Aura

Prologue:
15 Years After Meteor.
She had to keep going she couldn't let him catch her. Her heart was throbbing uncontrollably in her chest. The wound in her leg screamed in agony from the exertion she was putting out on her already feeble body. Collapsing to the ground her face was covered with bloodstained platinum blond hair. Her wide sky blue eyes were alert, and searching the premises for any unknown foe. They soon found what she was looking for. A tall male figure, ghostly white, clad in black with knee length hair matching the silver of the ten-foot long blade he wielded. A wicked grin played across his face, With a little gasp of horror, she sprung to her feet and ran on. But she only went a small distance, before her ankle caught in the brush, and broke with a sickening crack. She fell to her knees, gasping. "Are you done running yet my dear?" She turned. His luminous green penetrated her quickly. She sobbed softly into her knees as he grinned down maliciously at her. He crouched before her and said softly "Do not fear, for soon you will be born anew, and your life shall forever be changed. No longer will you hide in the shadows from those who seek to do you ill, but you shall be their queen, and they'll have no choice but to obey your will." There was a blinding flash of light, with a loud scream. And the woman was changed; she was no longer no more. Just a puppet without a soul or heart. Chilling laughter filled the air.
"Aura Iflana Strife, are you coming to breakfast or not?" The shorthaired brunette girl, no older than fifteen, sat up in bed. Her multi colored prism eyes surveyed the blue wallpaper she and her friend Eve had put up the other day in hopes to stop her nightmares "Darn, didn't work." She said disappointedly. "Aura!" Came another mind-blowing call. "Coming Aunt Lucille." Pulling on her overalls, she headed downstairs, to another ordinary day life for Aeris Gainsborough's daughter.
End Prologue.
