Rain wept from the heavens with sorrow mourning the loss of a heroine. Clark was going to give a speech at Kyla's funeral in Grandville. His friends had all come for emotional support he was thankful he would need it. Lex, Lana, Chloe, Pete, and his parents all stood to the side. Clark stepped up to the podium in an all black silk suit, his father hadn't protested when he had borrowed it from Lex.

Looking at all those assembled Clark began. "Kyla once told me of a great hero, he saved the Kawatche people in their darkest hour as thanks they called him Numan. Well to me Kyla was my heroine, she still is. She gave me a total and complete acceptance. She was beautifully complete. The one thing I regret was never telling her that I was in love with her. I fell for her; literally and I will never forget the gift she gave me. She gave me a star, a hero. In this shuffle we call life she fought for the rights to her past, I will continue to fight for her cause, the cause she died for because I could never do anything else. To me Kyla was greater than Numan. She saved her past in it's darkest hours relying on her own faith, all I can hope to do is help and hope that one day I will posses even a portion of her bravery."
