"Hey Kagome!" The young miko spun around mid way to the well house at the sound of her name being called. "Oh, hey Nikkeh, how ya doin'?" Kagome asked her best friend. "I'm great! And I'm so excited about getting to hang out with you for two whole weeks!" she responded happily. Kagome paled, 'Two weeks? WHAT??' "T-two weeks? When did this happen??" she asked Nikkeh looked at her and blinked. "Yeah, don't you remember..? My mom's going out of town for two weeks.she called your mom.." She trailed. "Oh! Yeah! Right, two weeks, now I remember!" she told her with a smile, though she hadn't a clue as to when that had happened. 'Darn my mom! Jeez, I'm so gonna kill her!' It was right around that moment that Nikkeh noticed Kagome carrying her giant yellow back pack toward the well house. "Uh, Kagome?" "Y-yeah?" "What's with the bag?" she pointed, "and why are you going to the well house?" "Uh.." She sighed, 'Might as well, I mean she is my best friend, it's time she knew.' "Come on Nikkeh I'll show you." She grabbed Nikkeh's wrist and dragged her to the well. Kagome walked to the lip of the well with Nikkeh trailing close behind her. "Uh, Kagome what are you doing?" She responded by climbing over the lip of the well and sitting on it. "Kagome! Get back or you'll fall in!" "That's the idea." she mumbled
