Jack is at his farm. It has been raining heavily for the past few days. His crops have drown, his field is covered with weeds, his animals are all sick; even his dog ran away! Nothing seems to ever go right for Jack. At least not since that day.

Girl - I'm sorry Jack. I really am, it's just. well. I don't think I'm ready for this. Jack - But. but why? I love you! I thought you loved me too! Girl - I do, Jack. It's not that, I just think that.. Jack - WELL WHAT IS IT THEN?!?! Girl - Oh, Jack..

Jack, wiping away his tears, gets up and walks out into the rain toward his field. On his way he picks up his scythe. He stops in front of a weed and prepares to slice it. He just stands there staring like a statue, not moving a muscle. Mind blank, a cold feeling runs through him. Not feeling it, and without realizing, he takes the blade in his hands and cuts open his wrists. Wanting nothing but the pain he feels inside to end.
And there you have it folks! That's all for Ch. 1. well as soon as I get at least 10 Reviews, I'll start work on Ch. 2. PLEASE PLEASE!!!! NO FLAMES!!!!!!!! Oh and BTW, notice that I never said that Jack died... I'll leave it up to you to decide. Just say whether he should die or not and give me pointers on where you want the story to go.
