Sephiroth's Sword
(Sephiroth is an 11 year old at this point)
It was yet another Christmas in Migar. When Sephiroth woke up, as usual, no presents from his parents. Angry, Sephiroth went outside and started kicking snow when a mysterious woman with a hood on came up to Sephiroth and said lightly, "Hello Ancient! You are the one that will save this world.Here, have this sword. It is going to be your weapon of destruction."
Sephiroth took the sword, yet unsure, he asked her, "Who are you? Why don't you put your hood down so I can see you?"
"That doesn't matter, just remember this line, 'Don't let yourself become too sure of yourself, or you will kill yourself,'" said the woman loudly. Before Sephirtoh could ask her a last question she disappeared in a snap.
Confused Sephiroth thought to himself, "What's an Ancient? I'm just a kid! How or why would I kill myself? Well, I guess I'll just head home."
Waiting for him at home was a young 20 year old Hojo. "Oh, great!" Sephiroth thought to himself.
"Hey, Seph! What do you got there?! Oh, a play sword." Hojo said loudly. Sephiroth swung the sword at a pile of logs and they split in two without the sword even touching it.
"Shut up fool, this is no fake sword! Now shut up before I do that to your face!" Sephiroth yelled. Sephiroth walked inside and fell asleep in his bed.
