One Tree Hill : Jaded (Optional Title- Not completely sure- yet)

Summary: Evangelia Silver is from the big city. Always has been, but when her parents force her to move to One Tree Hill in North Carolina because of a job offer her dad gets at a dealership she's furious. Upon arriving in the small town she is atonished about the people, the places, there's nothing here for her. But for her twin brother he becomes one of the most popular guys at school and gets a place on the Raven's basketball team. She's suddenly surrounded by rumors, and she knows she'll never belong. Putting up a barrier she is unable to trust anyone but can't get away from anyone. Where there's nowhere to go. But when she gets a job to get away from her family, she forms a new one.
After meeting Haley they become quick friends and Evan quickly loses her image of small-towns and finally is able to accept that she will be living there for awhile. And then she goes and falls in love...
