Re : Delay in arriving in Los Angeles

While driving with Agent Mulder to LA, we pulled into a small convenience store in Sunnydale, California. As it was 2am, I left Agent Mulder asleep in the car while I entered the store.

While attempting to pay for my groceries, three individuals wearing "fright masks" entered the store and started harassing the clerk and myself. While pretending to be vampires, they went as far as biting the clerk's neck causing blood loss. I was held by one of these "vampires" and could not reach my gun.

Fortunately, a local employee of Doublemeat Palace on her way home from work happened to be in the back and unobserved. She was able to distract their attention away from me by propelling a frozen turkey at high velocity into one of the "vampire's" heads. This was subsequently followed up by a bombardment of frozen peas and a large tub of Hagan-Daz.

The gang members decided to leave the store hurriedly, and were pursued by the Doublemeat employee. No traces of anyone were later found.

Agent Mulder remained asleep in the car throughout, and did not witness anything.

Agent Dana Scully

The turkey, though not usually renowned for its brains, is actually quite a fast and nippy little runner when being pursued by a Slayer.

Buffy sprinted round the corner, past the broken down truck and straight into.. something. Something blue, furry and with a long nose that just curved back on itself. What the hell?

"Ahhh." moaned the creature, removing the trumpet from its mouth where he'd almost swallowed it.

"Umm. I'm sorry I ran into you

"Come on, Amy. Time to go back to Auntie Willow."
