"Reflection"
The chilly atmosphere which Aki hated the most has come.These past days he observed that his koi has been acting so strange. "Touya,where are you?"he kept on asking himself.Touya has been coming home so late at night which worries Aki a lot.Night time came and Touya finally came home with the usual expressionless face that he always wears.
Touya came in and shut the door, "Okaeri"Aki greeted and went closer to give his koi a hug.But instead Touya walked passed him and didn't even bother to greet him back,walking silently to the kitchen.Aki could only be disappointed "Maybe he's just tired.maybe tomorrow he'll snap out of it"he thought as an excuse for Touya's rash actions.He followed Touya to the kitchen and sat down next to his lover. "What would you like to eat?"Aki asked. "Please just go away for a while..i wanna be alone"Touya said softly almost to tears.
Again Aki felt sad,he slowly stood up and went to the bedroom upstairs. He sat down the bed staring at Aya's picture,Aya has been dead for 5 month now she died in a car crash along with the baby. 'Is that why Touya's sad?'he kept thinking.He hid Aya's picture in the drawer and waited patiently for his lover to come inside the room.Aki fell asleep immediately.
The next morning Aki woke up to see his koi,but didn't find him sleeping next to him which alarmed him so much.He immediately went downstairs to see if Touya was there.He reached the kitchen and saw Touya sleeping which 10 cans of consumed beer beside him. 'Oh my gosh did he drink all of those?'he thought.
Touya came around and woke up and saw his koi staring at him.Aki who was almost in tears hugger Touya tightly "What's wrong with you?did I do something which made you mad at me or something?"Aki asked.Touya didn't even bother to hug his koi back,pushed him aside and stood up "Look!just please leave me alone even for a while,I have a lot of things on my mind right now"he said coldly and started to head for the door then got out.
Aki couldn't stand it,he bursted out crying hard, 'What the hell is wrong with him?doesn't he love me anymore?'these thought kept on racing in his mind.Aki decided to that he should stay calm,he took a quick shower,got dressed and decided to go somewhere to cool himself off.He rode a taxi going to a popular small café nearby,he immediately went inside and sat himself down. A cute waiter approached him and rendered his service. "Hello welcome to Maple House Café,I'm Yuji your waiter.what do ya wanna have?"he said in a friendly manner.Aki scanned the menu and replied "French fries and Iced tea please". The young waiter smiled,took Aki's orders and went to the kitchen.
Aki sighed,he wished he knew what Touya was thinking about that way he could help him.He looked at the café,it was very crowded..suddenly a man about the age of 20 came towards him and said "Hey,ummm...if it's okay with you can I sit here?the place seems so very crowded". Aki blinked and nodded his head,it would be really nice to have company also.
"Oh I forgot to introduce myself,my name's Kojiro Akaihana and you are?"he said genkily. "Uh,I'm Aki Mikage"he replied.
