The Matrix: "The Second One"
(Trinity)
Prologue
Trinity looked around and saw a man on a cell phone running. He quickly found a phone and left. 'Damn', Trinity said to herself.
"There's one grab her."
Trinity turned around to see who said that, it was agents. She turned and ran as fast as she could into the nearby grocery store. She ran between the check-out counters, just to see the clerks change into agents as she got by. The customers in the store looked at her with amazement. They had never seen anything like this. She then realized that she had to get out, everybody was quickly becoming agents. She made a lap around the produce section, and turned back around, she was surrounded.
Trinity woke up with a terrible head ache.
'Am I dead?
No I can't be.
Did the agents get me?
I think so.
Oh shit.'

Chapter One: Trouble
Trinity tried to remember the last things that had happened and why she was in the Matrix. She could remember the man, the chase, and the events before hand.
"You're up early." Morpheus said to Trinity as she walked through the Nebuchadnezzar .
"I had trouble sleeping, something's not right. I'm sure what it is, but I can feel it." Trinity said, with much worry in her voice.
"You have no idea how right you are."
"What do you mean?"
"Tank made a discovery last night."
"So, what was so important about it?"
"Neo might not be 'the one'."
"Plug me in !" Trinity demanded. She was in disbelief, after all of their searching Neo had to be the 'one.' "I have to figure out what is going on and see this man for myself"
"It could be dangerous, we don't know if he is on our side or the agents' side." Morpheus warned.
"I don't care."
Trinity laid back in the chair and entered the matrix.
Trinity heard voices in the background.
"There is another."
"But how ?. It is illogical and impossible."
"It is a glitch."
"It cannot be, we have finally perfected the Matrix."
"Agent Barkley, I do not think you fully understand what is going on."
"Yes I do understand the situation. Some person has gone crazy and thinks he is 'the one.'"
"That is exactly what I am talking about, he is more powerful than Neo."
"He cannot be, Agent Kirby."
"He killed four of our comrades this morning."
"Could he kill Neo?"
"If he wanted to." The voices promptly died down and she heard foot steps disappearing in the distance.
'What am I going to do now?' She felt so lost. 'Was everybody on the ship looking for her? Did they even know she was in this much trouble? Did Neo know he was in this much trouble?
The agents slowly walked down the hall to a large meeting room full of almost identical men.
"Did any of you find out anything about this man?" Said the Agent sitting at the head of the table.
The agents look at each other with looks of confusion on their faces.
"I will not tolerate this insolence." He says as he slams his fist into the table cracking it down the middle. "We cannot go on like this, we could all be destroyed. All we know is that he goes by the alias Radius and that his real name is John Snipes. We still are not sure how yet, but he is stronger than Neo. We currently have Mr. Anderson's girlfriend, Trinity, in confinement. We are hoping that she will be of some use to us."
Agent Kirby stood up from the broken table. "Have you considered that they might not even know anything about Radius? What if she doesn't know what we are talking about? What if we help her by giving her the information?"
"We will just have to risk that."
Trinity's mind was cluttered with thoughts, she heard foot steps approaching. Three Agents entered the room, they closed and bolted the door behind them.
