A Secret Love Affair
Chapter 1- The Awful Truth
"Severus!" it came so suddenly he jumped up looking around "what do you think you're doing?"
"What?" The startled professor realized who had burst in " I didn't do anything, Sirius" Of course he knew he had done something but he wasn't about to admit it to him.
"Yes you did, and don't pretend you don't know what I'm talking about either," lately this type of thing was happening all the time between these two. Since Snape started sleeping with Hermione they got along worse than ever before.
"I honestly don't know what your talking about Sirius," just as he finished talking there was a knock on the door and Hermione walked in.
"You wanted to see me professor?" she looked at the scene before her and realized she'd come at a bad time "um.should I come back at a different time?"
"No," Sirius spoke before Snape had the chance " You've come at a great time"
"Ms. Granger, if you could wait in the hall for a moment while I finish up in here," Snape looked as though he was about to pop at any moment so Hermione complied and went into the corridor where she leaned against the wall thinking.
'why'd I tell Sirius? I mean I haven't even told Harry and Ron yet why'd I tell him?' Hermione had asked Sirius during Christmas break if he could keep a secret. He said he could so foolishly she told him that she had been seeing someone for a while now.
Chapter 2- Someone Knows
" Really? That's great Hermione, who's the lucky guy?" he was so interested hoping it wasn't a slytherin so bad.
"I don't think you want to know" she was very nervous about telling anyone that she was going out with the potions master, especially Sirius.
"I really want to know Hermione, as long as it's not a slytherin I'll be happy for you"
Looking done at her watch she made up some excuse to go upstairs, "oh no I was supposed to meet Harry and Ron 15 minutes ago" she made to leave saying "I'll talk to you later, Sirius."
Sirius grabbed her wrist thinking she was just making an excuse to not tell him "you're not leaving yet" he looked determined to find out who it was she was with. He knew it was someone she shouldn't be with, "I want to know who you're going out with."
'Damn' she thought she had to tell him and he wasn't going to be happy at all. "Ok, I'll tell you but you have to swear you won't get mad at me."
He raised an eyebrow "ok, I won't get mad at you" he was a bit skeptical since she made him swear that.
Hermione was silent for a moment deciding what to say and finally said "I'm with Snape" she hesitated watching him. When she say the anger in his eyes she quickly ran up the stairs into Ginny's and hers room. She had just closed the door when Sirius's voice could be heard throughout the house.
"Snape! I can't believe you would go out with Snape! I thought you were smarter than that, I'll kill him. He's twice your age..." what he said next couldn't be heard over Mrs. Black's screeching.
Since Sirius found out about the relationship he'd kept a close watch on Snape. He had also said that if anything was to happen to Hermione Snape would die a horrible bloody death.
