Fire sat on the fountain that was in the middle of the town square. She
looked up to the sky and closed her eyes. Her sunglasses gleamed as the sun
hit them. Her long black hair swayed as a small breeze blew in. Her long
over coat also moved along with the wind. Ember her daemon sat beside her.
Her tail twitched a little as the breeze came along. The golden bell that
hang from her neck also jiggled with the passing wind. Embers bright purple
eyes looked up at Fire as she sat without making a sound. The cat had it's
paws resting on Fire's golden pistol. Fire yawned and looked down at the
cat. She lowered her sunglasses and stared at Ember with her brownish-red
eyes. Ember stared back. "Fine you stupid cat, we'll go get something to
eat," she said with a heavy sigh. Ember grinned and jumped down from the
fountain and started to walk away. "Hey get back here, I can't leave
without my pistol," Fire said and picked up her pistol and ran after the
cat.
They both reached a small restaurant and looked up at the sign. "The Rusty Pistol," Fire said as he eyes narrowed. "Oh well it's probably the only place to eat around here," she said and walked in. Ember had jumped onto Fire's shoulder and looked behind them as Fire walked in. Ember saw a black figure go into an alley. She cocked her head to the side as the door shut blocking her to see anymore. Fire looked around. "hey this place ain't that bad," she said with a smile.
Inside there was a small stage where Fire guessed they used it for Karaoke or when small bands came to play. She walked over to the front counter and sat down on a stool. Around her sat a lot of drinking men. "Bet they're all drunk," she thought and shook her head. But she then spotted a familiar person out of all of the men. In the middle of the room sat a blonde hair man who wore sunglasses and a long red coat. She smirked as she saw the red under his eyes. "Well, look at that he's already drunk," she thought and laughed slightly.
"May I help you?" asked the bar tender as he walked up to her. Ember had jumped down from Fire's shoulder and sat on her lap. "Why yes, I'd like to have a strawberry margarita and my little friend here would like a bowl of milk," she said. "Alright bowl of milk and a strawberry margarita coming up," he said and walked away to prepare there orders.

"you'd cry, i'd wipe away all of your tears,
you scream, i'd fight away all of your fears,
and i held your hand through all of these years,
you still have.....part of me"
