Standing around in the Hall of Justice everyone at least duly active was there
Jon had always wanted to be a part of the Hero meetings. But now it's just felt wrong without his parents or even Lara here he was
It was strange too because he tried to find Lara in the Hall and ended up finding her missing
It was honestly strange. But the meeting had to go on and by the way Aunt Dinah and Uncle Oliver had that look on their face he could tell it was pretty bad
"They called him Mazahs" Oliver said in which Kori and Kara only nodded their heads making Billy groan
"Aww man ! I'M IN A COMMA FOR A WEEK JUST TO WAKE UP TO THIS GREAT JUST GREAT !"
Courtney came to comfort her husband as Jon grew more confused
"I'm sorry, who's Mazahs ?"
"Alexander Luthor of Earth 3 Mr Kent" Red Tornado said
Jon more confused than ever was caught by Dinah as she again spoke out
"Well Jon, way back before you kids were even thought of the League had faced these certain foe's from another universe, they called themselves the Crime Syndicate"
Red Tornado brought up holographic pictures showing 10 different individuals
"Ultraman, Owlman, Superwoman, Johnny Quick, Power Ring, Mazahs, Sea King, Atomica, Deathstorm, and Grid. all evil versions of our Heroic Counterparts Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Shazam, Aquaman, Atom, Firestorm and Cyborg"
Jon's eyes completely lit up brighter than they've ever been as this was all news to him
"He looks like my Dad ?" Jon said as he pointed towards Ultraman "and she looks like Aunt Lois, and she calls herself Superwoman ? that's Lara's name"
Billy chuckled
"Yeah Kid, there not really that original, I mean my counterpart's name is quite literally my name but backwards"
"Blidnside, these guys were a total pain to deal with" Jason added "Bruce had gotten stuck on their world and was forced to work with the villians to beat them, they even kidnapped Dick"
"We also had to fight them" Kori said "almost killed us, they are to to be taken lightly Jon"
"So you think there behind all of this….my parent's"
Kara just shook her head
"No Jon, definitely not. The Crime Syndicate was killed a long time ago, by the villains and the Anti monitor wiped the remaining members out too. Nothing of Earth 3 is left but ashes and rubble of a destroyed world"
Strangely enough a sigh of relief escaped Jon's lips
"But if the Krototeans called Billy Mazahs, than that has to indicate to something" Courtney pointed out making that feeling within Jon return
"Tornado. What are you thinking" Dinah said
Everyone turned to the Red Robots unemotional expression as they all just waited for an Answer
"I'd say we must stay sharp, if the facts and truth do in fact line up then the prominent chance of the Syndicate's return should be taken seriously. As we must be ready to take on whatever challenge comes near"
Immediately that gut wrenching feeling returned within Jon making him sigh sadly
Clapping his hands together Billy held somewhat of a serious look on his face
"Alright guys, if the syndicate really is back we're gonna need the heavy hitters back in action. Jon, where's your sister? Maybe she can-"
Immediately a loud clash was heard before a quick blur went by everyone swooping Billy up before another hole in the meeting room's wall was made catching everyone off guard
"WHAT THE HELL !" Dinah said
"BILLY !"
"What the shit was that !"
Wasting no time everyone got off their asses rushing to the made hole in the wall to see the sight if Billy's bruised and injured body in the main entrance of the hall
But even more shocking Jon's eyes light up as he saw the attacker was
"Lara ?"
With her eyes growing bright blue and a face of hate and anger Lara's eyes grew brighter of light blue
"IT WAS YOU ! YOU THIS ENTIRE TIME !"
Letting out a loud groan Billy tuned back to face the angry princess
"Wha…." Billy couldn't even say more as the young woman quickly picked him up by his collar
"YOU PUT MY PARENT'S IN A COMMA !"
Immediately everyone had a shocked expression on their faces. Especially Jon
With the sudden shock and confirmation everyone was frozen with confusion. Everyone but Courtney who immediately grabbed the cosmic staff in her hands before jumping down to rush towards the angry Kryptonian Amazon hybrid
With a beam shot forth from the cosmic staff Lara had immediately blocked the shining bolt of energy with her bracelet before Immediately grabbing Courtney's collar yanking her off the Cosmic Staff
"WERE YOU APART OF THIS ! IN ON THE WHOLE PLAN TO TAKE DOWN THE LEAGUE ! TO HURT MY FAMILY !"
Lara's eyes only grew brighter blue as through a series of grunts Courtney just grunted trying to break off her grip
"NO ! WHAT ARE YOU EVEN TALKING ABOUT !"
Before the tension between the two could grow any higher the cosmic staff quickly slammed into Lara's backside forcing the young woman to drop the blonde before tripping her making Lara fall to the ground
With all the common commotion and the fighting Jon grew only more confused on everything
'Was Uncle Billy really the one to attack the league ?...Was he the one to put Mom and Dad in the comma ?...why…why would he do that'
Jon didn't know what to think or feel. whether to be mad. Or angry….or sad. All he knew was he was confused….really confused
And none of this was helping
So he ran. Dashing out the hall as fast as he could with nothing more than a gust of wind leaving by him
Lara and Courtney's fight continued as with a quick block with her sword clashing with the cosmic staff Lara twirled around before sweeping Courtney's foot making her drop to the ground
Lara had been running on nothing but pure rage and hate right now. Letting her Blue heat vision let loose as the bright beam shot, barreling towards Courtney leaving nothing but the cosmic staff's force field to protect her. A move that was slowly started to weaken making Courtney grit her teeth
Lara's heat vision suddenly came to a stop when Billy Jumped upon her in a tight and secure holding gritting his teeth
"Sorry Lara"
"SHAZAM !"
a lighting bolt had suddenly been shot down from the sky catching the young woman in the crossfire
Billy had hoped the light bolt didn't hurt her that bad. Hoping she would only be unconscious, and even Courtney gasped, holding the staff tightly trying to see through the smoke
But when the dust cleared all there was, was a angry Lara with her eyes glowing bright blue whole Shazam just chilled nervously
"Ohh right, forgot. Magic doesn't hurt you like it does Supes….heh, sorry"
Lara didn't take his antics as nicely as she just grabbed his arm yanking him from her back before slamming him into the nearby ground making Shazam groan
Lara's eyes once again lit up in it's light blue tint expect this time her eyes began to spark with a bright white glow making Courtney's eyes light up
"Oh shit" Kara said as she slowly started to float in the air
"Oh shit what ?" Jason said
"Lara's God genes are starting to kick in. She's slowly gotten better at controlling them over time but still she's too young to use them. Whenever her emotions get the best of her she tends to go berserk"
"So your telling me" Victoria began as Kara just responded with a head nod
"Yep, if someone doesn't stop her soon we're all gonna see why we should be so lucky that Clark and Diana are good guys"
With lighting beginning to spark from her eyes Lara began to grit her teeth at the two
"YOU TOOK EVERYTHING FROM ME !"
Letting out a groan Shazam shook his head
"Lara, look. I don't know what you think I did but I promise you I-"
"DON'T LIE TO ME ! I SAW YOU ! THE LASSO SHOWED ME WHAT HAPPENED THAT NIGHT ! YOU BETRAYED YOUR FAMILY ! YOUR FRIENDS ! THE PEOPLE THAT TRUSTED YOU ! LET YOU BE A HERO WHEN YOU WERE FUCKING 14 !"
Angry flaming tears began to seep down Lara's face as when the water hit the ground tiny flames came up before disappearing only adding onto Courtney's worry
"Look Lara, maybe it was wrong, how would Billy even be able to attack the league when he was injured too ?"
"HE PASSED OUT RIGHT AFTER HE BEAT UNCLE ARTHUR TO AN INCH OF HIS LIFE. I SAW EVERYTHING ! THERE'S NO MORE DENYING IT ! SO IF YOU WANNA DEFEND HIM ! THAN YOU BE SENT TO THE DEPTHS OF HELL RIGHT NEXT TO HIM !"
With lighting sparking in her eyes even more now. The ground slowly began to rumble making Courtney and Shazam look around the damaging hall as Lara was ready to fire
Except right when she was ready to go for the kill a large boulder was thrown right at her stopping her attack leaving everything back to normal as her attempt to catch it forced her to slide back launching her in another room
Shazam and Courtney turned in confusion to see Rick Tyler with a severely pissed off look on his face. His hourglass glowing with it's shining sand
"Rick ?" Courtney said in a weak attempt before the pain caught up to her
Rushing towards the 2 he Immediately helped his friends up to their feet before asking if they were ok
Courtney just nodded her head weakly before leaning into her Husband's form. Him easily catching her
"When did you get here ?"
"Just right now, Courtney called saying it was JSA business. Glad to see my suspicions were correct"
Immediately Shazam shook her head, he knew how protective Rick could get over his friends and Lara wasn't the enemy here
"No, Lara…..she's just confused, she isn't the enemy"
"Not the way I was seeing it"
"Rick" Shazam warned
"She's just a girl, a girl fueled by her emotions, she isn't the enemy"
With his angry expression of full effect Rick just unclenched his hands and groaned
"Fine, well what do you suppose we do"
"We should-"
Before Shazam could say anything more Rick was suddenly hit by a blue laser beam launching him back with an Immediate groan as Shazam just turned his head to see Lara's very pissed off face pushing the boulder away
"Crap"
Ultimately Shazam did flinch when she immediately rushed towards him but was more or so happy when a flashing blur sped by taking Lara to the ground as a small crater was made in the hall to reveal Kara holding Lara back with gritted teeth
"LARA THEY ARE NOT YOUR ENEMIES ! STOP !"
"GET OFF ME AUNT KARA ! I DON'T WANT TO HURT YOU !"
Sucking in a deep breathe Lara released a large blast of ice breathe forcing Kara off of her before coming to an immediate rise to her feet to find the lighting god
"RAVEN NOW !" Kara yelled before a mirage of dark purple chains wrapped around Lara
Hailing down from above Raven's eyes were purple as her hands glowed an aura of dark purple. She was struggling to keep it together as containing Lara was no easy task and that was proven true when Lara had Immediately snapped free from the chains expelling the magic around her
"MAGIC DOESN'T WORK ON ME !"
"Yeah but this still does"
Reaching around the young woman Jason quickly put a rebreather around her mouth before expelling Kryptonite gas from it
Alstom Immediately Lara felt her body weaken as she tried to fight back but right then and there Starfire and Roy came to continue to hold her down letting the gas take full affect as soon enough Lara's body went dumb before her eyes closed full making her unconscious
Everyone took time to wonder the hell truly just happened as right then and there they all looked at Billy who just looked down in sorrow at his wife

Jon needed time and space to think and feel. To have some sort of emotion towards something
Truth was he was now more confused than ever
Was Uncle Billy the one who took out the League ?
If so, why ? Why did he do it ?
He would never do that willingly
Jon felt even more confused about how he should respond to it
All he went on and on about is how much he was gonna hurt the person that found out. But now he did and now he's confused ?
Maybe he should've reacted like his sister did ?
But now the question comes into play should he ?
Can he really hurt his fun loving Uncle Billy ?
Jon slumped back onto the Metropolis Rooftop in agony
Why was life so damn confusing
With a sigh he watched as the Sun beamed it's brightly glow reflecting upon him
For his entire Life all Jon wanted was these powers, to do good and help people. Like his parents, But now…..now he didn't know what he wanted
And he didn't have much time to think about it either as his ears perked up when his phone rang
Pulling his phone from his pocket he didn't even attempt to move as he picked up
"Hello"
"Jon, it's me. Mary"
"Mary ?"
Now his attention was caught as he sat up upon the ledge of the building
"Hey J, look I need you to do something for me"
"Oh yeah, what is it? I could use something to get off my mind"
"Go Visit S.T.A.R. Labs for me. Uncle Wally's on Vacation with Irey and Jai and Don and Dawn are with Ms Allen. I'm getting strange readings from the Lab"
"Strange how ?"
"Strange in someone's been in there and no motion sensors can pick it up because there going faster than sound"
Immediately Jon's eyes bolted up before he clutched his phone
"Im on it"

Racing to Central City Jon Immediately bursted into the Labs doors entering the Facility
And by the looks of it. Mary was right. No acts of movement or activity were reported here. Not one bit. But he did see trails and scuff marks leading from the entrance all the way to the Lab stations as he bent down and place his hand on the stuff marks left on the floor
Rising to his feet Jon grew more curious
"Who's been here ?"
As if it was right now que Jon's hand Immediately snapped clutching to the side of his face as he caught some sort of tiny bug
Turning his head to look at his fist Jon just raised in eyebrow
"What the ?"
Before he could say anything more a quick yellow blur hit him straight in the face forcing him to crash into some nearby lab equipment as sparks began to fly all around
Jon groaned, shaking his head in confusion as he heard voices
"You ok babe"
"Yeah, the brat has a pretty strong grip, I should shrink down and explode his sindies right now"
"Unless you want Ultraman to turn you into a simple stain I suggest you don't"
Looking up slowly Jon saw the sight of some sort of ragged looking speedster and a tiny girl in read and blue on his shoulder
They looked familiar ?
"Atomica ?...Johnny Quick, I saw you two….in the hall ?"
The speedster just smirked deviously towards him
"Ultraman's got plans for you cupcake, we would kill you right now but we don't wanna bring it up with the big boss. Instead you should worry about Kaiju in the water"
"Kaiju in the water ?"
Before he could say anything more Jon's earpiece rang in which he quickly picked up
"Yeah"
"JON !"
"Mar-...Oracle ?"
"ARTHUR AND ANDRINA NEEDS YOUR HELP IN ATLANTIS ! KRAQUAN THE KAIJU IS ATTACKING THE CITY"
"What ? Why, I thought Uncle Arthur had him under control ?"
"We all did, he just started attacking the city and there running low on defense without Aquaman"
Jon began to bit his lip in annoyance and groaned as when he looked up he found the two villains gone adding more to his problems
"Great…..alright call Arthur and Andrina tell them im on my way"
Hanging up the call Jon was gone again heading towards the great city in serious speed as he had a feeling this was gonna be the start of a rather eventful day
