Sakura walked excitedly towards the spot where she was to meet Sasuke, who had just returned from his week-long trip. She thought it was strange of him to ask to meet her, but of course she wouldn't say no. After all, she had liked him for...how long was it, now? As long as I can remember, she thought as she walked toward Sasuke.

Sasuke, hearing her approach, turned to face Sakura. He had a strange look in his eyes that she had never seen before.

"Sakura!" he yelled, practically shaking with excitement. "You'll never guess what happened..."

"Umm..." she began, not quite sure how to react to this sudden change. Sasuke was never excited. "How was your trip?"

"It was great! I never knew other countries could be so exciting! They had such great food, and movies, and...and music!" He was speaking so quickly that Sakura could barely take it all in. "This one group....You'll never guess what I learned! Come on, I'll show you!"

She didn't have time to protest as he grabbed her hand and started heading towards the Academy.

Sasuke led the way into a classroom that was currently unused. The unfamiliar look still in his eyes, he grabbed a chair and brought it to the open part in the front of the classroom.

"Watch this!" Sasuke said as he started his performance. When he had finished, he looked up at Sakura, only to find her staring at him blankly, her mouth open in...shock?

"Sakura? What's wrong?" he asked, wondering why she looked so horrified.

"Sasuke....What...the hell...was that?" she wondered, convinced that this could not be the Sasuke she knew.

"It's the chair routine of this group I saw on my trip! The Backstreet Boys! They're so good! Have you heard of them, Sakura?" He still seemed very excited.

"B-b-backstreet B-boys...?" Sakura stuttered. "N-no way...." Sasuke was puzzled by her reaction. He had thought that she would like his performace....

Sakura couldn't believe what she had just seen. "I...I think I'll go home now...." she managed.

Sasuke stood, still puzzled, as she walked out of the door.

After a short walk, Sakura arrived at her home, a dazed look still on her face. She sat down on her bed, disturbed by Sasuke's "performance", and knowing this was the end of what she now knew had been a childish crush.

"Well, I'll be having some interesting dreams tonight," she mumbled to herself, as she thought how Naruto was beginning to seem extremely appealing relationship-wise.
