Disclaimer: Oh, lord, kill me now. I've entered the Realm of BtVS fanfiction.
Oh, yeah. Not mine.
Story info, you know, the kind you actually read: This might or might not turn into a short collection of Buffy/Spike moments. Kinda leaning towards not.

Spike opened the door quietly and grinned at the sleeping blonde girl on the bed. Without making a sound he walked over to her and leaned down beside the bed.
" Mind if I join you under those covers?" he whispered softly in her ear. Her eyes flew open.
" What are you doing here so early?" she asked with a yawn.
" Early? It's 6:30." he answered in an amused tone. Her eyes widened.
" Six? I can't believe I slept so long. I just kinda... collapsed yesterday after patrolling. I'm surprised I even made it up the stairs. I haven't spent a good night in a long time."
" Well, that's because you haven't spent a night with me in a long time." he answered, helping himself under the covers.
" Don't flatter yourself." She answered, snuggling closer to him.
" Hey, I'm supposed to be the creature of the night here. When are you planning on getting up?"
" Tomorrow morning." she muttered sleepily.
" Don't you have stuff to do?"
" Yeah. I have some shopping to do."
" Well, I'd love to help you," he answered, rolling on his back, " but I can't go out. The sunlight bit, you know."
" Well, sun should be down in a little while. I can wait for you." she answered, giving him a devilish grin.
" You know, I'm a bit tired. I think I'll just... uh... you know."
" No... you offered, now you have to come with me."
" Bloody hell. No getting past you, huh? Might as well go. What are we shopping for?"
" Bed sets."

" I still say blue looks better." Spike muttered. Buffy frowned.
" I've never been good with all the decoration stuff, but even I can tell the green matches the cutains better... "
" But the blue will bring out-" he stopped himself mid-sentence. "...never mind."
" I say the green will look better. I see your point, though. Maybe if it was a lighter shade of blue."
" Look, it's your bloody bed set-"
" But I won't be the only one sleeping on it, now will I?" she answered slyly, glancing at him out of the corner of her eye.
" So I'm officially re-invited into your bedchamber during nights?" he asked with an amused expression on his face.
" What kind of example would I be setting for Dawn?"
" It's not like the little one doesn't already know."
" Well, yeah.... But there is a little thing called discretion." she muttered absently, now holding up a sample of cloth to each quilt. He rolled his eyes, grabbed the green set, and tossed it to the attendant nearest to them.
" We're taking this one. Ring us up." The pimply faced boy nodded, obviously relieved that he'd be done by closing time, and quickly walked over to the cashier.
"But I had just chosen the blue..." Buffy muttered indignantly. By the time they reached the cashier the only thing they had to do was hand him the money and get their receipt. Spike picked up the quilt and carried it out of the store. Once outside the car he tossed it to Buffy.
" And I don't want to hear any more about that bloody bed set unless it's an invitation to christen it."

Okay. Liked it? Review, then. : ) That's my first BtVS story. How'd I do? Let me know.
