I don't own Yu-Gi-Oh! And Alice, please. I've had enough. If you're not
going to appreciate it, don't read it.
Flower
Two wait deep in the soil
They are equal
No one can tell the difference
Then they sprout
They grow tall
But one grows taller than the other
And bigger
And the smaller flower feels insignificant compared to it
The bigger flower cares for the smaller
The smaller flower admires the bigger
And when it rains, the bigger flower shields the smaller with its petals
The smaller flower is grateful
But deep inside, the smaller flower wishes it could have a chance to stand on its own
Because when the rain goes away, the taller flower is still there
And with sun comes shadows
The bigger flower's shadow falls on the smaller flower
And the smaller flower feels worse than ever
It wants to break free of the taller flower
But it isn't strong enough
And it knows it never will be
Its stem bends
Then breaks
And the flower falls to the ground
Finally free from the shadow of the taller flower
And when it rains, the water pounds its petals
But the smaller flower doesn't feel it
It's finally happy
It has gone to see the sunnier meadows
Where it can blossom and not be overshadowed
By the taller flower
But what the smaller flower does not know
Is that in its absence, the bigger flower has fallen
Because of the smaller flower
The bigger flower still cares
And so does the smaller one
But it's too late
And they're both gone
To sunnier meadows
Where they can be themselves
And be happy
Flower.
