It was late at night, the crickets weren't even chirping anymore. Our mission was more straightforward than it was simple. Her we had a group of 250 men women and children, all red-eyed and annoyed. Maybe for you to understand better I had better take us back to the beginning. Many years ago a strange being had appeared to every one of the adults in this group. He had warned of an alien invasion that was to come in a few years, he warned that they would take us prisoner, that they would destroy everything of humanity. He also told us of how he had offered a group of six teenagers in the future this opportunity but they hadn't accepted, they were scared, and all he wanted was for some part of humanity to survive. He said we had a great destiny to fulfill, we had to be there, and we had to survive. He called himself The Ellimist, it was a fake as what he looked like to us, he had made it up.
This is the reason we were all here, he had instructed us on how to construct a ship. Although he called it a "Zero-Space Ship" although only a few among us were physicist and only they could understand what that meant. This ship, if built successfully would be able to get us to our destination within a matter a days, and hopefully save our species and civilization.
