Laugh of Ice

"Stay away!" he screamed, his words like venom.
"Inuyasha come back to me; I know your better than this!" a young women cried.
"No! I am a true demon! I left my weak, half demon, self to die in your memories." the red eyed demon retorted.
"No," she gave out a silent cry, but he still heard it.
"Yes," he gave a deep sinister laugh that gave Kagome chills. It was not warm or kind, it was like ice.
"STOP!" she scram while gripping his sword.
"Why should I? So I can let the weakling come back and try to save this pathetic world? Ha that's a laugh!" he spat at her.
"No, so he can see that there are people that care about him and that I." she couldn't finish because the evil Inuyasha grabbed her by the throat.
"..love him." she said in a struggled cry.
They fell to the muddy ground.
"Kagome?" a small voice arose to Kagome's ears as his grip from her throat move to her back for an embracing hug.
"Inuyasha!" she cried as she hugged him.
"Do you really love me?" he said still hugging her on the ground.
"Yes I do and always will." she said sweetly.
"I will always love you, Kagome." he gave her a gentle kiss on the lips as they stood up.
"Don't do that again," she scolded him.
"What?" he said, pretending he didn't know.
"Your demon self," she said in a quiet voice.
"Okay." he said monotone.
"When you're like that your word and that laugh is like Ice," she said in a shivery voice.
"I'm back and I'll make sure I'll stay. Now, lets go home." he said while kissing her forehead.
"Home" Kagome whispered as they walked back to the villiage hand in hand.
