"Mr. Maxwell, go to the other side of the room!" the gym teacher told Duo for the tenth time. Duo shook his head defiantly.

"Geez Duo! Your socks REAK!" Quatre exclaimed.

"I'm glad you came with me." An attractive male teacher told Duo. "So am I." Duo lied.
//My parents hated me//
Duo's only memory of before his time at Maxwell church was of a man and a women yelling at him.

Duo laughed as the other boy tried to punch him. He stepped to the side, pulled his fist back, and slammed it into the other boy's stomach. Duo smiled again and walked away.

"Cant you do anything right Duo?" Wufei asked. Duo just shrugged.
//Everyday I fight a war against the mirror//
Duo looked into the mirror and his face fell.
//Can't take the person staring back at me!//
Duo smashed his fist into the mirror, turned his head, and stalked out of the bathroom.
//I'm a hazard to myself. Don't let me get me, no, I'm my own worst enemy, its bad when you annoy yourself.//
Duo sat on a hillside crying.
