Sometimes, when they look back together, there is guilt and worry and loss. The could-have-been's. And Rociel will twitch and say that he doesn't care about that because without loss there is no acquirement. Katan knows he's sorry, though.
Sometimes Katan gets annoyed or impatient with Rociel, but that's fine, too, because he's allowed to.
Other times Rociel and Katan are confused, and Rociel will ask what is it that he can do? "Just let me love you," Katan will say, leaning in close to whisper in his ear. That makes the other smile, and they love, no strings attached.
