Why does the world play cruel tricks on our eyes?
Looking down upon the ground by the early morning sun a glow was cast upon the small figure of a woman. Shoulder length blonde hair fell upon her features so I could not yet gaze upon them. Lifting her head dazedly she looked confused for the moment then a placid fear wound its way into her ice blue eyes. Her sharp features turned in to anger as she shot up from the ground as the sound of hooves reached our ears. Before I knew which way was which the mysterious woman had grabbed my wrist and yanked me into an alley. She pushed me down into a dark corner and held her hand over my mouth.
I heard the hooves come down the way and heard the rough voice of my commander Vegeta. "Check every spot she can't of gone far, that thief is not going to get away again!"
"But Vegeta she always gets away and I'm hungry!"
"Kakarot, is that all you think about when this rebel could be the downfall of my kingdom!" These words reached into the darkness and broke the eerie silence that was my thoughts. I managed to put two and two together in my dazed state and then and there I fainted.
