This place is rich in it's culture like no other place in the country. It has festivals like you have never have seen in your life. This place makes you want to dance and be a part of the culture. It gets you excited even if you are in a really bad mood. It has places to go that are so over flowing with culture and excitement that makes you filled with joy. In my opinion this is the best place to go to on vacation.
