the fire-side grill is fine for now, and then went to dance and sing in front of Violet, grabbing her attention, and Violet blinks at him, surprised to see him dance. Violet knew that he could sing, but never knew that he could dance either.

With the dance altogether, Brad was looking quite funny yet cute, and Violet crooned in amusement, watching him, and Brad grins, relieved to see Violet feeling better, always determined to cheer up his mate, his true love no matter what, and then something comes to his mind.

He looks over to his slumbering two hatchlings and realized that Violet needs to feel that this isn't a dream, and he knows it. After all, she was afraid that this was all a hallucination, a dream she doesn't want to wake up from.

Brad walks over to his cot, searching through the bag, and Violet tilted her head in curiosity, watching Brad pluck something out of the bag, and he turns around, walking back to the nest and got over, to face Violet who crooned in confusion.

Brad exhales, and kneels before Violet, "Violet Parr of Andalasia, mother of our children, and survivor of a past, I, Brad Fischer, have accepted to be your mate, and father of our children. Would you do me the honor of becoming my wife forever and ever?", revealing and holding up a necklace of a gleaming gold feather with small purple gemstones on the spine end.

Sure, there are rings, crystal necklaces, and arm bracelets used in proposals most anywhere in Enchantia, but in griffin shapeshfiter culture, for a marriage proposal, personal feathers are used as necklaces with either gemstones or unique shapes in the spine end to be carved.

She stared at him for a moment before her eyes went right back to the necklace as she remained in awe at its sheer beauty. Brad gave a chuckle as he was still waiting for an answer before her eyes teared up and she placed her head against his. That was all the answer he needed as she practically said yes, a million times.

Brad smiled widely, kissing her head feathers, "I love you too...", warmly putting the necklace over her head, and Violet crooned, nuzzling him when she opened her eyes in surprise, feeling kicks underneath her, and looked down, lifting herself up when an egg rolled out suddenly of the inner nest, tumbling and crackling.

Brad laughed heartily, "That's it, little one!", as Violet squawked in awe, laying back down, staring at the hatching egg with a sharp eye, and with a spin and popping out in legs, the paws and claws already walking, running towards Brad, the egg still hiding the griffin baby.

It then crackled on impact upon the nest wall behind Brad as he nearly was taken off by the legs, and the griffin baby was dazed for a moment before shaking its head, and then squeaked happily like nothing happened, revealing to be a female griffin with Violet's black feathers, a light tan fur pelt, and brown eyes which is her grandmother, Helen's eye color.

Violet croons to her second daughter, and then blinks as she smells something else, and gets off the nest of the remaining three eggs, shifting back to human, "She's intersex.", seeing a tiny bulge that hides the male parts, yet the knotting part won't appear until puberty.

Brad exhales, "One of my cousin kids, Jared, he's intersex...So, it's either something in the Fischer family or that it's a magical thing here...". Violet nods, remembering Emma's son who is intersex, primarily male yet having female parts, and chuckles, "Looks like our daughter is gonna need a gender-neutral name...".

Brad hums thoughtfully, "I like the sound of Blake.", and the griffin hatchling squeaks happily, shifting into a 6-month-old baby girl with visible male parts, having black scruffy hair, pale tan skin with freckles, and brown eyes, and Violet smiles approvingly, "Blake Vivian Fischer-Parr.".

She then looked back at him, "I'm glad you mentioned Jared. For a moment there, I was slightly worried since it's not very common for intersex.".

"Just glad there was a precedent; so, we wouldn't have to bring Blake to be checked out by Haku. Of course, we'll probably have to have them all checked out just to make sure they're healthy.", Brad said.

Violet chuckled, "Indeed, but not for some time yet. We can wait for tomorrow morning to do that. But for now, Blake needs to feed.", seeing Blake crawl up to her, and she picks her daughter up to her breast, suckling immediately.

Brad smiles, "She's hungry.", before sniffing, "Oh, god, I forgot about the meat!", shifting into griffin, grabbing the grill with his beak away from the fire, and waved air with one of his wings to cool the smoking meat.

Hannah and Spencer woke up at the sounds of their father, and saw their new sibling in their mother's arms, and sprinted over, crooning and chirping, and looked up at Violet who chuckled, "This is your new sister, Blake. She's a bit different, but we will love her, yes?".

Hannah and Spencer looked at Blake, and then at each other, chirping in a baby griffin language before crooning with fluttering wings, and then Brad came over with the cooked meat, shearing off it into portions, and the hatchlings went to attack and play with their meat portions while eating.

Brad shook his head in amusement, ate his portion as he then laid on the remaining three eggs, having his turn now to keep them warm, and watched Violet feed Blake, looking quite beautiful with the proposal marriage necklace on her.

Brad shook his head, wondering just how he managed to have such a wonderful family so quickly? This world truly was magic for sure in that case as he never even dreamed of things going almost this perfectly with true love.

After a couple of minutes, Blake was full of her first meal, and was put down, shifting instantly into griffin form, and went to pounce at Spencer, nearly crashing into Hannah who gave them a screech, and the younger ones pointed at each other with talons, sheepishly protesting.

Violet laughed heartily, "Looks like Hannah's already in big sister mode.", and Brad crooned with a nod, nuzzling her softly, and she smiled, petting his head feathers, "Somehow, I don't think this is a dream anymore.", touching her proposal marriage necklace.

Brad licked her cheek, purring happily, realizing that Violet is now leaving Tony and the bad parts of her past behind, and that she's now looking forward to the future where the kids will grow up, with herself and Brad living parenthood, and soon to experience marriage.

Violet smiled softly, caressing his beak, "I'm home now. I'm your mate, mother of our children, and soon, your wife. No longer will Tony torture me nor will appear anywhere near you and our children in nightmares, I promise.".

Brad crooned proudly, looking into Violet's eyes, and saw that she's entirely serious. Tony Rydinger is not staying in her mind anymore. Not in her memories, not in her heart, and especially, not her soul. Violet surprisingly feels lighter after admitting it so, and she beams, smiling brightly.

They then turn their attention on the trio for the next several minutes when Brad felt not one, but two eggs kicking underneath him, and Brad screeched in surprise as he got off, hearing fierce taps and cracks, with Violet gasping in shock to see them cracking at the same time, "Twin eggs...".

"Probably going to be hard to keep these two away from each other then.", Brad made a chuckling noise as he continued to watch, having shifted to human. "Wonder if they'll both be the same sex or different. I hope it isn't two twin boys... they'll be nothing but trouble.".

Violet teased him, "Yet they will be good troublemakers, we will make sure of that.", and Brad laughed softly, "I'll give you that, Vi.", as the eggs kept cracking open, and almost at the same time, two griffin heads popped out, thrilling and chirping as they fell down against each other's eggs, pieces flying everywhere.

The first griffin has light blonde feathers just like his grandfather, Bob, with dark brown fur, and teal eyes, clearly male while his twin sibling has dark red feathers just like her grandmother, Helen, with dark brown fur, and hazel eyes, clearly female.

Violet chuckled, "Sounds like they heard your prayer, Brad. They're not twin boys.", and the fraternal griffin hatchlings heard their mother's voice, crooning excitedly as they tried to race each other by already sprinting for Violet, shifting into human while tumbling into each other again as they stumbled into Violet's lap.

Brad groaned teasingly, "I think we got a pair of competitors here, Vi.", as the 6-month-old fraternal twins blinked, smiling gummily, talking at each other in baby language as they went straight for their mother's milk, with the first one having curly light blonde hair, tan skin, and instead of teal, the right eye is blue while the left eye is green, and the second baby has straight dark red hair, tan skin, and instead of hazel, the left eye is brown while the right eye is green.
