~Okay this is a fic about Harry's fifth year at Hogwarts. Starting with the summer to the end of fifth year. I didn't really like when Sirius died so I decided to write my own book or fic, whatever but in this fic there is parts from many people's point of view including Petunia's on Harry and when she comes to get him after GoF. Please send me reviews!! If you think I should continue it, tell me. If you don't like it tell me what is wrong. If you like it tell me! E-mail me if you want! I always answer to feedback! Cheers!-*me*~
Disclaimer: Grrr! I know all this stuff belongs to J.K. Rowling but I can't help it I love Harry and co.

Petunia's POV
I watched the boy got off the train and walked toward us. He is different this year. His eyes aren't as Lily's were, instead they are dim. Just a plain shade of green, not that sparkling emerald color that they used to be as he got off the train. They aren't like Lily's anymore. Something's wrong. Call it mother's intuition. Wait!!! I don't understand this, I'm not his mother. It rubbed off on me from my Duddleykins, yes that is it.
"Vernon," I whispered, "Something is wrong with the boy. Do you see it?" As I said these words, I hope Vernon doesn't get angry at me for treating one of them, like one of us. "Yes, I see it, maybe those freaks finally understand that they aren't normal," Vernon said with a grunt. "Vernon...,"I paused as Harry walked toward us.
He slowly put his trunk in the back and got up to get in the car. As Vernon and Dudley got in the car, I paused. As Harry was about to enter the car, I put my hand on his shoulder, "Are you alright?" I asked. He look startled that I had even spoken to him. Surely, we haven't treated him that badly. . .have we?
"No . . . I'm not all right, but thank you for asking," he said with a bit of shock and depression expressed in his eyes. The rest of the drive home was quiet, except for Dudley discussing his adventures in school as Vernon chortled while listening to him.
As we arrived home the boy walked into his room directly, without even waiting for an order. Even Vernon looked startled at this. "Dudders, do mummy a favor and go upstairs, will you? Daddy and I need to talk," I said in a voice that, for once, offered no room for argument. As Dudley walked upstairs, Vernon and I sat down.
"Vernon, I know that magic is unnatural, but I saw something in his eyes. I don't know what it was, but I have a feeling something has happened which will change the world. Call it mothers' intuition if you will. Can we . . . ," here I paused, trying to regroup and put my words in a way he would understand, "Can we at least try to treat him a little better, Vernon?" Here I waited with an anxiousness I never knew I was capable of. "I suppose so, if you think that it is alright, sweetums. But I refuse to have him practice or do anything related to his...abnormalness."Vernon stated.
The moment he said that I knew it, I knew that this summer would mark a change. Harry, the boy, my nephew, was not going to be the freak anymore. He was just a child, and from now I on I would show him that if my parents could accept Lily's...gift. Then I could accept his. He wouldn't be Lily's child, he would be mine. Now...my only problem was how to go about it.
