Candy apples, pumpkin pie,

Sour tarts to make you cry.

Berries, peaches, ginger snaps.

Warm sweet milk before your naps.

Raisin bread and snickerdoos,

Cherry drops and taffy chews.

Marble cake and key lime pie,

Honey buns from sweetie-pie.

Poppy seed and lemon cake,

Yummy pears you have to bake.

Pound cake, rum cake, mincemeat pie,

Gum drops larger than your eye!

But you must remember this,

None are sweet like Mommy's kiss.
