Hey! This is my third attempt at the same story! I'll try and make this the
best I can. The intro will be short. This chapter may be almost exactly
like the last one, because it is the intro. But, the other ones wont be, I
promise!
The Princess Maid- Introduction
The wind is cold; I can feel it. Something wrong is to happen, I just know. As I look at my clothes in my closet, I think of the fate of my people. I cannot let anything happen. For today, we will sign an agreement with Earth. But to do that, I most give up something, I so dearly love-My daughter. She would be married to the prince of Earth, Endymion, when she was 16. I do not think she is ready to know. But I, Queen Selenity, most do what is to be done to save my people. For the moon was under attack, by Queen Beryl. But with the help of Earth, we could fight her back.
There was a knock on the door.
"Who is it?" the queen asked.
"Serenity!" the little girl replied in a high-pitched voice.
Princess Serenity did not wait to be asked in. She opened the door to see her mother looking at her clothes.
"Mommy, is it okay if I go in the gardens?"
"Serenity, it is very cold outside, put on a sweater before you go!"
"Okay, is there anything you want me to do for you?"
The mother then glimpsed at her closet, as if looking for something. "Ah, here it is," and she pulled out a ball gown. "Serenity, I know you are only 7years old. I meant to give this to you later. I wore this when I was 15years old to a ball. I want you to have it."
"Mommy, it is beautiful." The girl took the dress that her mother handed to her.
It was white, with pink roses around it. If she were 15, it would have probably gone to her feet. It was much too big for a 7year old girl. The girl twirled around with it up to her.
"Thank you, sooo much! I'll go put it in my room!" Serenity said and headed for the door.
"Your welcome, sweetheart."
Little did the queen know, that those would be her last words to her daughter in a long while...or maybe forever.

Queen Beryl screamed in anger.
I do not understand! I had flawless attempts to kill the Queen and her daughter, and atleast the moon. They always get away with it. It is not fair that the queen put a spell on her and her daughter, so that I could not hurt them. And just to make sure those scouts are always guarding them! There most be a way.
I wonder...

The princess left her mother's room in happiness. Her room was just next to her mother's. She was just about to enter her room, when she saw a shadow. It was farther away then her or her mother's room. Serenity was very curious. This shadow didn't have anyone or anything possessing it. With the dress still in hand, she followed the moving shadow.
It headed downstairs. She started to follow it, down the steps. As she glimpsed to see who was downstairs, she surprised to see no one there! It was usually packed. She had hoped to ask someone what this shadow was. It then started going to the door to the gardens. As soon as it went outside, it had disappeared.
She went to investigate. But as soon as she left the room.she was gone from the moon.
