Twilight:

I see the stars,
Shining up above.
Your arms around me,
Full of love.
When the sun rises,
On the eastern shore,
That love fades away,
Forever more.
I shed tears of sorrow,
I shed tears of gray,
Nothing replaces what has faded away.
As light turns to shadow,
As shadow to night.
All your love, gone,
Given to twilight...
