Diclaimer - Don't own 'em!
A/N: I've decided to come back to my stories. I won't update as often as I would like to, as I will be slowly fixing the errors in other chapters. This is the seuqel to my Lavender/Seamus fic, 'Playing With Emotions'.

Living Around - Prologue
****
Lavender sat down in her seat with a huff. The majority of the summer, Lavender had spent in Paris, where she had kept minimal contact with her friends. She really didn't want to talk to any of them too much after what happened the year before.
Parvati was mad at her because she kissed her boyfriend, Dean was mad at her because she kissed his best friend, and Seamus. well, she didn't even want to go into that. Parvati and Dean had forgiven Lavender long before the end of the summer. Suprisingly, Dean and Parvati had become a 'couple' over the summer.
"Do you want some, Lav?"
Lavender snapped out of her daze as her name was called. "Hmm?"
"I was asking if you wanted some?" Parvati held out a box of Bertie Botts.
Lavender smiled and shook her head, "No, thanks." She turned to look out the window.
Parvati shrugged, "So, Dean. have you heard from Seamus lately?"
Lavender's head shot up at the sound of Seamus' name. She watched her two friends' exchange.
"Yeah, I talked to him a couple of weeks ago. He said he was taking the train and he'd see me here. He must've worn the lucky pajama pants and missed the train." Dean laughed at the thought of the ridiculous pants.
The doors of the cabin slid open and a tall boy with sandy colored hair, poked his head through the door. He smiled and waved, casting a glance at Lavender. He nodded his head and shut the doors again.
"Why didn't he stay?" Parvati asked. Dean moved his eyes towards Lavender to indicate that she was really the reason why he hadn't stayed. "Oh, I see."
Lavender stared from the door back o her friends, "Who was that?"
Dean raised his eyebrow and looked over at his girlfriend.
"That was Seamus, Lav." Parvati said to Laveder in a condescending tone.
"That was Seamus?"
Dean and Parvati both nodded.
"But he was so."
"Good looking?" Parvati finished for her. Dean shot her an incredulous look, "What? He is!"
"Wow." Lavender leaned back in her seat.
