Stray Child
Written after reading Nek0-chan's 'Blind Game Again', so chances are it won't make much sense if you haven't read her fic, which means you should be asking yourself 'Why haven't I read that fic? Nek0-chan is such an awesome writer with bags and bags of talent and tons of inspiration, I must be really stupid not to have read her fic!' and go and read it right now, so you can read this one without getting confused. Savvy?
DISCLAIMER: I don't own Yugioh, get over it already.
It was the sound that woke him first.
A giggle, the type that sent shivers down his spine and jerked him awake, searching fearfully for the source.
A moment for his eyes to adjust, and for the last memory to return from the abyss of sleep.
'Nii-sama….' He murmured, and then his eyes took in the scene.
The light of the computer display threw the figures into sharp relief. His Nii-sama's lithe form, straining away from the figure that had captured it, attempting to flee human contact of any sort.
And the other figure….
Such slender fingers that hid his Nii-sama's eyes, restrained him to his chair. A form that seemed delicate in normal light was twisted and skewed in the harsh light of the screen.
He held his breath, complying with the inane fear that any movement, any sound of breath or life, would bring the cruel attentions of that figure upon him.
He dared not move, and could only watch as the figure, the one they called Malik (was he Malik? He seemed so different…), toyed with his Nii-sama.
A cat playing with a mouse.
He was aware of… conversation, a strange kind of tension behind the words. This talk of Gods and control, it seemed to run deeper than he could understand. But what were they talking about? What did Malik mean when he spoke of his Nii-sama being unable to control God?
What…
Darting movement.
Bodies locked together.
Lips embracing.
Moaning…
His Nii-sama….
The strange Malik…
And it was over. His mind reeled with images and strange, half-understood desires. Such fire and passion… He had not realized such emotions could be so powerful. Something he unknowingly shared with his Nii-sama.
There had to be an explanation for why his Nii-sama would allow such a thing, such contact that no other had seen.
But no explanation came…
And the lovers continued…
But he did not know why. He did not know what was the cause of such emotion. Did not know why his beloved Nii-sama had permitted such a thing. Did not understand how he could be forgotten so easily… Were emotions really so fleeting? Was it that easy to be forgotten, discarded and left for a brief moment of ecstasy?
The answers seemed worlds away.
All he could do was watch the passion that had snatched him from his Nii-sama's mind, and wonder…
Will he remember me later?
