I do not own any of the CCS Characters. All the characters in this poem are
properties of CLAMP. It's pretty vague. But the main characters are TOMOYO
AND ERIOL. And the poem was taken from Tomoyo's point of view. And by the
way, before I forget. The story was adopted from a fic with the same title.
I don not know who the author was since the fic was from friend I don't see
anymore and has lost contact with. The main plot is the same but some
changes were made. If any of you knows who the owner of the story is tell
me since she deserve the credit for a job well done!
I AM HERE
I know how hard it is
To lose someone you love
You cry from the depths of your heart
Thinking you could've protected her
You blame yourself of her death
Crying bitterly from the shadows of her past
You rejected everyone
You didn't want anyone but her
You cry in your sleep
Shouting out her name
But woke up finding not her by your side,
But me instead.
You cried your heart out to me
That night you said,
' I don't want to be alone anymore. '
At last you realized that you needed someone.
That night you asked me to stay.
I did what you asked
I told you, ' I am here,
You won't be alone anymore.'
Days passed and you finally recovered
You have finally accepted that you needed someone.
Someone, not her but me instead
You wanted me to stay with you forever.
But life is sad
And destiny's not playing fair
For it brought us together
And now it's tearing us apart
The news arrived
The doctor's confirmed that she is alive
The girl who died wasn't the one you love
Tears of joy flowed from your eyes
You quickly packed your bags
So quickly you forgot about me
When I asked why you're leaving
You simply said " I want to be with her."
With the last of my strength,
I voiced out my plea,
I asked you to stay
But the taxi honked and you left me.
I cried that night
Once again I was alone
For you chose her over me;
An empty hole was left in my heart
I thought you would never leave me
I thought you'd return my love
I thought you were the one for me
But I guess I thought wrong
I cried and cried
Remembering he days we spent together
How happy we were with each other
Why did you have to leave?
The answer came right away
You came into my house
I was overjoyed
For you didn't leave me after all
You took me in your arms
I didn't want to let you go
I wanted that moment to last forever
For I fear that I might lose you once again
You apologized to me,
Saying you didn't really want to go
But your pride was telling you to go
And your heart was asking you to stay.
We stand there
Holding on to each other
Never wanting to let go
And you said, "It's all right, I am here."
Hope you guys liked it as much as I did. But the original story wasn't this
short although some points were raw but it's a really good story and which
is why I ended up making a poem.
I've also realized recently that the author of the story version of this
one is none other than syaoran no hime so if you
