Authors note: this is a challenge fic, the challenge is at the bottom, and characters are not mine and never were. Forgive me if its crap, but I did it on a sugar high.

"Arwen! What are you doing here?" Legolas asked. He and what was left of the Fellowship had arrived at Rohan only a few days before and now Arwen was here. He knew he couldn't let Aragorn see her or they would be all over each other. Besides, Legolas had always been secretly in love with Arwen and now was his chance.

"Father sent me here, to help you with the quest and such." She lied. She was there to see her Ranger. "Now please take me to Aragorn so that I may speak with him."

"No Arwen, I cannot take you to him." He stated.

"Why not. I demand you take me to him."

"Run away with me Arwen! You know we were always meant to be together. Besides, Aragorn has found a new love, some one human." Legolas said, hoping she would. He just couldn't imagine his life without her anymore.

"Legolas." she said, her mouth wide in shock. "Do you really mean it? Oh I've dreamed of this moment ever since I first saw you."

"This is wonderful. Come lets away to Rivendell to tell your father. He will be so happy."

"You have no idea how happy." She replied. So at that, they ran back to Arwen's horse and rode back to Rivendell.

"Oh Arwen I'm so Happy!" Elrond exclaimed. "Does this mean that you will leave to the ships after you are married?" he asked.

"Yes Ada, as soon as we are Wed." she replied.

Back at Rohan..

"Legolas? Legolas where are you?" Aragorn called. He had not seen the elf since yesterday and had heard troubling rumors that the elf had left, with Arwen! But this couldn't be, could it?

"I now pronounce you, Man and Wife. Legolas, you may kiss the bride."
