Sunni sat down, putting her head in her hands, she whimpered quietly, wondering if all those she knew would be gone. Her thoughts were still in the past as she remembered days gone by when she and Cubbi were younger.
Recent Past
Sunni looked around, even at her young age, she was able to sense that Cubbi was hiding about in the main hall. Sunni was about seven years old and Cubbi was around three years old but he had the tracking skills of an older cub. Both were playing hide and seek, and Cubbi had already won a few of the games, so Sunni thought she had the best hiding place yet, inside an upper cabinet. She was small for her age and was able to fit in the cabinet very well, a slightly tight fit but comfortable enough for the game. She hoped Cubbi wouldn't find her but low and behold he did and soon has her in the open and tickled her till she cried uncle.
