Obviously
by Potter47
It's obvious right?
That Ron likes Hermione?
Well RH fans, this is for you,
a dose of irony.
What is it 'bout these books?
Nothing ever what it seems.
So if you say it's obvious,
you don't know what you mean.
Back after book four,
JKR once said,
they all love the wrong people,
Now let's think back again.
At the end of that book,
the pairings stood like this:
Ginny liking Michael,
Harry liking Cho,
Hermione is over Krum,
She turned him down you know.
Ron it finally seems,
may realize how he feels,
about a certain bookworm,
in the library she deals.
Now think the quote again,
I'll tell you what it means,
Ron/Hermione,
ain't a sure thing as it seems.
And then look at book five,
Luna specifically,
looks like she's got a thing for Ron,
coincidentally.
Now think of Ron Hermione,
do they ever get along?
How long could that possibly last,
Certainly not that long.
But Loony Luna Lovegood,
now she seems more Ron's type,
and think how fun it'd be to see,
him the one to act sensibly.
But who for Hermione then?
This question do you ask?
Well there's always Draco Malfoy,
Severus Snape, and Neville too.
Anyone but Ronnie,
might survive until day two.
And while I'm on the subject,
of Hermione pairings,
what about the old H/H?
Harry Hermione?
Do you see a single clue?
Maybe a subtle hint?
Not a chance, not anymore,
This ship's about to sink.
So have I changed your thoughts,
about the pairings in HP?
You say it's obvious?
That's exactly what I mean.
A/N: That was...odd. I didn't even notice what I was writing until the seventh stanza.
