{ Cue BGM: Preparation Phase }

"We've gained several reports about Dracorell suddenly having a massive revolt from our 'hidden eyes'." Suu pointed out towards several different locations in Dracorell. Most of the locations covered Magus city and several different locations in Dracorell's hologram, and the revolt was... lightning quick. (*1)

It was a surprise that it was done in a short period of time.

"I see. Who was the one behind this, then? Whoever he or she, or even they were, they'll pay for their crimes by my hand..." Kayblis spoke out, his expression becoming completely serious.

Everyone in this meeting room excluding Kayblis shuddered, Ramses, even the current pope, and Suu.

Suu hesitated for a moment.

"Father. Hundreds of thousands had already died trying to defend themselves or fight back against the rebellion of millions at this moment. And the culprit is none other than the Cult carrying your name. They've been active for hundreds of years, ever since Eikoln Empire has been made. Extra note: They're extremists." Suu explained, making the people who didn't know about this cult be silent and look at her with skepticism, even Kayblis actually was quite skeptical, not even knowing that such cult existed.

"How can we make sure that what you said was true?" Amadeia asked Suu, who proudly smirked.

"Hm? I have been alive at this very Empire for hundreds of years, researched most things necessary for the entire Lis Race's development, and was one of the first Lis Humans. You haven't been reading history books, haven't you?" Suu proudly replied, causing Amadeia to shut up.

"No... I forgotten about that again..." The young pope of Eikoln muttered, feeling downcast on her very being. She was a little inexperienced, so that might explain some things.

The people that were sitting on the chairs nodded, including Kayblis.

This was something that needed his attention.

"Say, how can we save Dracorell? Bring an army? No, that's probably not what you wanted, Kayblis." Ramses spoke while he was almost deep in thought.

Then, something else sparked on his mind.

"Ah, that's right. We don't bring an army, that might alert them immediately. So..." Kayblis rubbed his chin.

"I'll go with four people, and that should make a group of 5 with me as the leader. Prepare a rescue squad and send them after, let's just say... 3 weeks, as usual. It doesn't matter how much you send, we need to rescue our allies, that means the Dracorellians too." He spoke after he thought of this.

"Much obliged and understood. Please wait until tomorrow, Lord- ahem, Kayblis." Ramses replied.

"That also means you're coming with me, Suu and Amadeia. Lucia and Lock aren't around because of private matters, so you both will have no choice. Eh, we're also going on low-profile, too."

"M-Me...!? But, I can't fight!" The pope half-shouted, and then realized something.

"Well, if I cannot fight, then I'll do my best to support you and maybe even heal the injured people of Dracorell, despite the horrible relationship both nations actually have during the past hundred years..." She spoke, awkwardly raising a peace sign. Kayblis knew she was determined to help.

What about Suu?

"I'll go and prepare after the debriefing. Even if I leave my co-researchers alone at the laboratory, they would still be capable of figuring out how to finish the project, albeit much slower than used to be until my return." She said nonchalantly.

"I see. Our meeting is over and I'll see some of you tomorrow." Kayblis spoke, about to actually end this, yet...

"Why do you want to help the Dracorellians, Lord Kayblis? Shouldn't we just let them be?" Queen Eikoln asked, skeptical about him.

"If you think they deserve it, then silence. All Lis are my people, and I would only act upon something that would benefit me and many people. You think of me as a tool you would abuse for selfish reason, whilst I definitely am not. I am more of a free spirit than a tool, now I'm taking my leave." The God of All List replied casually and calmly, not minding to put a cold glare towards the queen.

Everyone then left, yet the Queen of Eikoln only breathed heavily. She was becoming afraid as she never expected Kayblis to know that he might be used as a tool.

It was as if he already knew this would happen. The comforting embrace of her husband, the Emperor could only calm her down. And then she remembered, there were nobles high ranked and low ranked seeking to exploit him by mere acts.

It would be best to warn them to leave their God alone, lest they be punished a fate worse than death.

5 People stood outside the walls of Eikoln City. A few of them being Kayblis, Suu, and Pope Amadeia. The rest were two long time veterans named Butch Sundance and Margarine Shortflower. Both of them were around Level 90 and had the Gun Combat Skill at Level 2 and 1 respectively.

"Ey, boss. Where are we going first? The path to Dracorell ain't that way, or maybe... we're going to a different path?" Butch asked Kayblis, in which he just smiled.

"You guessed it right. We're going low profile, you see. Can't have thousands upon thousands upon our asses easily." He replied casually, before he noticed Butch tip his hat towards him.

Then, they were off to a journey, to resolve a massive conflict at Dracorell and maybe punish those responsible. Those being the Cult of "Kayblis".

Notes:

*1: Hidden Eyes - The best spies of Eikoln, barely anybody knows them except certain people. Heavily trained for many years before becoming actual "Hidden Eyes". Noticably, they have cybernetic implants and are half-machine.

Also, Kayblis is Ambidextrous.
